Stayed 3 nights

Checked in to a room that had no working shower. Was moved to another room the same day that was missing a shower rod. After driving 11hrs, we said it would work for the night, but not the next day if they could not get it fixed. Was moved to a 3rd room and we found out it had cockroaches. Staff gave full refund and was always pleasant, but they need to fix sooo many things. Also, no pool as advertised. Terrible experience

Mary, front desk staff, was above and beyond great! She addressed my concerns straight forward and honestly. She offered to show me the room to see if it would accommodate my concerns. It did, above and beyond. Mary was pleasant and welcoming. Can't say enough about her. The facilities were very well maintained. Your hotel exceeded my highest expectations in all areas. Thank you for the quality you have put into your facility.

This hotel is terrible. When I walked into the lobby I should have walked out. It smelled like pinesol and marijuana. The lobby was dark and dingy and had that greasy residue feel. The room was horrendous and in great need of updates. We were afraid to sit down. We did not stay we left after 15 minutes. There was no pool. There was no mattress on the sofa bed. The furniture looked like it was purchased from a thrift store. The door frames were all scuffed up. There were black stains In the bathroom sink. There were screw holes in the walls where something had been hanging at one time but never replaced. Just very old and run down. Not inviting at all and did not feel safe even staying there. Had a feeling that there is probably drug use, drug trafficking and prostitution that happens there. Very uncomfortable and not a place for children. A pool was listed on the amenities but there wasn’t one. Just very sketchy. The young man that checked us in was very nice. I did get half of our money bs k but really should have gotten all of it back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed.

Hotel needed a lot of cleaning. Lots of items needed repairs. Breakfast was a little bit of nothing but tiny muffins and some oatmeal. Coffee was horrible. Definitely room for improvement.
