The bathroom had filtering water through the wall from the next door room. Other than that, it was clean and well kept.

Staff was extremely helpful during reservation and during stay. My trip required a one-night stay. In an area where most lodgings required two a night minimum, this hotel was able to accommodate my family not just in our desired room, but during a late checkin time frame after celebrating at relative's house late into the evening. Interestingly, I checked out too early for the staff, but the hotel features a remote checkout kiosk with a zoom concierge. Very cool!

There was no staff. A computer screen with a person checked us in at 10pm. I could barely hear her. Room was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. But not many choices on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend. In the morning it got worse. Someone, who I assumed was cleaning staff, tried to open the door at 910 am when we were getting dressed. They just used their key to open door which included the dead bolt. So rude. Thankfully had the latch open to stop the door. Yelled we are in here. Checked out shortly there after and there was no one at desk to speak to.

The property is a bit run down but the room was nice. It had a microwave and fridge. Great location. I'd stay again.

There was pros and cons! Some things we liked and some we didn’t . The staff members were friendly and helpful! Our 13 year old loved that the pool was opened until 10 and took advantage of that. We were disappointed that we booked king size beds and didn’t get them. We couldn’t get a hot shower at any point in our stay and when I asked front desk was told “ too many people are using it” . We found ice cream left in our freezer that had very obviously been there quite some time and a drink in the fridge. My overall feeling is that it was a bit over rated.
