Excellent location. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful- particularly Anthony on Concierge Desk who took our cases around the corner to our Taxi. Well done all!

Please find the one I always done. It took so long to write in detail as staff are awful bullying and have a hierarchy that the public shouldn’t be aware of!! Only nice and helpful man was Peter who helped us with bags and was so cheerful. He picked up we were upset and was very kind. Staff are lying and backstabbing, and seemed like they were happy giving you news that pricing had gone up. I booked nearly a year ago.

Broadway Plaza Hotel was very conveniently located within easy walking distance of many major attractions. Our room was quite large and very clean. The staff were amazing. My wife is fussy about staying in hotels, but she said she would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The room was large for nyc and the location amazing, with a view of the empire state from the bed but the shower had very low pressure and lukewarm water. This was not fixed throughout our stay and the staff didn't seem to care to much about it.
