There were quite a few weird smells that were unpleasant. The beds were not great, a bit uncomfortable. The pool is filled in and the website hasnt been updated. The laundry is ok, there was something in one of the dryers that left residue on my clothes. The staff was nice and it was in a decent area.

We stayed 5 nights at this location during a road trip to see some friends. The location of it in relation to the activities we chose to do was definitely good - about 25 minutes to the zoo, aquarium, and even less to the Kenwood Towne Center mall. We loved having the kitchenette, especially the fridge, which is why we opted for a hotel like the Extended Stay. However, there was NOT A THING else supplied in the kitchenette area. No pots or pans, silverware, nothing. That seemed at odds with the theme of "extended stay," and was greatly disappointing. If this is how all of these are, then this brand gets crossed off the list for future trips.

Advertised free continental breakfast and did not ever have anything out, not even coffee. Also no utensils or plates. Was supposed to include basic kitchenette items. Asked anything a spoon or fork and was rudely told no, not even plastic or throwaway available. When looking in the dining area myself the cupboards were completely bare with only empty totes labeled for what was supposed to be there.

Your absolute cheapest option to get a lot of people out of the weather and into beds at the same time. Which of course comes with some tradeoffs--deferred maintenance, a bricked-in pool, an array of unpleasant smells as you walk down the hall, etc. I did not see any vermin and the sheets were clean. Otherwise, you kinda get what you pay for here.

There was no internet when we arrived. It seems that they has a heavy rain that lasted a short time and took out their internet. Other hotels had internet but not here. The poor guy behind the desk was working there by himself trying to serve guests and on hold with the internet providers to get the internet back. What I did like was that the room did not have rugs, compared to the other places we stayed where it looked dirty old carpets. We did find 3 bags of chips in a drawer and left them there, We would stay there again.

It was advertised they had a pool on site. They did not. They also advertise continental breakfast and all that was offered was dirty water colored coffee. We paid a bit for this hotel and was very upset.

The facility is dilapidated, which is fine, not every property can be new. But, the room was disgusting. Pubic hair on the toilet walls and bathroom door. Room smelled of mold and although the facility is "non-smoking", the hallways reaked of cigarette and marijuana. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. You may wonder why we stayed once we arrived, but unfortunately it was a last minute trip ao we had to take our dog with us. This was our only option.

The hotel is independently owned and is poorly maintained. The bathtub was visibly dirty, chipped, and outdated, raising serious cleanliness concerns. Overall upkeep is lacking, and customer service does not seem to be a priority. The “breakfast” offered was a grab-and-go muffin, which was disappointing and not worth the price of the stay. I would not recommend this property.

This place was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. The hallways reeked of cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts all over the ground like no one even bothers to clean. The shower had hair in it—clearly not cleaned after the last guest—and to top it off, there were exposed wires right next to the air conditioner! Completely unsafe and filthy. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to stay open. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Rooms were filthy, run down, and dated. Had to be moved to another room because first was so nasty and the AC didn't work. Crusty gunk on the curtains they used as closet doors. Brown smear on the walls and dirt and hair on the night stand. New room was marginally better. Management was away from desk for half an hour, both at check in and when I was getting into my room. Bad experience at every level. Acoid if possible.

The sheets were literally covered in tobacco and I Was told nobody there could clean it but they gave me clean sheets. The comforters were filthy, the upstairs hallway smelled like vomit. It wasnt pricy, but I would NEVER stay here again

The floor was so dirty in the room I had to wear shoes. Just socks turned the bottoms brown/gray. There was a bug (cockroach) on the countertop the last evening of my stay. Some of the door handles were broke, and the ac has a very musty odor. Better maintenance and pest control could go a long way.

Room (328) was not very clean. Garbage can still had trash from previous guest. Bathroom sink needs a good cleaning. Refrigerator light hanging down from wire inside fridge. Elevator floor very dirty. No coffee pot in room. No hair dryer. Staff was attentive when they came to front desk. Would prefer getting a paper receipt at checkout, instead of by email. Would not stay here again.

