The room was dirty and I asked the front desk to bring the cleaning ladies to our room and they proceeded to tell me the “cleaning ladies aren’t here” and the only option is to switch rooms. Meanwhile literally right before I came to ask the front desk the cleaning ladies were two rooms down from us. I told the front desk that’s not true I just saw them. Then they retracted what they said and said oh yea they must have just started. I said ok…? So can you ask them? And they said no. The only option is to switch rooms. This is extremely frustrating. Plus as a mom with an infant with me it’s difficult to switch rooms and I explained this and they still told me that was the only option. Would not recommend this place just because of the staff and the room not being cleaned.

Excelent clear room

The room was perfect and the staff went above and beyond. I was in town for a procedure and they truly cared even offering me a wheelchair to get to my room the day of!

The room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. I love this place, would never stay anywhere else when I am in this area. I’ve stayed several times, and it has been great every time.
