Staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and the lobby was very friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfy. The bathroom was large, shower was hot, water pressure was okay. The continental breakfast was about average. Some days better than others. The pool water could have been warmer, but the hot tub was not functional, warm water--but no bubbles/water jets. We'd stay there again (and hope they fixed the hot tub).

The staff was nice and the place was clean, but I found mouse droppings on the bed in the morning. I pointed this out to the staff, and they apologized but didn’t offer any kind of refund. I don’t plan to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at this location for a basketball event weekend. Hotel overall was nice and staff were friendly especially in the morning at the breakfast. As for cleanliness, our king room did not feel so clean as there were hair everywhere. There was hair on the lamp on the table, there were hair by the toilet and inside the shower. We arrived late so did not want to deal with housekeeping. Was disappointed as expected more from this hotel. The shower shampoo/conditioner bottles were confusing. Two were labelled shampooing and one labelled conditioner with different liquids inside. We were wondering if one could be for shower gel? Cookies were a plus at check-in or during the day. Safe location and good parking spaces. About 10-15mins drive to sports event.

I would stay here again. Only rated the cleanliness low because the pool area was out of towels and the pool area was filthy with dirt and wig factory levels of hair.

1st time at this establishment, and would most definitely stay again. The breakfast had such a variety and the staff was really nice. Very clean. The hotel staff was great from the beginning to the end of our stay (3 night stay). The room was so clean and very comfortable. The best place we have ever stayed.

The room was noisy. I could hear other guests talking at midnight. There was a loud intermittent clanking sound coming from somewhere and the heating fan was very loud. Worst of all, there were no blackout draperies---and bright light from a very high double LED street light shown in the room all night long, making it almost as bright as day. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially when there was a fire alarm requiring all to exit the hotel.

My stay started off really great. The lady who checked me in and the gentlemen who checked me out were AMAZING!!! So friendly and made me feel welcomed. The woman who is the manager was terrible. She was passive aggressive and rude and was literally talking about me behind my back because she thought my headphones were on. She never apologized for that either. Pathetic. Make one of the other people manager because they understand customer service!!

Quick overnight stop in way to college visit. Teresa at front desk was amazing and extremely helpful in getting us in to our room quickly late at night. This world needs more Teresa's!!! I'm glad we chose this hotel for our stay.

Service was excellent. We had one hour from our arrival to get ready for a dinner and found that the hair dryer was broken. Within minutes they had a new one brought to the room. Very polite and friendly staff.

In an attempt to get bottled water out of two different vending machines, the first one would not take dollar bills and the second one, all of the water was sold out so when I pressed the button to have the money returned it only spit out $1.75 versus the $2 put in. I called the front desk and asked them if they could bring me a couple of waters and they said waters were available in the convenient shop downstairs. It is amazing to me that I paid $540 to stay in this hotel for two nights and they could not bring me a couple of bottles of water that probably cost them $0.30!!! I am also in management and I don't understand how someone who is working the front desk cannot be authorized to have a couple of bottles of water sent up to someone's room.... This has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for this particular hotel and this was my second time staying there because my first stay was great. I will most likely not be going back to this hotel in the future!

Quick drive to and from racetrack. Room clean and bed comfortable. View of hotel blocked by another hotel that sits in front of it - could use better signage leading you to it. Should you not want the hotel breakfast, Panera is located across the driveway

A little difficult to find initially, Fairfield is directly behind Home 2 Building. Checkin was quick, young man assisting was v professional. Stayed one nite, attending concert at SPAC and quick visit to Saratoga, both easy drives away. Hotel is v close to I-87, exit 12. Breakfast offered standard options, nothing special. A Panera Bread is nearby for a more substantial meal. Would stay here again.

Check in was very easy. We enjoyed an evening swim in the indoor pool. The included breakfast was plentiful and had many options. The room was clean, bed was very comfy. Tv had many channels and streaming options. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Giving a 5 star review Room and staff were great but we arrived at 915 for breakfast to everything out of stock. The staff was really hard at work just they couldn't keep up with the demand. They needed help!!

It’s a nice hotel. The breakfast was ok, typical to others but had sausage everyday but once they had bacon. The scrambled eggs were from powder, a lot of water in the bottom of the pan. For one nighters, it would have been ok but we stayed a week and it got boring. Outside trash cans filled quickly and weren’t emptied till morning. Parking was hard at times due to the heavy volume of people. The staff were nice and rooms were kept clean. Would probably stay there again.

Everything about our stay at Fairfield at Malta was fantastic. The room was clean & comfortable, the beeakfast was fresh & tasty. The breakfast staff couldn't be more friendly & they efficiently replaced items as they were consumed. Parking was no problem with their big lot. We had absolutely no complaints.
