They no longer serve continental breakfasts. External access doors were inoperable so you must walk through the front lobby. Honestly there is more value in Holiday Inn express or Days Inn than this property.

My second stay in the last few years. Love the staff, Dorian...I see you... And his brother, Dorin and all the lovely ladies at the desk. The lobby is cozy and perfect for hanging out. Drinks and snacks available all hours. Clean, comfortable rooms. I have no complaints. I will be back.

Really nice room with a balcony, which you don't see much anymore. It overlooked a pretty courtyard. Room was large and furnishings comfortable. This is a sprawling hotel so it's a hike to get to the lobby, but on the plus side, the rooms are quiet because you aren't getting noise from activity in the bar, etc.

This hotel was clean and well cared for. The pool was out of service for the majority of our stay. This was a definite inconvenience. While they did offer the use of the Embassy Suites pool across the street, this was not a good option as the Embassy Suites pool was overcrowded and unmonitored in relation to the unsupervised kids in the pool. The other issue we had was the fact that the elevator was inconveniently located and hard to access. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked Bistro offerings, clean room, computer availability, and convenience to main roads. I appreciated very much helpfulness of staff helping me with Bonvoy Marriott app and with directions to the airport. I will return when I travel to Cincinnati.

Toilet so small kids could barely use it. Room and door locks worked inconsistently. Room so cold my wife got chillls. Pool too cold to even put our feet in. Will not stay here again.

Very nice and quiet property. Well maintained property and in a safe quiet area. Very clean room with very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was very easy. Would certainly recommend this property and will plan to stay here again when visiting this area.

Typical Marriott, little older but clean overall and very nice staff. My biggest gripe has to be the terrible wster pressure for a shower and then on my final day zero hot wster in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable.

We needed a hotel for UC Bearcat family weekend since all of the hotels near UC were jacked up 5-6x in price. Blue Ash was a great location with reasonable priced hotels. Courtyard was new renovated so felt clean and fresh. The staff was wonderful. I will choose again when in the Cincinnati area.

We stayed here for the weekend to see Taylor Swift in Cincinnati. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility was clean and an easy drive to Paycor Stadium. The staff went above and beyond to make it extra special by decorating the lobby Swift-themed and having music playing upon guests check-in. It made our weekend even more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Cincinnati area!

My son and I stayed here after dropping off my daughter at UC. The woman that checked us in was so kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful after a long day of moving, shopping and traffic. When checking out, the lady at the desk was also incredibly friendly and just lovely. I plan on staying here again on the many trips back and forth from NE Ohio. My only wish is that they had beverages in the lobby….a coffee station and some lemon water would be a nice addition and much appreciated.
