This hotel was not great. You walk in to check in and immediately you notice the threat of fines if you have a pet in their non pet rooms,They highlight the pool and hot tub in their amenities, but of course, neither were working. The fruit at breakfast was over rip

The room itself was ok. The rest of the property was a dump. Check-in curt and unfriendly. No elevator. Stairs dangerous and loose. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay there again.

Very clean property. I liked that the rooms faced inward away into a patio away from the street noise. While not the property's fault, the surrounding streets, including the main street, weren't walkable at night, dark except for the casinos' neon billboards. Also there were many flies in the lobby area at breakfast. A fan pushing the air out when opening the door to the lobby would be helpful. Lastly, and most importantly, the cement stairs to the second floor need to have a structual review. One step leading up to our room is ready to break. A warning should at least be posted while you decide on a solution. The pool and jacuzzi seemed very nice. We also appreciated the help from the front desk regarding directions.

We found cut fingernails, wrappers on floor under the bed. dog food in corner, a bug under the covers, hope it wasnt a bed bug. If it was and we bring some home, you will hearfrom me very soon. Two staples on the floor in between the two beds. Walls needed washing in the bathroom. Mirror not clean. Soap chunks on the floor in the bathroom. Gum stuck in the carpet. We have photos on phone and dont know how to download onto computer.

I stay for 2 nights and they don't clean the room when we check in the room was dirty they move us to an other room no clean towels at least we have to take the dirty towels to the front desk and take clean towels too bad we plan to never come back poor service

Dead cockroach in the bathroom meant the bathroom was not cleaned before arrival. Cockroach larvae around multiple surface area. The ceiling had mold and patches of coloration.

I’m not a picky person when it comes to cheaper hotel stays. This hotel experience was the worst I’ve experienced. Our room was dirty, with trash in the bed, wrinkly sheets indicating they weren’t changed, a full trash can of trash behind a door, sand in the bathtub, feces splattered in toilet, hair on the floor and dirty mirrors. I have never experienced a room this dirty. The ceilings were popcorn ceilings which is asbestos/carcinogen. The pool closed at 9, when most hotels close at 10, plus it was still light/warm enough to swim. My husband found a dead cockroach in the laundry facility. The WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. Even when close to the source, it was so so slow. The only decent things were that the beds were comfortable, the tvs had Netflix/disney plus options, and the breakfast had decent variety (sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy).

Not a good hotel when we got there bed sheets where stained, toilet seat was broken, hairs all in the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The property was just OK, although the swimming pool was nice. The continental breakfast was subpar with very limited options.

This place is gross!!! There was hair all over the bathroom and sink was filthy, white “stuff “ on the carpets, the room smelled like smoke and it was no smoking room. The breakfast area hadn’t been wiped for a long times. We would never recommend this place.

Really run down. Wasn’t clean. The sink was clogged. There were, what appeared to be, bodily fluids on the couch.

This place is disgusting! It’s dirty, smells of mold or wet dog. It was so dirty inside my children start sneezing and wheezing from the amount of dust on the furniture and floor. The room is very “short” if that makes sense. We found a dead cockroach behind the coffee machine the area is also very sketchy and ran down. My husband is 5’10” and his head almost touched the roof. For him to shower he had to duck down because the shower head was so low! The food was gross, burnt eggs and microwaved hash browns. The waffle mix was so thick you couldn’t get it to come out the spout. We got sodas from the vending machine that were 6 months expired! The picture are very deceiving. Don’t come here!

Dirty

Room wasn’t anything special. You can hear noise and activity around the room outside. Property could use some updating.

Convenient to US 80. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

It’s fair only the curtain was falling off one side a bit. The small fridge was so loud we had to turn it off which I did need one but the noise was awful

Was a little skeptical at first seems a bit run down from the outside but the check in was very fast and our room was super clean. The beds and sheets were probably the softest ones I’ve ever felt at a hotel. I was very pleased with my stay

Tv didnt work, .Mgr. tried to fix, said it was fixed, it wasn't. Asked for a new room, never happened. Lighting was very poor, only 1 coffee cup for 2 guests. After 10 hours on the road I just wanted to order food and watch a movie....no such luck

1) The lighting in the room was very poor. It was impossible to read in bed. There was one lamp on a table between the two beds. No other lighting for the beds. 2) The TV did not work.

It felt really loud around the property, maybe it’s the AC unit on each room.

Was a old motel but updated a bit and was clean. Unfortunately the wifi in our room was non existant. The TV was terrible too. A guy came in to fix it. It worked for 5 min then quit due to poor wifi for streaming. I asked a other guest how their wifi was and they said it was good. So if you stay here...don't stay in room 150. Also we found the desk person very unfriendly. Anyways it was good for the price as long as you dont have these problems..

