Hotel needs more late fast food restaurants, Starbucks closes early. only smash burgers available till 4pm . Only 2 phones can connect the WiFi, really? Arcade being open 24hrs is a plus . Private beach is definitely worth the stay

Second time here glad we picked this property again. We got the newly renovated tower and what a bargain it is for the price went to the beach this time did the jet skis took the water taxi down the river grab dinner. Staff is friendly prices are great. We will be back.

Great stay gym area great beach area ok definitely need pathway up & down to beach other than trudging through deep sand back up 😉 room very nice mattress comfortable DEFINITELY NEED to increase shower water pressure forsure very important to get sand off body and be able to take a decent shower but the rooms were nice had to clean up shower floor upon arrival because long strands of hairs still there but not blaming worker of that day we all have missed things at our own jobs 😊 God bless all

North tower elevator lines could get long at times but other then that no complaints had a wonderful fathers day weekend my family rented 5 rooms had lots of fun on the beach really clean, pools were also a plus very nice time check in was smooth and very helpful receptionist had a good time we will be back next month thank you harrahs

Hotel was nice friendly staff but bring your own blow dryer waited over an hour with wet hair. Enjoyed the beach area the most and the water taxi . Order Starbucks on your app expect long lines. Would definitely go back again!

As far as the renovated room, as promoted, it didn’t look that way. A lot of scuff marks and paint chips through out the room. Carpet was filthy. Trash behind furnitures and inside drawers.

Arrived 8/8/25 at Harrah’s Laughlin expecting a clean $300+ room. Found dried blood on nightstand & carpet, foul odor, sticky/dirty furniture, filthy doors/walls, and poor maintenance—serious health & safety violations. 2nd room already occupied, forcing my 10yo & me to move 3x in under an hour.

The door was not completely closed and was difficult to open and close throughout our stay. Comforter did not look clean. Two of the 3 lamps in the room were not plugged in. All the surfaces were dusty and had sticky spots. 2 complimentary water bottles were not in the room. Shower was dirty.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel is old and run down, the room was filthy when we arrived, staff is rude and unwilling to help. We asked for housekeeping everyday and they would not come do it. We had to go down multiple times a day or call to get towels because they would not bring them the first time we asked. When we arrived our room was still dirty and had dirty linen on the floor outside the room, the toilet had been used, there was hair I. The shower, toe nail clippings in the floor of the bathroom and trash on the floor in the room, the mini fridge did not work. They would not do anything about it, I had to clean it myself. Also when we arrived the “resort fee” was more than we agreed to pay on hotels. The restaurants were over priced and service was terrible at the cafe. They wanted to charge me for lemons to add to my water! We tried to eat at the pizza place 30 minutes before they closed. Plenty of time to make us a pizza and us get it to go. But nope they refused to make a pizza because they were closing soon. Ridiculous, they just didn’t want to make anything else. So we had to pay more to stay at this awful excuse for a hotel. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Every was good and we had no complaints except for the wifi. We barely had any cellphone reception in the room which made it hard to communicate with family while away. The wifi was not good at all, we had to walk all the way downstairs to be able to send a text or make a call and using the internet was completely out of the question!

The renovated king room in the north tower appeared old and had just average cleanliness. It was advertised as river view; however, looking directly out the window all that was visible was a large mound of dirt. If you want an unobstructed river front view, choose the central tower facing east. In addition, the central tower has easier, faster access to all hotel amenities. Access to the hotel from the parking garage is a long walk if you have a lot of luggage and choose not to valet park.

Very dissapointing! We picked Harrah’s because it seemed like one of the nicer options in Laughlin. Although I don’t have high expectations, the room Was HORRIBLE! Got there to find they only had smoking rooms available, whatever no biggie. I’m not a smoker but whatever. The entire floor smelled so bad! My room smelled like someone had chain smoked in there for 80 years, made my clothes stink! The window barely opens but we had to open what we could to air it out, of course that made our room extra hot and there is no A/C just a fan that barely blows. Don’t expect to be able to get ready in the room because even with all the lights on it is so dark you can barely see! The bathroom fan was non functional which made the bathroom steam up in 2 seconds! Also the water pressure was barely over a trickle! Very dissapointing when you already have low expectations and are still more than disappointed! Oh and the “free beach” is free to walk on but if you want to sit on one of their chairs you have to pay for it!

