The property was recently renovated and very nicely designed. The staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful from the front desk agent who checked us in to the housekeeper who kindly gave me a couple extra teabags and the housekeeping supervisor who greeted me warmly when I passed her in the hallway. I liked that the hotel is right across from the freeway entrance and it only took us about 12 minutes to get to the HPN airport (early AM on a Saturday, they said allow 20-30 minutes other times). It was also nice to have free parking on site, which wasn't available at several other local hotels we considered. Hotels are very expensive in the NorthEast compared to other parts of the country. but this property was competitively priced, clean and comfortable so it was a good value.

When we booked, it did not indicate that it would be under construction. There was no restaurant, bar, etc available during our stay. The area immediately surrounding the hotel was not all pockets of safety or ease of finding places for a family to eat. The walls were very thin, and we could hear other guests late into the night. The TV did not seem to have a working HDMI, so the additional things to do that my children bought were not available. My son also found a portion of a condom wrapper near his bed. On the morning of check out, the housekeeper, although the do not disturb sign was up, knocked on our door 3 separate times to come in-well before checkout time. Overall, definitely not impressed. I will say that every staff member I met/interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, however.

The website started that there is a pool. - Not true, it was removed to put in a small gym. Breakfast (or any meal or snack) is not included in the over $300.00 room price.. You only get the room for that price. I was thoroughly disappointed and will now stay at another Marriott hotel. I will say that the wonderful, hardworking ladies in housekeeping did a beautiful job cleaning the room! It was impeccable .

The Holtel is in excellent shape over all (it seems fairly new). This is with the exception of the J1772 Car Charger stations which were broken and inoperable. I was disappointed as this was one of the reasons I chose this Holtel. The front desk was unaware of this and directed us to call the charger company (not my job as they say). The Tesla charging ports were in pristine condition, though.

Check-in was ok. The room was mostly fine. Mattress wasn't great and neither was sofa. Lot of peeling paint in the bathroom. Good location for walking to The Capital Theater. Plenty of USB ports in the room, but no microwave.

Stayed only 1 night due to flying out of Westchester County airport very early next morning, location was convenient. Wish I had stayed there longer, room on 3rd floor with 2 queen beds very spacious and quiet and most important---clean! Bed and pillows comfortable. Did not get to utilize amenities because of later evening check-in and early morning departure. Only minor issues were the fridge didnt seem very cold and luggage wheels didnt go over carpet easily. Will stay here again.

Clean room and common area. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be the wait at the café. Waited more than 5 minutes with only one other patron there and were never acknowledged. Ended up forgoing our drinks because our uber was getting close. Not knocking off any points for that though. Just too bad because we were just getting a couple bottled beers and would have taken 2 seconds.

The hotel room was fine, the biggest issue was it was extremely warm. I turned the thermostat down all the way and still couldn’t sleep even though it was on 65 degrees and wouldn’t go any cooler. Being on the first floor and up against the courtyard I was not comfortable opening the sliding door (the only operable window option). When I mentioned to staff they were gruff.

Wonderful property...the rooms were large, and beautifully decorated with modern, clean and comfortalbe furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning crew. We had a suite so the living area had a really spacious working area for my partner who works of computers. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

The rooms are very dark; there are lamps for task lighting but overall effect is dark. Although the hotel has remodeled the lobby area & exterior, our room still had an old bathtub. Premium price for medium quality.

Only hotel in Rye so I booked it. How bad can a Courtyard be? The answer is pretty bad. Extremely run down. Horrible showers. And a train that runs next to the back part of hotel all night. I’m guessing it’s not corporate owned.

Its a very nice hotel, very clean. Rooms are nice size and very clean. However the breakfast situation stinks. They say breakfast is from 6-10am. I went by at 9:30 to get breakfast and was told by staff that i could only get a cup of coffee, they are not serving food. Not a major problem, but annoying. Also like most hotels poor water pressure in the shower. But overall a great experience, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay there again .

I had a little trouble with the first room that was assigned to me as the door would not open almost like it was jammed from the inside… But the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and was able to get me in a room quickly. Overall, it was a very convenient decent place to stay For one night.

Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful, especially Tina at the front desk. Coming back to the hotel from a family wedding with our hands full of leftovers, Tina immediately offered to store them in an accessory refrigerator overnight as they weren’t going to fit in our room mini fridge. So thoughtful.

We were traveling from out of town for a family funeral and needed to check in early. The manager and entire staff were kind, supportive and responsive to our need. They checked on us several times. A wonderful experience during a trying time for our family.

Had a great stay. Renovations are finally complete and the place looks great. Same room type. Clean and comfortable. Ashame no free coffee in the lobby. Seems very cheap for a not cheap hotel.

We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s an easy stop along our “road trip” adventures. It’s always clean. The staff is always friendly. What we’ve mentioned before is that it would be nice if there were, at minimum, complimentary morning coffee/tea/water. This is the only hotel we stay at that doesn’t offer that “perk”— all of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in recent years offer that service and, actually, this is the only one that doesn’t included a complimentary continental breakfast.

Very convenient off the highway for a one night stay for concert at Capitol Theater. Very clean room and lobby, but limited and expensive snacks/ foods at bistro. Refrigerator in room is convenient but otherwise bare minimum amenities.
