It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms at the Hacienda are spacious, have a fireplace, and are worth the few extra dollars. The outdoor pool is small, but adequate with good sun exposure. Rooftop breakfast is plus, as well.

Enjoyed our 2 day / night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast provided, also just right. Believe it was better than the breakfast in the restaurant. Shuttle service around the area was pretty good. Staff was very accommodating. Lastly, Gym was small, but I was able to do all that I wanted with the weights, stretching and treadmills.

Comfortable, spacious room. Ample parking. Convenient restaurant with great food although less than average service. Loved the evening and breakfast spreads at The Hacienda. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center could use an expansion, not a good representation of a spa facility.

We love this hotel. Great rooms, good restaurant, friendly staff, lovely pool and hot tub. We had excellent massages at the spa. Great location. We've been to Santa Fe several times over the years and have stayed at several Santa Fe hotels. This has become out go-to.

Great stay, lots of nice touches. Facility is slightly older, however feels well kept for the most part and has charm. Showers were amazing, staff was excellent. Hot tub needs some work, overall a great place. PS, spa was awesome!

Great hotel. The Hacienda was a bit of a splurge for us, but worth it. Very comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel also has a nice outdoor pool, which was a must for us.

Beautiful property in a very convenient and walkable distance to the Plaza sites and the Railyard area. The hotel is filled with Native American art and the Hacienda provides many amenities including butler service, shuttle, continental breakfast, happy hour and turndown service. We loved the fireplace in our room and the bed was comfy. The staff is 10/10 and so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fairly quick. I don’t like being told about a surprise resort fee. Additional fees should be communicated at the time of booking or better still, incorporate that charge into the nightly room fee. The swimming pool wasn’t that great and I certainly wouldn’t pay extra for it.

First, when we arrived, the elevator was out (which we were told a day earlier by email), then when we entered the room, it was 84 degrees and the smoke detector was beeping (battery), it took the staff over an hour to try fixing the issue and all night and windows opened to bring the temperature down to a mere 72 degrees. We requested a new room the next day on an upper floor which was much better. Now the breakfast which was included in the price, we ate there four times, even though the continental breakfast was the worse we experienced (cheap pastries, choice of cereals all very sweet, runny oat meal, hardboiled eggs but no bread or bagels of any kind... Holiday Inn Express would be much better than this buffet, a real bummer for this hotel that claimed to be one of the best in Santa Fe! That's not all, we got over charged on drinks during our one time diner the first night ($27 instead of $14 per drink), then over charged for breakfast and coffee... The service for breakfast is horrendous and wait staff does not care at all including the manager does talk trash about customers where we can hear him... Sorry but we will not stay there again on our next visit to Santa Fe, there are a lot better hotels in the area.

The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. Stayed in the Hacienda. Very quiet. Enjoyed the complimentary light breakfast and afternoon snacks. Able to walk to the Rail yard and appreciated the hotel shuttle. The massage at the spa was excellent.

The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and hard working. They are very attentive and made our stay wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean!! The location is great!!! Just across the street from the Railyard,, where there were markets (farmers and artisan)- and just about 6 blocks from the plaza ,.. it was a phenomenal place to stay!!!

We stayed four nights in the Hacienda side of the hotel, and found the Fireplace Suite a great room at a good price. The bed was very comfortable, and having a full living room that could be closed off from the bedroom made the stay very enjoyable. The daily housekeeping service was attentive, the breakfast buffet included with our room price was more than we expected, and all the employees were pleasant, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We will plan to stay at the Hotel Santa Fe and Hacienda Spa on our next trip to town. It was a great find!

I first stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe 10 years ago and had really fond memories of the experience. I loved the room and the art. It felt like a unique, upscale hotel at the time. On this return trip, I was hoping to have the same experience but left feeling a little disappointed. Overall, I give it an average rating. Our suite/room could use some updates. The decor seemed worn. There was peeling laminate in the cabinet, chipped ceramic soap holder, no iron/ironing board in the room, and weak lighting. I expected more for the price. On the plus side, the rooms are quiet, the fireplace and balcony were nice to have, and the bed was comfortable. It’s also a great location and no charge for parking. Everyone was very pleasant.

We stayed in the Hacienda and this room was absolutely amazing! Spacious, clean and great high end linens. The fireplace was amazing for a nice snowy night. Shower had plenty of water pressure and was a great way to relax after a long day. Butler's were all so amazing and helpful! Hotel has free shuttle service within a mile which is a nice offering. Happy hour in the Hacienda consisted of wines, beers and appetizers which was great before heading downstairs to the Amaya for dinner. Saturday nights have live music and we truly enjoyed that! Food was awesome as were the drinks.

The beds we got in our rooms were smaller than the usual queen size beds. Due to fire code, we were not able to get an extra cot for our 13 year old daughter. We ended up squeezing in these tiny beds and didn't get good sleep both nights of our stay unfortunately. I loved supporting a local Native owned hotel but bed bedding and comfort of the bed and quality of sleep is more important when traveling.

While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the plaza. They told us they would pick us up in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later they weren’t there. No one would take responsibility. I mentioned this to them at the time and at checkout and they didn’t seem to care. They were patronizing.

The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in- and I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels all over the country. A large part of the pleasure of staying at this hotel was the waitstaff. The hotel was clean and comfortable with no issues. The staff made you feel like you were the only person they had to care for. Will stay there every time I go to Santa Fe in the future.

The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and hard working. They are very attentive and made our stay wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean!! The location is great!!! Just across the street from the Railyard,, where there were markets (farmers and artisan)- and just about 6 blocks from the plaza ,.. it was a phenomenal place to stay!!!