I only stayed one night but that was enough! I upgraded to the newly renovated room more like lipstick on a pig. The only new feature was a new shower charger kept falling out of ancient outlet and the pillows were like cement did the but Mike Lindels close out junk? I will never go back and stay away from the north tower awful.

The only issue I had was weeks before my stay I messaged the hotel that it was my wife’s birthday and asked if we could get a nice river view. Never got a response back. When we got our room it was 8th floor and our view was a dirt lot and past that you could see a small part of the river. Sad that nobody answered back to have a better view.

The ac did not cool down the room at all. It got so hot we were sweating as we were trying to sleep. The central tower is where we stayed this trip and it was horrible. The east tower is where we stayed last time and it was a night and day difference.

Not going back there. We had an issue with our Cabana and they were very rude about it. It’s hard to believe this was a Cesar’s hotel considering the lack of customer service and overall attitude of the staff. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue and after finally reaching a manager, he was extremely apathetic and completely uninterested in hearing our concerns or finding solutions. This was our first visit to Laughlin and the experience here really ruined it for us.

Enjoyable trip overall but we ran into a few problems. The front desk never answered the phone any time that we attempted to call from the room. We checked in during a busy time and only one express kiosk was working & front desk only had two staff members, so the line was long. Plus, the line for express check in and the desk were not separate, so if you wanted to use the one working kiosk, you had to wait behind everyone else. Not a very 'express' experience at all. Rooms are just okay, we stayed in the north tower. I like that the food court was right downstairs but the rooms have no pictures, nor mirrors. Only two very small pillows per bed. Everything looked very minimalist. Great waterfront view however and the casino itself is enjoyable. Loved the restaurants and my daughter had a great time at the arcade. Most of the customer service outside of the room itself was great.

Arrived on Friday, went up to room and it was really gross and cramped smelled bad too. Went to upgrade room for 82$ and when we arrived at the new room it was used smelled disgusting trash cans were full and there was dirty towels everywhere. Had to go back down to let them know, they gave us a new room went up to the room, the keys they gave us didn’t work. Had to go back down AGAIN did not bother to offer any compensation for the trouble. Elevators were not working the entire stay. Lines for elevator were long took about 15 minutes each time we needed to use it. Overall terrible experience feel like I could’ve had a better hotel experience for Less than what I paid here very disappointed

Customer service was horrible. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, understandable. Close to 4 p.m., room still wasn't ready. Only when we threatened to leave was our room ready. There were 2 employees doing the check-ins, and there was a huge line of customers waiting to check in for hours. No place to sit but the floor. One tiny bench in front of check in. The pool was small for as many people there were. The beach area was the only nice area. Quite a walk and no where to clean your feet so you're tracking sand everywhere. Elevator lines were quite long as well but would move fast. Our room was right next to the elevator so it was quite loud. Whle needed extra blankets and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come. Understandably so because there wasn't much workers. Valet during check in was great, they kept our luggage until our room was ready and even brought it up to our room. However the next morning was not so great. The guy took our ticket, take about 20 minutes, only to come back on a golf cart. Came up to us and asked if we gave him the ticket, we said yes and he looked down in disappointment. He needed my husband to go with him to the office to show him our keys. It was early, 5 am, so we were trying to understand as he was the only valet at that time. But to lose our ticket and needing helping finding the keys was outrageously ridiculous. We will not be staying here again. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Elevator lines were quite long as well but would move fast. Our room was right next to the elevator so it was quite loud. Whle needed extra blankets and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come. Understandably so because there wasn't much workers. Valet during check in was great, they kept our luggage until our room was ready and even brought it up to our room. However the next morning was not so great. The guy took our ticket, take about 20 minutes, only to come back on a golf cart. Came up to us and asked if we gave him the ticket, we said yes and he looked down in disappointment. He needed my husband to go with him to the office to show him our keys. It was early, 5 am, so we were trying to understand as he was the only valet at that time. But to lose our ticket and needing helping finding the keys was outrageously ridiculous. We will not be staying here again. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Rooms were dirty. Hair all over the floor in m the restroom. NEVER look behind the nightstands to plug in your phone charger; I did and I was sorry. Absolutely disgusting. I opted in for room cleaning. They never showed up. I called. Housekeeping and they said they would send someone. They never showed up. Valet parking took 1 hour to get my car. Horrible experience

Check-in experience was very lengthy. I waited over 30 minutes just to get to the desk. Only 2 staff working desk area. Once at the counter it still took another 10 minutes!! I already had a paid reservation!!! Club members get to skip the line regardless of how long other paying customers have been waiting. It was insulting.