It was disappointing that the wifi tv would constantly freeze while buffering for signal. This is pretty important because what else are you really supposed to do in a hotel room? After a long day traveling, you want to unwind and watch tv, and it was frustrating that it didn't work properly.

It was cleaned well and pretty decent. But it doesn't dampen any sound. You can clearly hear neighboring rooms and anyone outside it's like there isn't a barrier at all as far as noise goes. But it wasn't real noisy because people were generally respectful. But just something to note.

Great place! When we first got there, the outside aesthetics gives you a bit of a fortress feeling because you can’t see the windows. But upon getting to the room, we realize the windows face inward, and there is a lovely courtyard, pool, and fountain and sitting area. The staff were phenomenal, friendly and helpful. We totally recommend this place and plan on coming here again

The staff was welcoming and efficient during check in/out. Overall the property is older so there could be a few updates to trim/caulking/etc. but was clean upon arrival.

Our stay was fine. I would like to comment on being checked in by Mr Multani. He completed our check in very efficiently and completely without one bit of emotion. Not a single smile or other pleasantry. I know we can all have bad days. I also have been in the hospitality industry and know that you need to at least fake a smile to help your customers feel welcome. He gave us 0 feeling of welcome.

The staff there are amazing. When our TV didn't work they switched rooms for us and it was a little bigger. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They had hot items as well as cold and plenty of drinks.

Only had staff to check 1 person in at a time Line was 10 people waiting

This is NOT a hotel as the sign shows, it is a motel. The lobby smelled like cat urine. The attendant was quite rude and unhelpful. Room was uncomfortable and could not sleep. The "breakfast" was poor. Not a place where i would ever return.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very neat and tidy. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The heater went out the second night, it was 28 degrees outside and about 50 in the room, they “forgot” what room called them about no heat so we went to the front desk, they gave us a space heater it was broken also. Tried to talk to a manager and front desk claimed they would be in several hours after our checkout, I have called and left 4 messages and no response

My wife and I stayed one night for a little overnight trip to Wendover and wish we would have paid a little more for a nicer hotel. The hotel didn’t feel very clean and neither did the room. The room we were assigned was right next to an outside door and we didn’t really notice how many people went in and out during the day, but once nighttime came, people were going in and out like crazy and the door would slam shut each time which could be heard loudly in our room and would even shake the walls in our room. Around 8:45 pm I called and asked if we could switch rooms because the slamming door was getting ridiculous and the guy at the desk said to give him 30 minutes and he’d think of a solution because they were fully booked that night. 15 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the best thing he could come up with was to prop the door open until his shift ended at 11pm. My wife pulled up their website and lo and behold, it showed there were rooms available, he was just unwilling to move us. So my wife and I stayed up and shortly after 10 pm someone closed the door and the slamming started up again. I called the front desk again and the guy working said we could come down and get keys to a new room. This should have happened when we first called and complained. The breakfast wasn’t anything exciting nor worth the up charge of paying for a hotel with “free breakfast.” Also, the pool and hot tub were out of commission and extremely dirty with green water.

Comfortable place At a decent price. Staff is great, nice included breakfast. It is a little old but they keep it nice and clean. Surrounding area is fair. I walk to the casinos, it’s about a1/2 mile to the first one and then you can take the shuttle bus to the others. As an older male, I’m not worried about walking there late at night but I don’t think I would want my 18 yr old daughter walking alone there.

We choose to be repeat customers on our travels to family in CO. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Away from the casinos but close enough should you feel lucky.

Conveniently located near the Salt Flats and local restaurants. Nice sized clean rooms and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included with a good selection of items.

The outside of the hotel was not what I expected based off of the pictures when we first arrived, but the location in comparison to the Nevada border, and all of the casinos on the Nevada side made it a pretty awesome stay. The room was better than I thought it would be, but the service was just decent. They were able to accommodate us getting in super late, which was really appreciated.The room was a little dirtier than expected though.

Quick getaway and this is our top choice not attached to a casino. A nice pool/hot tub for the summer months and comfortable bed/bedding to rest in. Priced just right with breakfast included. Can’t beat Quality.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff !! Good breakfast !! Room was clean, bed was comfy!! They provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap, with a cucumber scent !!

We came in late and it was easy to get in and ready for sleep. Staff at breakfast were bustling and determined to keep the food coming and the dining area tidy.

It was a nice stay. I was disappointed to find there was no scrambled eggs at the breakfast.
