Clean updated room, indoor pool myself and grandkids enjoyed for a few hours the day of check in and the next morning before check out, I would have been more satisfied with 2 queen beds instead of 2 double beds; I thought I booked a 2 queens size bed room.

The Restaurant Staff and Bartender were so friendly and very attentive. The spa was something to be desired by way of facilities. The pool was not in the same area as spa services. There was no hot tub. And you were on your own figuring out the saunas. The aestheicians and masseuses were phenomenal. Everything they did was perfect. Place just needs some changes to the spa area to actually compete with other spas. Hot tub in waiting area is very doable

Love this place because of their large soaking tubs and warm, indoor pool. Both are fab for my arthritis. Staff is friendly, in-house restaurant good and there is SO MUCH to do on the North Fork of LI.

The Inn is beautiful, as is the room. That said, it is lacking some complimentary amenities. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. There is a real gym -- which is great -- but it costs $10/day per person. Pool but no hot tub. So while it is beautiful, and we are glad to be here, I did not give it 5 stars.

We love staying at East Wind. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We do laps in the pool each day and enjoy coffee in the foyer. Beautiful place and great location for visiting family.

was excited to spend the night here on a very small local getaway with my best friend to unwind. But I found myself disappointed. 1. The rooms were extremely outdated. They offer nothing in them also not even robes if it's a spa you think they would offer robes!!! The bathroom offers no amenities besides a used soap bar with hair on it and a half-empty mini shampoo! Not even shower gel (you're better off staying at a Marriott for a cheaper price!!) 2. There were so many bugs in the room and a cheap headboard and bed every time I went to move the bed shook!! 3. the restaurant was terrible the food was terrible however the server was extremely nice! 4. My room had a musty Oder and frankly the whole hotel 5. The grounds outside look beautiful but inside the rooms are cheap motel and cheap owner vibes the front desk doesn't pick up the phone!! 5. Lastly the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling this place needs a major reno not worth the price at all!!!

Check-in staff nice. Room was average size for king bed and was clean enough yet over priced imo for what you get as there was no refrigeratorr or microwave and with a 3 night stay I def could have used both to save and reheat food ie.breakfast, lunch, dinner so we had to throw alot of food out and spend extra $$ going out for breakfast everyday. There was a large black beetle bug in the bathroom crawling around the floor that i had to catch/kill at 2am in the morn. Bed mattress was decent firmness but pillows are quite soft/flat/mushy. Went to get breakfast at the restaurant on site but no breakfast service so had to leave premises so that was quite inconvenient. Overall a nicely decorated clean place to stay but underwhelming for price compared to similar hotels around the area which include breakfast and have refrigerator and microwave in room. I'd recommend for convenience if you have a function there but otherwise probably not.

We loved our stay. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious and that soaking tub was the best! I will definitely stay here again when i’m in the area.

The staff were not particularly helpful at checkin. They provided a minimal amount of information but I had to ask very specific questions in order to learn anything useful. The room had seen better days. Trim was missing from one of the picture frames and the tub drain had to be propped open to drain properly. Housekeeping did a nice job. Service in the on-site restaurant was terrible. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The girl at check in was so sweet. Their system was down and she had quite a few guests waiting but was very apologetic and actually got us checked in pretty quickly despite not having her computer up and running. Very nice, professional, polite and friendly person to be at the front desk!

This is the first time I stayed at this Hotel. The Summer rates were affordable for the North Fork of Long Island in the Summer months. Great location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Oversized suites, bedding and linens 5 ⭐️, Large baths, soaking tub with shower, vanity great lighting with magnifying makeup mirror. Cocktail lounge cozy, well stocked with an adjacent dining area. I will be back and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🥳

We had a good experience in the restaurant attached to the hotel. One of the attractions is the shopping village on the property, but at least half of the shops are empty. In the past the shopping village was much more busy. The shops listed by the hotel are not there at this time. The property is well cared for and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near many farms, restaurants, and other activities.

Amazing first stay! All staff are wonderful and extremely helpful! Great location…9 minutes from my destination of splish splash and the Carousel shops across the parking lot are a must see! Desmond’s was delish for dinner and have a great happy hour! The Spa was the best I have ever been too…so relaxing and everyone working there was beyond kind! It’s a definite Gem of a hotel! The rooms could use a microwave and fridge, but they say you can request one and I only stayed one night so didn’t really need it.

Beautiful! Clean ! Restaurant food is amazing! Bar and staff are awesome! Rooms are quiet and very pretty. The only thing I wish for is breakfast during the week. We had to go to a diner, which wasn’t a big deal or far away, but breakfast would have made this awesome stay even better. We will certainly stay again!

Desmond’s restaurant is great. Linda especially is friendly and attentive. She worked so hard we tried to slow her down. The hotel staff were efficient and cordial. The only things we missed was a mini fridge in the room and commercial TV. Not much of a complaint really. Overall a very pleasant and first class hotel. This is our third stay.

Beautiful property and room was clean and comfortable! We stayed Wednesday and Thursday so we did not have a breakfast option, but if you stay on the weekends you will. Definitely a wedding venue-beautiful!

felt very unsafe. Arrived at 11:45pm and after checking in was told to go to other side of building to park and enter for the elevators. I was the only car in the giant parking lot. Assumed I needed my keycard to open the side door at that hour but no it was just unlocked and doors opened right to the stairs and my room was the first door at the top of the stairs. So no staff other than the 22 year old that front desk who checked me in. Did not feel the place was kept very safe. Also, the restaurant is closed during the week so the advertised breakfast on site did not exist. Ended up leaving the next morning and did not stay for my second night got another hotel where I felt safer.
