The stay was great. The check in host was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast host was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and the food was very good. The bathrooms could use a little caulk around the edges especially by the toilet and tub. The tub didn't drain very well but we reported it to the check out clerk and he wrote it down. The entry driveway need a lot of attention pretty ruff. Over all it was a great stay and would stay again.

Room was roomy and comfortable but didn't like waiting for the one and only elevator. Pool was freezing cold at 71F, but that's industry standard according to front desk person, which according to subsequent research, is not standard at all. Hot tub was really nice. Dryer didn't dry suit after 48 minute cycle. Lots of food options and gas stations close by.

Hotel was decent, but only had 1 elevator for everyone caused long wait times. The indoor pool was nice but water temperature was freezing, don’t think they used any heat for the pool. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is a little older style, but it’s in great condition and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was limited as 2 Hotels share the Parking Lot, and if you show up later you’ll have to find parking at the Walgreens across the street which is a bit sketchy.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like you were walking into an animal barn. We notified the front desk and they stated they knew and they were trying to find something to cover the smell up there but it smelled horrid. On top of the smell you had kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors till about 11:30-midnight. I have stayed at this hotel several times and never had it as bad!

The property looked to be in great condition, and the staff was extremely friendly. Everybody else in my group had extremely good luck with their rooms, but unfortunately in my room, the shower was broken and there were somebody’s dirty socks underneath the beds and by the window. Those are minor issues for me and wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

I chose this property because of the name and reputation. The TV would not turn off and it took two visits from the repairman to fix it, sort of. Our channel choices were limited. The air conditioner was not working properly so our room was uncomfortably warm. They looked at the unit and said there was nothing they could do and when we asked to be moved to another room we were told they were sold out and could not move us.

The room was overall fine and the bed was comfortable, but the floors and walls are thin! My four day stay was wholly interrupted every morning before 8am with either construction on the roof or unusually loud guest and staff in the hallways. Major interrupted sleep, so I’m very cranky. I would not stay here again.

Two of the three nights we didn’t have hot water and the water was luke warm at best on the third night. Staff had no solution and offered the “hotel is full” might be the problem. Our room was next to an exit and you could hear the door opening and closing all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good just can’t get past the hot water issue.

We arrived for our stay after an early snowstorm in the area. This hotel was hit with electrical issues. The manager and staff remained calm and inviting as they worked out the technical problems and helped incoming guests feel welcome. Nice place and more importantly nice management and staff!

Overall pretty good but when we checkin they ask for a credit card for $50 deposit. Told we would get credit back next day? Watch out they took the $50 and did NOT credit back account! We had to call Chase and put a hold on the charge. This isn’t right, all the hotels on this trip credited next day but for this one.

We were very happy with this facility and it met all of our needs. Front desk was friendly and competant, eager to meet our requests and gave recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean and attractive. The breakfast was excellent all three mornings we were there with plenty of seeting space and fresh delicious food. Irene went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and remembered us day to day. She circulated the dining room chatting and always smiling. We would recommend your location to everyone.

I choose this hotel whenever I come to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good breakfast. However, the billing isn't upfront seems unhonest. You debited my account full amount without informing me how much or you were even doing it in the first place. This happened 2xs in 1 visit!

The hotel is behind Days Inn. Holiday Inn Express is actually use the same enter side road, but there is only sign said; Dead end. Missing a street sign; Enter to Hampton Inn.

The staff is frendy and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and stocked with all the basic necessities. We were lucky to be staying on the 3rd floor. The rest of our family was staying on the 2nd floor and they did not have the same experience as we did with their rooms. Also, make sure you park your vehicle as close to the front door as possible, ours was vandalized by homeless people who linger around the perimeters of the hotel.

We were greated by friendly staff. The hallways, and our room, smelled fresh and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty, they had biscuits and gravy! The coffee machine prepared coffee, while you wait, from fresh ground beans. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, best breakfast with everything you could imagine. Bakery style cinnamon rolls. Turkey Sausage, egg white omelettes, green chili, pancakes, teas, juice, bacon (pork) , yogurt, milk, bagels, biscuits, English muffins, oatmeal with toppings and cereal! The rooms are bright and not dreary. Of course coffee and teas, beautiful dinning room with plenty of seating! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area! Better than Santa Ana Casino hotel!

Holiday Inn Express really impressed me because of its pleasant andknowledgeable staff, easy-to-use technology, and, most of all, the excellent breakfast. This is the first place that I’ve seen that had tasty low-cholesterol options (a veggie omelet and turkey sausage and a do-it-yourself pancake machine that produced fluffy fresh pancakes in one minute!
