The Westin New York Grand Central

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Very helpful staff and conveniently located near Grand Central Station.

Staff wasn’t too helpful or very nice. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. They charged us a destination fee. We were supposed to get 17.50 in credit per day for food in their restaurant . Breakfast was 45.00 each. So, we chose a couple coffees and went on our way. They didn’t charge the room for the coffee, so we couldn’t use the credit, so ended up paying 17.50 for two coffees. Quite the racket. Don’t think we will stay there again.

Nice big room. Great location. Even had mimosas and cookies for Mother’s Day. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Area has plenty of coffee shops and bagel shops. Steps from Grand Central Station. Plenty of shopping close by.