Butlers were amazing. Enjoyed daily happy hour food and drinks. Fireplaces in lounges. The shuttle was quick and very convenient for travel to/from plaza and shopping.

Beautiful property, poor service in the restaurant and bar. Bar staff seemed untrained and lazy. Front desk had nice attentive clerks but there was no sign of adult management when requests went beyond the clerks’ decision making. Breakfast was slow in the dining room. I found out that it was also served upstairs at the Hacienda building where the service from Marcos was superb. He was my favorite part of the hotel experience.

Excellent staff service from Kevin and Jose in Hacienda lounge and all other staff as well! Appreciated the nice amenities like welcome cookies and turndown service. The shuttle service was fantastic. We’ll be back!

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and stunning. All the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! The hotel was right across the street from the Railyard District for amazing weekend shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the plaza. I definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful 4 night stay with my wife and kids, We tour the city and a ski area and the hotel is on a great location. Easy and free parking for our rental car. Excellent customer service!

Resort is very nice. It's actually about .7 miles to the main plaza in Santa Fe. They do have a shuttle you can call to get dropped off or picked up within about a mile radius, so that works well, and we enjoyed actually walking when we had time. Area is safe and walkable. We stayed in the Hacienda portion of the hotel which is all suites with a bedroom. They offer a very nice continental breakfast each morning and a happy hour with appetizers and free wine and beer each evening. Our room could use a general update but was overall nice. The shower head, which was not adjustable had too strong of a flow and the handheld fixture mount didn't hold the fixture in place. The door to the internal patio off our room didn't lock, even after a service call was performed. One night we had a heavy rainstorm and the windows in the bedroom leaked quite significantly.

The hotel is filled with Native American art and the Hacienda provides many amenities including butler service, shuttle, continental breakfast, happy hour and turndown service. We loved the fireplace in our room and the bed was comfy. The staff is 10/10 and so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Hacienda was wonderful. Perfect for a couple traveling and enjoying Santa Fe. The location is central and having the shuttle service available makes enjoying the galleries, shops, and restaurants easy. The butler service was the perfect way to make our stay special. The breakfast and happy hour were wonderful ways to add value and comfort to our trip. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The property was well situated and in close proximity to the Santa Fe square and just across the street from the newer railroad development area. A perfect location for shopping, eating and walking to se the sights. The smallish continental breakfast was perfect to start the day and the complimentary evening social hour was equally perfect for snacking and drinking prior to dinner.

We enjoyed this hotel's friendly and courteous staff and the unique Native American decor. The incredible abundance of framed artwork, pottery and statues was extraordinary. We visited different wings and floors of this hotel's two main buildings to view as much artwork as we could. The outdoor courtyard was serene, peaceful and reflective of Native American culture. The live music in the lounge was unique and relaxing. Parking spaces were abundant and the Railyard District for entertainment was only a few steps away. The downtown plaza was also within easy walking distance but it was nice to have access to the hotel's free shuttle if needed. We will certainly return to this hotel upon our next visit to Santa Fe, NM.

Great stay at Hacienda ( the suite side). Great continental Breakfast every morning. Jose is so so friendly and knowledgeable! Plus beer wine and cheese etc in the evening-all included. Restaurant Amaya is fantastic!! Shuttle service is great and rail way development is so close and great.

We stayed four nights in the Hacienda side of the hotel, and found the Fireplace Suite a great room at a good price. The bed was very comfortable, and having a full living room that could be closed off from the bedroom made the stay very enjoyable. The daily housekeeping service was attentive, the breakfast buffet included with our room price was more than we expected, and all the employees were pleasant, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We will plan to stay at the Hotel Santa Fe and Hacienda Spa on our next trip to town. It was a great find!

Comfortable, spacious room. Ample parking. Convenient restaurant with great food although less than average service. Loved the evening and breakfast spreads at The Hacienda. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center could use an expansion, not a good representation of a spa facility.

For an hotel that wants to be top quality and luxury we found out that, they dare charging $4.00 on top of free breakfast for 2 fried eggs. That’s ridiculous and destroy the whole atmospher of the place.

Thr hotel was very nice and comfortable. Service was excellent. Continental breakfast was very limited and coffee at times luke warm. This forced us to order cappuccino from the kitchen , some of the worst wver and we were charged 10 dollars. Another quirk, the used mugs in the room were promptly removed during the clean up, but never replaced forcing us to call room service every day. Otherwise a very nice hotel

First, when we arrived, the elevator was out (which we were told a day earlier by email), then when we entered the room, it was 84 degrees and the smoke detector was beeping (battery), it took the staff over an hour to try fixing the issue and all night and windows opened to bring the temperature down to a mere 72 degrees. We requested a new room the next day on an upper floor which was much better. Now the breakfast which was included in the price, we ate there four times, even though the continental breakfast was the worse we experienced (cheap pastries, choice of cereals all very sweet, runny oat meal, hardboiled eggs but no bread or bagels of any kind... Holiday Inn Express would be much better than this buffet, a real bummer for this hotel that claimed to be one of the best in Santa Fe! That's not all, we got over charged on drinks during our one time diner the first night ($27 instead of $14 per drink), then over charged for breakfast and coffee... The service for breakfast is horrendous and wait staff does not care at all including the manager does talk trash about customers where we can hear him... Sorry but we will not stay there again on our next visit to Santa Fe, there are a lot better hotels in the area.

The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!

The main wing of the hotel had an electrical fire about 10-days before our arrival and was closed for repairs. We were not notified of the fire before our arrival. If we had been notified, we may have stayed somewhere else. Lots of dust and contractor parking in the parking lot making it difficult to find close-in parking. Not many guests in the hotel so the staff went way above and beyond pampering the few guest there.
