So many things were terrible. Place was dirty , old and run down. AC unit did not work well and constantly went on and off and did not cool room off well. People slammed doors early in the morning. One of the reasons selected this hotel was a Pool and it was filthy and had green tint to it and algae on the pool. There were also black pellets which looked like from feces all over the pool deck. The side entrance door leading into the entrance of hotel where rooms located did not lock at all. Could not wash clothes after 10pm.

Parking areas need to be repaved. We did not feel safe, there was a vagrant, known by the staff asking for money, and later seen wandering the halls of this Clarion Hotel. Room air conditioner did not work. Previous wall repairs, poorly patched and painted over. Cables and wiring visible above bathroom ceiling light screen. Lobby areas waiting, (probably for a long time) for completion of much needed improvements. Hallway rugs looked wavy as if there once was a flooding issue. Noise of jet airplanes. Dingy over all in appearance. I would not recommend booking here.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Every single exterior door and interior hall door has a huge sign that reads: THIS DOOR IS LOCKED 24 HOURS, PLEASE USE GUEST ROOM KEY TO RE-ENTER. Every single exterior door and interior hall door not only opened without a key, they never properly shut. The front sliding doors have a 3 inch gap at the bottom because it is also broken. Thursday night, I arrived back from dinner very late and every first floor corridor window was open, the door to the pool was propped open and the pool gate was left unlocked. The first room Samantha gave me was on 2nd floor with no elevators and I have health issues. So she gave me a second room on the first floor right next to the unlocked corridor doors. Room 175 came with glass pieces in the tub, broken tissue dispenser, no hangers and no shampoo. All of which I could deal with but the room door lock was so broken I could not use the deadbolt and the screws holding the metal plate to the door were coming out or missing altogether. I called down an a lovely and professional man named Paul came and after 30 minutes of trying to repair the door, called to get me a third room. Samantha tried to put me back on the 2nd floor and he told her no, she needs 1st floor. Room three was ok-Only issue was cold to tepid showers no matter what time of the day. My biggest issue was Samantha. Her rudeness was incredible both at check in and check out. Shout out to Paul who moved me to a safer room and Jose who helped me as I was leaving.

No hot water for shower on first morning of stay. No WiFi on Saturday night. Side entrances unsecured-don’t lock. Found an intoxicated guest lying on the ground outside of the side entrance. Attempted to call 911 to report the intoxicated guest but were not able to get through due not having cell service. The property is very run down. The “bar” inside the property was horrible and had no AC. Outside pool was ok, clean. Bed was comfortable. Thank God the AC worked in our room. Staff was nice but there wasn’t anything they could do about the issues we had. They did not offer and discount or refund.

The hallway stunk like cat pee, the outside doors did not lock at night, the room had a mildew smell. The water in the bathroom sink ran continuously. I could go on and on. There are more people living in this hotel vs travelers. We encountered people hanging out on the stairwell smoking. Not to mention there is no elevator in the building and they didn’t have a room available on the first floor for us at check in which made it extremely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. The ice machines didn’t work vending machines were empty. Room was NASTY. Don’t get me started on the shower I went to a friends to shower for the 5 days of our stay.

The staff were great. The hotel is old, needs to be updated, it smells horrible, there were two bugs in the room, there was a dirty cotton swab in the bathroom, the carpet in the hallway has some areas that are raised and can be a tripping hazard. It was my first and last time staying at Clarion hotel.

The absolute worst hotel I could reserve. That place deserved to be demolished. Mold is present almost everywhere. Water was leaking from the faucet. The place is dirty and in a state of neglect. The staff were unfriendly and lacked minimal professionalism. You expect that type of accommodation and service (or lack of) in a motel in Calcutta. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

This is the worst Hotel ever. Stay far from it. It's old and smells terrible. I won't recommend it to my worst enemy. The curtains are dirty, dusty and have cuts on them. The couch has paint on it. The air conditioner is dirty and has a hole on it. It's missing a button. The walls in the bathroom have holes in it. The paint in the tub is chipped up. The tile is dirty and looks like it has mold on it. The soap dish is dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. I have pictures of all of it. We left the same time we got there. Just couldn't stay in that dirty, smelly disgusting place.

both the exterior ( facade , "landscaping" and parking) and interior common areas were dingy and not in good repair. The carpeting looked worn and dirty and the hallway lighting was very dim. The room was basically clean but again the carpeting was worn and gave the appearance of not being clean. The side chair also was not appearing clean. The plumbing in this building was quite noisy especially the toilets. Not only ours had a high pitched noise (both following flushing and other random times) but we could hear the same sound from other nearby rooms

Looks like they are ready to shut down this hotel. Looks abandoned and is not updated. That said, my room was comfortable and relatively quiet, after I requested a switch from a first floor room with a broken window lock to a second floor room. I was concerned with exterior and interior doors that were propped open despite signage that they should remain locked at all times. The fire/smke detector in my room did not look operational (there was no light indicating it was working).

