Stayed for a night, check in was easy, staff was friendly, easy FREE self parking. 5 minutes from small town with food. Building looks like a castle, interior is nice and clean but looks dated. Did not get to see the gym or pool Bar and restaurant open at 5pm same with room service. Room was nice and spacious, only con was the A/C unit was loud. Sounded like it needed to be replaced, I assume that's costly and quite a bit of work but definitely needed. Nicer than other hotels I've seen in the area just via reviews. Breakfast has chobani yogurt, cereal, eggs, potatoes, bacon, mango/fruit, croissants, muffins, Crumb cake, coffee, orange juice etc. Nice enough. I believe breakfast either is a fee or maybe included. Not sure. 4/5 for me.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The front staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining staff was superb rooms were clean and would definitely recommend and stay again.

we were attending a near-by wedding and stayed at the Hilton for one night. When we checked in, the original room has a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel immediately transferred us to a new room that was fine. There was lots of space in the room with many outlets for all of our electronics. It was quiet and very clean. We would certainly stay there again.

This hotel was so disappointing. Firstly, there was no shampoo in the bottle and after calling the front desk they asked us to come downstairs (mid-shower) to collect shampoo. Once arriving, they said they did not have any shampoo and sent us off with conditioner. Additionally, they were incredibly rude and said “this is not the first time this happened.” We were trying this hotel as an upcoming bride to book a hotel block and it is safe to say we will not be booking it. On one last note, the wifi was not functioning all night which we did not even bother to call about.

The so.called was nothing.more than a regular room with an old.couch.400? Nyc prices in the sticks. The woman at front desk was very nice but before her arrival to.check us in this creepy badly dressed security guard was menacing and rude. It was late as our flight was delayed. We asked for.food and beer. He told us it was a dry county lile.some hillbilly. I called uber eats and we had beer and pizza in 10.minutes. he was menacing and staring.at us in hils street clothes with no uniform or identification. His lies were annoying and as an attorney and a hilton honors member I was insulted and disappointed. This man should be trained in how to not.talk to guests. As soon.as we walked in he acted as iif.he.was the manager and w a s hostile and then lied. It.was a creepy experience and Hilton needs to remedy this. Im about to depart for Lima Peru and am reconsidering my stay at the hilton miraflores. Marriott is.looking good. Please remedy this immediately

Attempted to use keys upon check in and were given a room that was still occupied. Corrected the mistake and gave us free breakfast coupon. Room we did get was noisy from heating/ac fan. Loudest humming from unit- all night long. Turned off the fan but it got stuffy in the room. Had to turn it back on and listen all night. Otherwise, bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Premises and rooms are roomy and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Might consider staying again.

The unique ambiance of the entire property was beyond compare. The helpful Staff made my stay unmatched to any other hotel. I arrived at the property a half hour before three o’clock p.m. In preparation for a wedding I was attending at The Estate at Florentine and the young lady checked me in without question. Thank you

Beautiful facade and grounds. Service at the front desk not good. Two small bottles of water have to be picked up at front desk. We were 3 in our room, total of 10 rooms, they would give two bottles. When we said we were three she said go to the vending machine. No complimentary coffee in the afternoons. Morning coffee was room temp because milk not warmed. When asking about putting it in a micro the entire hotel and kitchen don’t own one. No mini fridge in the room, or sundry sales area. My first neg review .

For the amount of more than $250 a night, hotels should have complimentary breakfast at least. Honestly for Hilton that was unexpected. Not worth the price. I have been to so many Hilton hotels, and never was disappointed until now. I won’t recommend this hotel to others.