Room 308 The fold out bed mattress look like it was from the 80 it was stained so badly and had dirt on the mattress. The rubber molding on the walls I. My room was coming off. Which could simply be fixed by glueing it. The only reason why we could not get a different hotel was because we were constantly in and out due to my son had prom that night. If you called the front desk we were charged $1.00 pre call.The living room tv was a small square and could not get it working right would not zoom out. The lady that was working that night was wound full she was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would like at least half of my money back.

No parking there were people parked from a company staying there taking up 2 parking spaces each. Leaving no room for any other hotel guests. Toilet did not flush, 3rd floor hallway did not smell good at all. Back splash on stove and and vent was very dirty, and the stove electric panels were dirty. Staff was friendly and I let them know my issues upon check out.

This property is really shabby looking. My room reeked of cigarette smoke( for a non-smoking room) and the window was open to allow the room to air out. The screen was bent and broken. The bed was a metal frame, like a cot, attached to the wall with a mattress thrown on top-no box springs. I turned around and went right back downstairs to request a refund. The front desk was very apologetic as I told them the photos did not represent the property. I relocated to another hotel on the same block. The property in this review worked with Expedia that same evening to process my refund. I do not recommend this property.

The room was old and cheap looking. My ironing board was broken and not useable. The room smelled of burnt something and it never really went away. My main concern were the men that drank large amounts of beer outside at the door I used to get in and out. I don’t understand why they picked that area but having to walk a dog several times was not comfortable especially the longer they were there drinking.

Booked a room for my spouse around 11:55 pm. At 12 am booking was auto canceled. I received no notification of cancelation. My spouse arrived at 1:30 am exhausted and they did not let her check in. Staff said she must call the next day for resolution but they charged her for the hotel room at the end without stay. Expedia also could not help as they had charged Expedia. I and Expedia staff called the hotel and I faced with a terrible customer care. Hotel manager also refused to provide a refund. Real bad experience booking a hotel room there.

I booked this hotel well in advance. Upon reaching after 6 hours of driving, the staff says there’s no room at 9:30pm !! Upon requesting to grant the room, they just straight away rejected stating no rooms. They sent to another hotel nearby which is shabby and small room with no space to sleep for 4 members!! Stay away from this hotel and not at all trustworthy!!

The hall ways smelled horrible. The rooms were dirty. And I my card stopped working so I went to the front desk and the guy working was sleeping in the back with his tv up so loud he couldn’t hear me yelling for him. I called the front desk to wake him from my phone and it went unanswered. Finally my bf has to go into the office and wake him and he had a very bad attitude pushing my bf. Then the key card still didn’t work so I had to go back down and he wouldn’t come to the desk instead he asked what I wanted from the back room. When I told him it was still not working he said well don’t put it near your phone. I informed him I didn’t. He had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working there. He didn’t even answer the phone.

There was no stay!!!! There was no one there to check you in, and then sat on the phone for over and hour to be relocated and waS REFUSED a relocation. Your company is a joke and I will never do business with it again, and can’t even be processed a refund without them contacting the POS hotel because they refuse to answer the phone because they have no staff!!!

It's clear that this hotel has minimal staff. The two employees checking in were also doing laundry service. The staff that were there were friendly and professional, but I'm willing to bet they feel over-worked and underappreciated. I did not see any cleaning staff at all and the stairways and hallways reflect the lack of cleaning staff. The carpets and walls were all dirty. It explains the inexpensive rates for the hotel. Also, we had to ask for linens for the sofa-bed in our room because the only employees on-site were checking in and doing laundry service so they obviously did not have the time to stock the linens in the room. In addition, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the third floor hallway, at least in the area where my room was located. It did not creep into my room, for which I was thankful, but it was very heavy right outside my door.

Looks ghetto on the outsdie , inside not to bad . But was at check in and there was a bunch people standing around all talking at the check in cussing and carrying on. Beds had stains on sheets and beds, said there was free breakfast i go down that morning and theres nothing there..only one cleaning lady so you cant ever find the lady at desk.
