There was 8 elevators out of those 8 only 2 or 3 were working. When checking out I told the lady and she said 2 went down yesterday meaning there was probably just one working. After the fireworks Friday the line for the elevator was to the security booth in the casino floor. One of the elevator was very bouncy when it stopped. The other one made a noise every time the doors closed. It was scary going in the elevators. Rooms were spacious. Needs more window cleaning and better toilets. When flushing the toilet not all will flush. Had to do it couple times to make sure everything went down. I would check others before staying here again.

The bedspread was torn and worn out, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, sloped on one side. The casino offered only slot machines and no live table games. If guests only wanted to play on machines, they could just as easily do so from home on their computers without paying for a hotel room.

The room is so dated and in need of a revival. The mattresses were so worn and squeaky. The center was so worn you just rolled to the middle. Lighting is terrible and very few plugs for accessories. Elevators are very bouncy and made is a bit nervous. Lots of trash left on machines in casino.

We upgraded to a suit….. they need a deep clean! Sofas and chairs were so nasty we had to put towels down just to sit. The carpet was gross feet were black from walking on it. We took snacks and in the morning they were covered in ants in a sealed bag. Bed was over all comfortable. Shower water goes from warm to skin biting hot in 3.5 sec. As far as the casino, there’s no tables the staff was very friendly and it was very clean downstairs. Pool was clean.

Housekeeping leaves much to be desired! The carpeting was filthy, especially in the corners. There was trash and food behind doors. There was ladies hair stuck to the shower wall. Ithe only time I took my flipflops off was when I was in bed.

The room was decent. A/c was clogged with dust and needs to be clean, needed to turn the ac all the way down to feel anything. Spider web on the light needs to be clean. No reason to walk into a room and have spider web across your face. Stayed there 3 nights from Friday to Monday and zero room service. No one came to check the toiletries or changed the sheets.

The hotel room itself was good; the thing that effected us was the bathroom was poorly kept and and was not cleaned properly. There should have been some maintenance done on that room so the bathroom did not look like there was a strike by housekeeping. My wife did speak with the manager and hopefully that will be rectified soon as promised by management

Loved the river view room, only downer was elevator noise due to my proximity. Also, maybe put the people with obnoxious children in one area so they can listen to themselves rather than us normal humans having to endure their lack of parenting due to alcohol consumption.

No fridge, no microwave, old furnature, old bathroom, old stained carpet, not enough outlets for your phone chargers, bed linens were clean and nice. I think that it was brown gravy splattered on the back of the bottom of bathroom door, or at least i hope it was. I saved but not eorth it. Never again.

2nd Room we got was ok. Not bad . But But room 17910 was awfully! We didn’t sleep at all. That room shares a Wall with the elevators and we heard everything! No sleep for 3 days! The Room was clean . Clean sheets and nice and comfy. The downfall was the elevators and of course the room sharing the wall with the elevators.

There was a loud rattling noise in the room of which I thought they might be working on something. When I returned to the room to sleep it was still happening and waking me up through the night. It must have come from the elevators that were close by. This needs to be fixed or taken the defect elevator out of service. No way to reach the front desk. Didn’t sleep that night.

The Edgewater is my go to in Laughlin, and as usual, check in went smooth, the room was clean, and the dining options were good. The girl that checked us in, Shyanne, was awesome, she went above and beyond to take care of us. I definitely recommend Edgewater.

I am very disappointed. My husband and I paid through Expedia, and at the property we were to pay for resort fee and a temporary hold for deposit. We never got deposit back! We called our bank and we were told we were charged. We called the edgewater at least three times and we were given the run around. We never got the money back! We will not be back! Be careful when you check in, you to might lose your deposit money! So saddened by this!

The Edgewater was fine... plenty of decent resturants to chhose from...room was fine, actually nicer than the Aquarius.. the Riverwalk is what makes this location... one can walk from the Edgewater all the way up to the Riverside casino, and even futher up to the fishing park. it hands down beats walking The Strip in Vegas....beautiful River and Mountains...

We spent 2 nights at The Edgewater because we were going to the Sawyer Brown concert in the Edge Pavilion. Our room was in the Sedona Tower so it was super convenient to the concert venue just right down the elevator and through the doors. The casino is decent. PT’s Eatery is always good for a quick meal. We did eat at Stockton’s Steakhouse after the show and it was very good.

Staff was great! Steakhouse was awesome. Shower, not good. And we had cobwebs on the mirror. It’s time to replace showers.

Valet was great! Our room was ok. Paid extra to get a river view but worth it. Bed was hard so hard to sleep in. We had to leave the hotel to find food. Slots were tight. We loved Pink Box. Everything was overpriced. We left a day early and got a room at Avi for the next 4 nights. The casino as a whole is worn down. No coffee maker, no microwave. No room service.

It only had 1 restaurant open. 1 snackbar. We ate at other hotels every day. Denys, Cattlemans are it. Price for room is nice. Staff is friendly.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, which we do love. Some improvements could be made on the rooms as cleaning we found a colored pill under the counter in the bathroom, which told me the cleaning staff did not wipe down the floor. The walls in the room really need to be scrubbed down when you move the nightstand or anything you can see all the dust on the walls especially cause it’s maroon and that’s been every time we’ve stayed there. One of the biggest downfalls of the rooms are no refrigerators with medication’s that I take. I need things to stay cold so that really makes me reconsider staying there again. We really enjoyed the adult time at the pool, wish it was a tad longer. It wouldn’t hurt to leave it open till midnight. I was finally convinced to get a players card, but it was really sad. You didn’t get any type of gift for any free play but yet you had to spend $25 to even get points that didn’t even go to any free play. Just some helpful hands to do those improvements would mean a lot.
