We really shouldve been informed that the hotel was under construction. Our room was right next to the construction. It wouldn't have been so bad but the worked until 10:30 pm!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked and provided both hot and cold options. The overall condition of the property is acceptable. In our room you could see signs of shoddy workmanship in the bathroom and floor tiles, not bad, but didn't make a good impression. The indoor pool area is small, and the towels are equally as small and thin. The pool water temp needs to be raised a few degrees.

Walked in to our room and found food on the floor. Ripped chair. Kids looked forward to swimming. Went down to the pool and it was freezing cold. Even the room the pool was in was cold. The chair lift by the pool was covered in mold. Asked a worker if the heat was working. He came in and said he couldn’t get in to the utility room to check the heater. Kids went in for 5-10 minutes and couldn’t stand it anymore. My 9 year old and 11 year old were very disappointed.

Ants in room. Told staff. They were on it . Quickly. Still have not gotten my 50 $ deposit back. The kokomo , Holiday inn an suites , a few days back , immediately returned. Asked stsff about it and had no answers Its the little things , no pun intended , anys an deposits , that ate absurd when not carried out. Othetwise clean froendly quiet hotel. Please find my deposit and put put. Thank You

This hotel was not very clean. Honestly I was surprised that they were even allowed to be a Holiday Inn Express. Multiple entrances to the hotel were not secured at night. One entrance was left propped open all night and another had duct tape over the latch the entire time of our stay. The exterior garbage cans were left over flowing with garbage laying all over the ground around them. Stayed two nights and were never emptied.

The hotel front desk lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was on floor 2 there was alot of screaming and noise around 1 or 2 in the morning kids running in halls woke us up out of our sleep. Other than that the stay was good

Definitely would come here again! Very quiet, spacious room, they even have dove products for you to use in larger pumps. Which was very nice because I honestly hate those small tiny bottles hotels usually give. They had free breakfast every morning, and house keeping always had the room clean and bed re made every-time we came back. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

My room was in the Frist floor next to the entrance. I can hear everyone getting in the hotel and talking to the staff. I couldn’t sleep all night. People laughing and shouting all night. Someone knock at my door in the middle of the night. I booked a room to sleep and I couldn’t, next time I will sleep in my car. Horrible experience.

Amazing staff in front desk. First time coming to Cincinnati Ohio, and i had a wonderful experience. The guys were very helpful and made sure i had everything for my family of 6. Definitely will be reserving here when i come back to Cincinnati i loved it❤️

Check-in seemed to be easy however in the early morning hours someone was opening the door to our room. They were given a key to our room apparently they didn't realize we were checked in and double booked the room. The toilet in our room was clogged and someone brought us a plunger to unclog ourselves. Lastly we were under the impression there was a pool another reason we stayed here...because there was a large group of minorities staying in the hotel due to a basketball tournament, the pool was "out of order". I called once most of the patrons checked out and miraculously the pool was back in working order! Absolutely terrible, I do not recommend this hotel at all! In fact it needs to be shut down

Greg was excellent in setting up our reservations. He was very helpful in securing exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoy very much staying at Blue Ash Holiday Inn Express. Tony was a great help to us during checkin. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Five stars!

Check in was mediocre. There was ZERO hospitality with the clerk. That's enough to make me take my money to another chain. Thats a big deal to me and was a gross misrepresentation of the IHG brand.

Very clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star was the cleaning crew knocking on our door repeatedly despite us having the do not disturb sign hanging. Otherwise everything else was great and would recommend.

Dated property, but pretty well maintained. Dated shower and very loud air conditioner- but overall ok. Breakfast ok, not many choices- and only about 12 places to sit- so if they’re full you have to take your breakfast to your room.

Everything good except breakfast attendant who had to be asked frequently to resupply food. Cinnamon roll trays would be empty for up to 15 minutes. When asked to replace she would but they were still very cold because they weren’t sitting in the heated tray. Some foresight on her part would have helped. Also, she spoke no English and desk clerk had to come interpret for her on occasion.

clean and bright looking . but in the morning the “ breakfast buffet “was awfully disappointing.pancake area was out of order. no eggs for last hour of breakfast. gravy had a thick layer of skin on it.no biscuits. only two warm items gravy w skin and sausage patties that were like old and rubbery . the only thing people ate was cold cereal and bagels . also the guy running it was giving everyone dirty looks. indoor pool was also very cold and not heated.