I booked on Expedia as I’ve done for years. This time was different. I arrived late at night to find they gave away my room without notice. I had a confirmation and I paid for the entire stay but they canceled it. Harrahs were 100 percent sold out and still refused to refund my money. I have contacted management several times through Expedia to no avail. Very disappointed in this establishment. Terrible customer service. I will not trust them again.

Liked that it was on the river with their own beach but no chairs for guests unless you rented a space… $130-$180. Small casino, gift shop closed at 7:30pm, not a lot of food choices. Cafe was spendy, far from other casinos. Had a remodeled room in the north tower, no view, comfy bed, great shower though!

The renovated king room in the north tower appeared old and had just average cleanliness. It was advertised as river view; however, looking directly out the window all that was visible was a large mound of dirt. If you want an unobstructed river front view, choose the central tower facing east. In addition, the central tower has easier, faster access to all hotel amenities. Access to the hotel from the parking garage is a long walk if you have a lot of luggage and choose not to valet park.

We stayed in a king suite at Harrah’s Laughlin and had a great overall experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. We loved the adult pool and especially the private beach—perfect for relaxing. We’re planning to come back and bring our kids to enjoy the beach too. The biggest downside was the slow elevators, which caused long waits at times. Staff interactions were limited but very pleasant. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it for a laid-back riverside getaway.

My husband and I stayed in April for our anniversary. There are 2 pools, one for adults only so that was nice. Access to the river beach was great. The water was still a little cold but it was very pretty to walk. I accidentally booked the wrong date to leave and the staff helped us extend our stay one night. They were very helpful. Overall great experience.

Valet service when pulling up was not great. They were not super helpful and had cars stacked so it wasnt clear where to go. Room was ok, dated, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Bartender on non-smokering side was terrible. Not friendly and took awhile to get drinks. Guy Friar's restaurant was excellent and server was fantastic, which the only saving grace.

Harrahs used to be 5 star hotel but not anymore, just ok. Rooms need an upgrade. Dirty carpeting throughout the casino and the rooms, cracked tile in bathroom. Improve the air quality in the casino for non smokers. Too many kids in the casino. On the good side, the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurants are very clean and the food is good.

The stay was just okay. We won’t be going back though. A lot of the food was closed Wednesday and/or Thursday. There was only 1 water taxi running to take you hotel to hotel. The beach cafe service is HORRIBLE no matter what time or day we went.

Sad to see the elevator out if service to the parking structure. No sign on it. Ended up having to cary heavy bags down over 29 steps in 100+ degree weather. Also no vegan options in the cafe on the menu. Would be nice to at least see a beyond burger offered.

Customer service was horrible. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, understandable. Close to 4 p.m., room still wasn't ready. Only when we threatened to leave was our room ready. Spent a weekend at this hotel with my family. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and nice. Front desk very friendly. Was able to get help toncarry my luggage up to my room. Casino area was good. The only things that I didnt like was the dinning options. Starbucks was another fail because when i went to order they had ran out of most items I was trying to order. Then they charged me 3 sandwiches they didn't have. Other than that I would go back. Beach was nice too.

Terrible stay from the start. We were taken to our room that was disgustingly dirty. It was not cleaned but the beds were made like it had been cleaned. We were moved to another room that was semi-clean at best. Staff were exceedingly rude and not helpful except for one young man on our last day. He was very professional and helped with our checking out. His name was Gustavo and he deserves a raise and promotion. His professionalism was far beyond the ladies we encountered throughout our stay. These ladies were constantly huddled and appeared bothered when approached with questions. In addition, there was a "beach" advertised. That terminology is a far reach for what we actually experienced. It was too difficult to walk to the water. This area was not well kept. Lastly, the "family" pool was not very inviting with two adults actively engaged in inappropriate behavior making it impossible to feel comfortable utilizing the pool. This was a constant activity during our entire stay. We did not bother to go to the pool. Our window overlooked the pool, and the show was disgustingly constant. Don't think we will be back and that is sad, this was our first time to visit Laughlin, NV.
