Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Tinton Falls

Room was quiet, and generally okay. Dishes were dirty and poor craftsmanship on finishes throughout.

This was a disappointing stay, especially considering the fact that we booked this location because of the reviews. There were quite a few issues that we tried to overlook but the most disappointing portion of our experience was having to move to another hotel room at 1AM because the AC stopped working. The WiFi was not functioning properly, essentially forcing us to work from coffee shops. The property has a bunch of flies under the stairs and you’re walking to your room, it’s displeasing. This was not the experience we were expecting, especially considering they’re using the Wyndham branding. Bathtubs had very poor resurfacing job done and was very lumpy; my pregnant wife nearly fell while showering. Toiletries were very poor quality.

An older hotel but very clean and well kept. Suite has all new furniture. Staff was very accomodating. Will stay again

Staff was unfriendly upon check in. Was more interested in talking to their coworker than me. Asked me to fill out a form then proceeded to tell me just to sign it I didn’t need to fill it out. Amenities were below average. I showered and still felt unclean after I was done. There are way better hotels in the area with better amenities for what I paid for. I will never stay here again.

Very unsafe condition. Exposed wiring. Slippery floors. Unsafe serving area for breakfast. Front desk staff rude and distracted by their phones.
