Room/suite was quite good, spacious and quiet.Problem was they charged me for parking w/o ever mentioning the fee. Instead, they hand you a "pass" to place on your dash that has in fine print, a statement of the cost. Theyy also tried to charge me a 14 dollar "data fee." Underhanded crap. Soured an otherwise pleasant experience.

The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. I don't eat pork. They served the same food every day. Scrambled eggs , pork sausage or pork bacon, Veggie sausage. The toaster didn't work. My stays at previous Residence Inn had free washer and dryer. This one costs. No working shuttle. I didn't drive so I had to walk long distance to find anything. No close grocery store that's walkable. Other than that I loved everything else. Other than the dogs barking it was very quiet. Picture said jacuzzi but no jacuzzi. Pool was extremely small.

I enjoyed the swimming area, which had a whirlpool. The jets on the whirlpool were strong which really helped soothe my aching muscles while traveling. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel, room, and grounds were clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. :)

No other hotel/motel Charges that much Most charge $25 per stay Huge parking lot and hardly anybody there They charged $12 for parking I use hotels for business all the time Never would i recommend this place A total rip off Staff wasn’t all that nice either Told me I don’t read the small print !!

Our bathroom floor was not clean (hair and dust bunnies) upon arrival. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast selection was poor…only offered bacon in 1/5 days the sausage was the same every day. Raw spinach to go on what? And apparently no one there knows how to scramble eggs. Worst eggs in any hotel buffet. Inedible. So we had to buy our breakfast out which was not in our vacay budget since the hotel offered “full” breakfast.

From the moment I called with a question until I checked out, everyone was amazing. Chris at the front desk went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and it was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in!

On site store hours are unsatisfactory and never anyone at front desk during later hours. Coffee only served during breakfast and not all day as advertised. All entrances and exits filthy with hand prints and dirty glass. Never cleaned during a three day stay. Seems as though a lot of displaced people staying there for extended periods of time which explains hallways being filled of offensive cooking odors which seep into the rooms. Not a value for the price.

We stayed just overnight, but this by far has been the most wonderful welcome we've ever had at a hotel. Our check in was very easy and our room was ready when we got here. The staff were very friendly, especially Beno (apologies if I spelled the name wrong) who answered ever question we had and explained the hotels charges and amenities so we were well informed. The room was great, had a kitchen and all utensils you may need if you planned to cook. As we only stayed night we didn't use them, but great option for anyone staying for a longer time. I also liked the helpful QR options around the room for various things, as it helped explained things and helped with housekeeping tips, especially for those that don't carry cash.

Nothing unique, just convenient stay over for business trip. Very old and tired looking property. Checked in after long travel and was given room that wasn’t cleaned. They promptly switched to another room. Thought tv was going to fall over and connection was faulty. I like Marriott properties in general but was disappointed with this location.

We stayed here for one night. Check in was easy and friendly and they gave us a cute welcome bag with water and cookies. So thoughtful. The king suite room was great! Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and counter top stove. Comfy sofa and tv had an option to log into Netflix. Great experience, would recommend and stay again.

Booked a king suite with roll-in shower six weeks before the event I was attending. Was informed 2 nights before my arrival that the room I booked was occupied, and was offered a room with a bathtub/hearing accessible. There were 3 people in the room, one wheelchair bound. When I arrived to check in at 2:55pm was told the downgraded room wasn’t ready and I would have to wait 45 minutes. I just walked away because all they said was “sorry” but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. When the room was ready I was handed slip that informed me of a $12 daily parking rate. I told them to waive it. So booking in advance and paying for a premium hotel was a waste of money. One person couldn’t take a shower for the four days, and one person had to makeup and sleep on a sofa bed.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Check in was easy and the room was decent. There was a room air conditioner that was hooked up to the window, and there were gaps so the cold air was coming in the room and the room was freezing, there were no extra blankets for the sofa bed, people were running up and down the halls, screaming and yelling all night, people tried to get into our room multiple times, you could hear everything that was happening outside due to the window cracked open. We tried to contact the front desk during the night on multiple occasions and the phone just rang. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

I thought i rented a wrong place but i was in shock when i arrived. Places to eat was all around. Even a cinemax. And everything was a walking distance. Other places were just 10 minutes away driving. The staff were nice. The place was clean and quiet. I really enjoyed it my stay. I will do it again. My sons loved the pool.

Stayed three nights. All around very good hotel but kind of in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is important and they get 5 stars on that. A few little annoyances, like closet door didn't work well, and the kitchen lacked dish soap, a spatula, etc. The free breakfast was uninspiring. $12/night plus tax for parking outside .... ridiculous! But if you need to be in that area, it's a very good choice!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sized TV, plenty of glassware and silverware. Room was a nice size, didn’t feel claustrophobic. Would highly recommend staying there! Also a great breakfast!! (Eggs were fresh). There was always an attendant cleaning the food area.
