Excellent location. Plenty of room for parking. Great breakfast! Walking distance to Walmart and target. I love staying here!

Pleasantly surprised that the hotel has free shuttle service to the race track. Every single staff member was friendly & helpful. Felt very welcome there. Be sure to pack USB converter to charge devices - most of the ports do not work…which is a common problem everywhere

Beds were rock hard and the pool was closed

Great staff, very good food but the lobby smells very musty. The room was not too bad, but you really noticed it in the lobby. Had a shuttle to the racetrack and enjoyed that extra.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which the site did not communicate. My room was nice and large with a pullout couch. First night I was out in a room on the back side on the 3rd floor. I hardly slept because of the I 87 traffic noise. Especially trucks and their Jake brakes. I was switched to a different room on the front side which was not noisy. The rooms are good but need updating. There was visible mold on the wall in the bathroom because the light didn’t have a fan while using the bathroom. There were no ice machines on the 3rd of 2nd floors and the last night I spent there the ice machine on the first floor died. The hotel staff were ok during check in as I had to wait a few minutes until the gal came out of the back room. She was friendly but curt. The evening staff was excellent. Mark went above and beyond to help me get a food order completed because the internet wasn’t working properly. He was so helpful and genuinely cared about my situation. The internet is spotty and could use door dash or Uber eats in my room. Had to go downstairs to use it. The housekeepers were also very helpful as a friend came to visit and stay the night and they gladly game me extra sheets, towels and blankets. They delivered extras to the door. Overall not bad but need to make sure they have some ice machines working.

The staff was great. The property was not. It was still being renovated. The lobby was not open. The elevator did not work. The halls were dirty. Not worth the over $200 we paid for one night. Would not recommend. The staff was great but not a great hotel. Over priced and not worth the money.

The property was a bit out dated but the staff said they were going to start a total renovation asap. I only stated one night Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast came with our room and had fresh eggs, sausage and waffles, yogurt, cereal , juice , muffins, and more. The pool was closed that was a bit disappointing the staff said it was closed indefinitely. Over the accommodations were grate for the price.

It is close to the Saratoga Race Track and they provide a shuttle. The shuttle was a surprise. The whole staff are really friendly and helpful. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. The property is well kept and clean.

Great stay but remember this there is no pool it’s a cafeteria area where they serve a nice breakfast with 24 hour great coffee.

Property is under construction but no warning prior to booking. No pool but photo showed one. Had to pay fee to cancel last days stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned after our first night, saw multiple spiders in our bathroom and the sink knob came off with ease.

Stayed at this hotel for a graduation and my family and I ended up full of bed bug bites DONT STAY HERE.

Mold smell in hallways . The room forced hot air unit filter need to be changed . Had a stale musty smell. Got a bad sinus headache from the smell. The continental breakfast was horrible.

We have stayed at this property twice, and it never disappoints! The front desk employees are all great! It’s extremely clean, rooms are spacious with microwave, refrigerator, and a k cup coffee maker, as well as 24 hour coffee in the lobby. It’s a 10 minute drive to Saratoga Springs, and there are several other shopping and eating options close to this hotel. I am fussy when it comes to hotels, and trust me when I say, this is one of the best in the area!

Room was not properly cleaned, there was hair & garbage. I would like a refund

The hotel is clean, modern and conveniently located. The staff was professional and friendly. We have stayed at 3 other hotels in Saratoga Springs. This is our favorite by far.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked! The hotel was clean overall. The free breakfast had good selections.

Very clean

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The bathtub was completely clogged, and even though maintenance came multiple times (at least four attempts with different equipment), the problem was never fixed. In the end, I wasn’t able to use the shower at all during my stay. This made things extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. For the price and expectations, this was very disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel until they take basic maintenance more seriously.

Nice hotel! Clean and new. Breakfast was good too. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff member was very helpful. However I could not get wifi signal on my Iphone or iPad. Apparently this has been a known issue with Apple products. This was very inconvenient and needs to be fixed for me to want to stay in a Comfort Inn again.

Only complaint we have is their WiFi kept kicking us out. Very poor reception. Otherwise this hotel is in a great lication to the many attractions in Saratoga Springs. Convenience of the shuttle to and from the racetrack.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn and their rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. If we had an issue with the room, it would, it needs a second chair. breakfast was hmm good. We also like coffee 24/7. I do have one issue. I was discovered after we returned home. As we were going over the final bill we found a charge for a safe on there. We did not use or ask for a safe. Upon a phone call we were told that the desk person could not tell us about the safe charge and because we didn't say, "we don't want the safe" we were charged. That... is very clever and sneaky. You can't tell me about the safe charge; therefore, I cannot refuse it, therefore you can charge me. That is what I call underhanded. Change that! Respectfully, Paul S. Koehler

I checked in at 10 pm and the room was 85 degrees. They had the A/c completely off when they knew a guest was checking in. Wont be able to sleep tonight

No blackout curtains. Light from outdoor lamps shine in as does the early morning sun. Room was neat and clean but obviously well worn and old.

Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Fell twice in shower because floor of shower very slippery. Woman at front desk said something was put on the shower surface after renovation, this is what she after I told her that I slipped, but no warning ahead of time, at check in, nothing.

Nice quiet recently updated hotel. The staff was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The place was pretty clean and there was a nice breakfast included. The only thing I’d change would be the television, I know it sounds silly to mention a tv when on vacation but there is some downtime. There is basic cable with plenty of ads. There was no movie Chanel options or even paid subscription Chanel you could sign in with your personal subscriptions. Other than this small inconvenience, it was a pleasure.

Very modern and in good repair. However, no grab bar in step in tub/shower - a no-no for senior travelers. The room lighting is all on one side of the room. The coffee maker and telephone are on the dark half of the room so that at night they are a bit hard to use - again a negative for senior travelers whose eyesight might not be the best. The included breakfast is good and the eating area clean and bright. The negatives do not outweigh the positives. I would stay there again.

The staff at the Comfort Inn were fabulous! The evening desk attendant was extremely helpful in trying to find us nearby accommodations for our return trip home a week later. We like this hotel so much that we wanted to stay at the same location on our way home. The hotel was booked but he called around to several nearby hotels checking availability for us. He truly went above and beyond. The next day when we experienced car trouble, a. different desk attendant helped us to locate a reputable service garage. The room was excellent; clean, modern, spacious and with very comfortable beds and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and the dining area was neat and clean. I feel like we got outstanding value for the price and would highly recommend to others.

Clean room, easy parking, and nice amenities. Mark at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, even while dealing with an irate customer before me.

The front desk person was kind and energetic even though I was checking in late at night! I believe his name was Mark. After a long drive, it was nice to be greeted so nicely!

A comfortable pleasant stay to nearby Saratoga, a 5 minute drive. Staff attentive and pleasant.

Everything was great. Plenty of parking. Across the street from a walmart and close to plenty of food options. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. Will be staying here everytime i come in town.

Great location, just minutes to downtown Saratoga.

Night clerk was very helpful regarding nearby restaurants and attractions. I believe his name was Dave. Reminded us of breakfast and checkout time when we checked in. Breakfast was excellent- omelet and sausage were both hot and fresh tasting.

We stayed for 5 nights in Oct. The Hotel is very clean, well kept, quiet. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was good, would like to have had more variety. If we come back to Saratoga we would stay there again.

Property getting a major face lift and is really nice! Rooms are clean and modern. Only complaint is their icky eggs and sausage for breakfast. We dont eat alot of carbs so was our only choice. We threw them out after a couple bites. But if you eat waffles, cereal and unhealthy pasteries I guess youll love it!
