The blanket and towels were blemished, the desk was wobbly, and there was no hairdryer or toiletries (shampoo or shower gel). Overall, it’s a poorly managed hotel.

Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area

If you're a true non-smoker, this place is not for you. 🚭There's no masking it. Nothing short of an ozone machine plus a full wipe-down can solve this. Chewing the thickness of the second hand smoke was highly disappointing, for an advertised non-smoking hotel. I don't fully blame the staff as previous guests disrespect policies, and their brethren. If you're a light sleeper, the highway next door can be loud. Otherwise, you get what you paid for. Staff was friendly. Shower had decent pressure and drained well. Quick location to fast food options. Outdoor property was well maintained. The sink handle coming off was a bonus. 🙄

Room not ready at check in. Key card not working. No coffee. Room walls dirty. Thermostat control broken. Lamp broken. Parking lot full of delivery trucks who blocked guest parking. Going down hill. Police came for disturbances.
