The bad thing is no elevator

Exterior of property needs renovations. But, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly.

It was simply a place to put my head on the bed because. The property needs updating. Everything in the room was just okay. It was neat and cleanish. I was woken up 3 times during the night on Saturday night from loud noises. The guests were really rowdy. I couldn't tell if people were yelling in anger and fighting or just really loud.

swimming pool out of service!! Stale cereal at "continental" breakfast!! No towel racks or hooks whatsoever in the bathroom!! the AC had to be turned down to 62 degrees for it to get even remotely cool! Several electrical outlets not functioning!

Everything was very nice but the pool was not maintained.

I wish that the outside entrances in the back worked but maybe they are kept locked for safety reasons.

This hotel,although dated,was surprisingly clean and well kept. Its not fancy but it met all our needs for an over nite stay. It was nice to be able to pop in and grab a banana and some juice in the morning before getting back on the road.The bed and pillows were comfortable,and you could tell the sheets were clean and fresh.

Check in was slow. Pricing for the Hotel was a bit high. Overall the place looked to have been on the upswing. Working on it. Pool could have been cleaned. Would stay again at a bit less of a nightly rate.

The stay was fine. Clean room, no smoke smell. Well lit hallways, stocked vending machines, ice machine worked. The lock for the outside door to the second floor was not functional. The bathtub needs a mat, it was very slippery. Watched another oatron take all the bananas from the breakfast bar. Coffee was a little weak.

Room floors were dirty. Staff was good.

Room had some spiders and stains on bed cover.

Room and linens are clean and neat. Mexican food in downtown Wurtsboro is recommended.

Don’t like the smell in the hallway!

First, we had requested and were approved for a late checkout at 12:00 PM, yet we were woken up around 11:30 AM and told to leave the room immediately. That was both inconvenient and unprofessional. More concerning, I woke up on Tuesday morning with multiple itchy bites on my body. After checking the bedding and mattress, I noticed signs that strongly suggest the presence of bedbugs. The bites appeared in a zigzag pattern, which is characteristic of bedbug activity. I've attached photos for your reference and urge you to have the mattress and room professionally inspected as soon as possible.

There was a musty smell in the hallway and rooms. Beds were nice. Breakfast was minimal.

Room was exceptionally clean. There were no problems - everything worked, nothing was broken. The upkeep was thorough.The staff at the front desk are the nicest people. I've stayed here twice and will come again. Very nice hotel for a fair price. There is a rooster that will get you to the breakfast room on time.The area is great - there are lots of good places to eat and fun shops to visit.

My stay waa great. Room waa very clean. Although there was a notice indicating that room would be cleaned every 2-3 days for longer stays, my room was cleaned daily.

It is a little dated but clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a little better selection than some places I've stayed. For just one night while passing thru it suited me perfectly. I would stay again.

Place was well kept and the room was nice - however i got a nosebleed in the middle of the night and they kept my deposit over the messy pillowcase. Will not be staying here again. They got my $200 over something another hotel of higher reviews would’ve just replaced the pillow for.

We had a great experience and very nice hotel staff. Very comfortable clean and we loved the complimentary breakfast. We will go back again when we visit New York. Thanks again to the hotel owners and staff!

My wife and I are frequent travelers. This particular stay was due to a family member being in the hospital locally. We are also members of expedia.com. We have stayed at several other properties in this area. But have never been as disappointed as we were with the days inn Wyndham. Although the price was right, this hotel was all wrong. When we went to check in, there was no one at the front desk, the floors were extremely sticky, and the vestibule to enter into the lobby, smelled strongly of incense and marijuana. attendant attempted to check us in only to tell us that our credit card was declined which we could not understand. It turned out that this property charges additional deposits that were not mentioned on the Expedia website. Due to our family member being in the hospital, we were short on cash and didn’t have our back up card with us to be able to make their deposit. I tried to explain to the guest service attendant that nowhere on Expedia’s website did it explain that the Days Inn would require an additional deposit to check in. We explained our situation to the guest service attendant in hopes that due to us using Expedia frequently they would waive the deposit. The guest service attendant was very abrupt and rude and told us there was nothing she could do. We asked that she speak with the manager to which their reply was also no. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service or concern for their guests at this location.

This was a great one night stop that was conveniently located right off the highway. It was safe and clean. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Peaceful and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Great place to spend the night in the Bethal Woods area after seeing a concert.

Great location

Outside quiet area. Parking could be a little better. There was some noise that woke me up once or twice. But that’s no reflection of the extremely nice front desk staff and housekeeping staff. This is my third time using them and I will continue to use them on my trips back home to NY. Very convenient to Monticello, NY. The Hotels in town (Monti) are terrible. Another enjoyable stay. Everything was fine. Can't see "Days Inn" from Wurtsboro until you get to driveway.

This motel is located out in the rural edge of the Catskills, near the small hamlet of Wurtsburo (which has restaurants and stores, gas and groceries. Not a destination town, but charming to visit.) The property is large and green, like a big park, comfortable and affordable.

Quick easy check in, lobby was very clean and staff was friendly and engaging. I’ve stayed here previously many times. The bathroom had an old dirty rag hanging over the shower curtain from the previous guest and the shower could have been a bit cleaner but overall this is a great place to stay. Easy on/off highway access and the views of the mountains are beautiful. Great for the price and location. I’m certain I’ll stay here again

The breakfast was okay.I had to microwave the eggs with cheese in them to warm them up.It was not a continental breakfast.It wasn't bad.I will be staying there again but it definitely wasn't a continental breakfast