We stayed here on 12/30/2023. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating my and my daughters needs. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The housekeeping staff also did a good job with having the rooms clean and ready for us, as guests. I would recommend solely based off the hotel staff.

We checked -in around 12:30 am. The front desk guy was rude and after signing everything digitally, wanted me to sign a hard copy. I asked why is that necessary. He said if I didn't sign he would not check-in us. I did complain front desk in the morning regarding such an attitude. He was having bad attitude and should not be in the hospitality industry.

The first woman I spoke with was very rude. She had a negative attitude and genuinely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I attempted to check in at 2pm. I was told one of the rooms I requested was ready but the second wasn’t. Knowing I was checking in early I said that was fine and would like access to the available room. I was then told I would have to pay extra for an early checkin. I didn’t see this in any documentation. I’m glad my room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean. This is an OLD hotel. It needs to be remodeled. The outside is off putting. There is an old musty smell in the lobby. I would not have booked this hotel if I had realized how old and uncared for it is. From the parking lot full of holes to the paint peeling and grimy windows. It does not feel welcoming.

Where to begin. The desk clerk was rude and uncaring. No friendly atmosphere when arriving on site . There system was down for over an hour and did not let anyone check in . Now, prepaid reservations; you would think they would be able to check in.. NO! All they needed is a copy of credit card and ID or better yet check them in than obtain card later- nothing was done. Not even apologies provided accept if you don't like it you can leave. The didn't even want to give the managers name. Not worth the price, should be listed as a motel than a hotel. Please note pictures provided for hotel is over 10 years old.

I have been staying at this hotel for several weeks and can speak from a longer stay experience. I have found the housekeeping staff to be amazing. Whereas in other hotels in the area that claim they clean the rooms this team actually does. The front staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities staff do admiral job in such a large hotel.

They did not post that there was a $100 deposit fee after I had already booked on Hotels.com. They would not refund my money and Hotels.com was no help. The desk manager insisted on copying my driver's license and when I declined, he would not honor the reservation. I was willing to let him view my license as proof of my identity; however, he insisted on copying it which I declined. Needless to say, after a 6-hour drive to NY for a funeral, this was not well received. He promised a refund but that hardly covers my inconvenience.

I didn't even stay here. The neighborhood is very sketchy and an acquaintance that lives on Long Island said there were multiple guest vehicle's tire's slashed on more than one occasion recently. I talked to the front desk to voice my concerns and asked for a refund. I was told that I didn't have to stay there, but "you ain't getting no money back". I figured losing the price of the room was cheaper than 4 tires so I wrote it off. I stayed at a different hotel chain a short distance from this location and was very pleased.

This place is run down. Needs to be updated. Large floor air conditioners are located around lobby. Table in front of where you check in. Not sure what that is about. The hallways are scary. Old wrinkled carpet in hotel. The room was clean and I was thankful. Front desk people were polite. At first I wasn’t sure it they worked there. Maybe they should wear hotel shirts or some type of professional clothing. But, they did check us in quickly. Coffee machine in room without cups and a customer was checking out and told front desk about that but employee didn’t seem to care. Parking lot needs to be fixed. Orange cones around I guess to protect you from falling in holes. Very sketchy hotel. Didn’t feel safe. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Definitely not what I saw in the pictures. The rooms are very old and even though it was a non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes and weed smoke were definitely strong. It was only one night so i toughed it out. I got there about 2am on the 19th and checked out around 1045 on the 19th. The ladies that checked me in and checked me out were fantastic, though. Its a very convenient location, being so close to the airport and all major roads.

This used to be a great motel I have stayed there a number of times, but it has gone way down hill! They demand a $100 security charge on check-in without any notice before hand. I had trouble understanding the clerk - he talked softy and had a strong accent. The restaurant is supposed to open at 7:00 AM, the single waiter/cook was late and after he opened the door, I could not find him for 20 minutes. I would not recommend this motel to anyone!

I was looking outside my window and could see litter empty bottles and papers. I was sitting on a chair in the lobby the couch across had a french fries box it had to be there for a while no one cleaned I know hotels are cutting back but when you pay over $240 for one night they should at least give you breakfast or have a coffee machine in the lobby
