Lots of noisy unsupervised kids running around the lobby. Fortunately the room was quiet. Rainy day and the ceiling had a leak and a panel in the lobby. fell down. Water poured through and staff got busy right away trying to use buckets to catch the water and clean up the mess! Rooms could use some refurbishing. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food.

This property is falling apart in the most literal sense. The roof had so many leaks that the first floor was filled with garbage cans and buckets trying to catch some of the leaks. The first floor was covered in water. The whole hotel was worn out - dirty, chipping, peeling, and old. This hotel was not even close to being worth the cost.

Very crowded with sports teams! Saturday night the lobby was busy and loud well past 10PM. Elevators are slow and crowded, pool is small and crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has very limited menu. Continental breakfast is good, but there are no vending machines and a water is $4 from the front lobby.

The pool was dark and murky, when I asked the condition of the pool the staff didn't know of the condition and later a "pool closed" sign was there also it was roped off on my entire stay.The elevator floors (all 3) had cracks and pits, these issues could have caused an accident! The staircase carpet lools like it was last cleaned in the 80's! My restroom has one light that was not working properly. On the 13th I arrived back at my room at 5:56, and my room was not cleaned, soon after the cleaning service came riggt away but the service was not up to par necause they seemed to ne late for many guest. I was not sure if this stay was a true Hilton brand? This was the first time I had this kind of experience from a Hilton group.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and things are kind of going downhill. 1)the parking lot needs to be repaved, 2)the couch in our room had a broken zipper, 3)housekeeping didn’t do a thorough check before we checked in. There were cigarette butts and a beer can in the balcony, 4)when we checked in, our refrigerator wasn’t working(needed to be defrosted), only a few television stations worked for the first day, and when I went to the front desk there were people coming and going with all kinds of issues with their rooms also. 5)a tree was leaning badly, more and more each day, nothing was done … and the last morning of our stay I woke up to see that 100’ tree had fallen on a car in the parking lot. That could have been prevented easily. This hotel was a lot nicer than this last year and the time before when I stayed there. If it goes downhill any more, I won’t be checking in again. The property needs attention.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. However the room was kind of gross. The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been swept. There was an actual ball of hair behind the wastebasket, there was other dirt on the bathroom floor as well. The underneath part of the toilet lid was dirty. The window seal had a bunch of dirt on it and some black stuff around the window seal that looked like mold. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. One of the lamp shades was coming apart from the lamp. The side table in the living room had stuff on, like spilled drink and I found a tiny pink flamingo at the top of the light where you turn the switch. The beds were clean and the inside of the shower was clean. So with that being said it was ok enough to sleep for just one night. I told my dad that the hotel had a lot of nerve charge as much as they do for it to look the way it does. It looked like it was real nice in its prime but doesn’t appear that any money or updating has been done in years. It did offer a great breakfast buffet. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I thought about taking pictures but didn’t. I hope they take the large amount of the profits this place must make and put it towards upgrading it. It could be a very grand hotel.

Room wasn't very clean and was in need of repair. The pullout had potato chips in the mattress and the cushions were ripped. The shower curtain was too small for the tub. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. Restaurant was not good

I’ve stayed at cleaner hotels for 1/2 the price. There was miscommunication during check in that required a change of rooms during my stay which caused a lose of money due to the fact that I had bought food for the 2 nights we were there that required refrigeration that in turn had to be thrown out. The pool had so much chlorine it burned my eyes like I have never experienced. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was also great.

The lobby and outside were very clean. Our rooms weren’t. The bathroom looked as if it was never cleaned. The second room, wood was exposed on the let out bed. I was afraid for my kids to sit on it. We were disappointed in the quality of our rooms. Breakfast was as great and they had options.

I liked the friendly staff so overall rating is not directed toward the staff. The conditions of the property and rooms were disappointing. The ceiling my room had a hole in it from an old light fixture. The rooms smelled and looked outdated. The bathrooms were outdated, the grout was dirty, the corners looked dirty and just didn't meet mine or my family's expectations. I expected more from a Hilton brand and if I was a Hilton, I wouldn't want my name associated with it. I know Paris wouldn't have stayed for sure. Hilton should take a serious look at their Embassy Suite properties and give them a major overhaul. The breakfast was disappointing. We had to use cheap paper plates and no trays were available. The stairwell was dirty and dimly lit. There was trash on the grounds in the back parking lot area. Needless to say, I will not stay at another Embassy Suites. The floors stayed wet from swimmers. Need to look at making sure the floors are dry so no accidents will occur. Again, this review is not directed at the staff, who were professional and courteous.

Tissues were stuffed in our vents in our room. Mens underwear laying in the hallway. Kids running around till 2 in the morning. Common areas were dirty. Tons of kids with no supervision at pool talking nasty and splashing everyone. Stayed here many times in the past 10 years with my kids but i won’t go back. Breakfast buffet disappointing. Waited 35 mins for an omelette and bacon. They do not put bacon on buffet. Overall very dissatisfied. This hotel needs an update.

If you book on expedia, prepare yourself for rude staff, no mobile app access, and horrible wifi (speeds equal to dial up!). Need to book on Hilton App to get any value. Also, the gym sucks.

Safe quiet area. Staff was great. Carpeting and furnishings in the room were in need of repair and replacement. Carpeting and drapes looked stained. I didn't even attempt to pull out the sofa sleeper, it looked broke and stained. Covered it with a sheet to sit on. Breakfast was great. Won't be staying here until updates are completed.

We stayed on the fifth floor, which was the recently remodeled floor. Wish there was another mirror besides in the bathroom. It’s not very practical only having one mirror. Also, I think that the room was remodeled, but the mattress and pillows needed to be updated as well. Our mattress sank down in the middle. The bedding for the pullout couch needed to be updated as well. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We did not voice our concerns to them.

The breakfast was a highlight with the omelets made to order. The balcony was a waste of money. The sliding glass doors were almost impossible to see out of. The bedroom being located in the back of the room was great. This made the loud adults drinking and yelling in the 1st floor area palatable. HIGHLY recommend you request 4th or 5th floor for that reason. Lastly, the air conditioning was less than adequate. The reason we chose this hotel was the price. Well worth it.

I was not impressed, which is surprising as I typically really like Embassy Suites. My A/C was not working well. The hotel sent up a repair person, but it didn't get cooler. There was a decent sized wet spot on the carpet behind the desk. Finally, the shower and shower curtain sucked. Bed was comfy and staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Still, I won't be back.

Door of room would not close. 2 nd room assigned, same thing. I thing the structure may have sagged. Not even CLOSE to closing. Doors did not fin in the frames. Left and got refund. Clerk did not know a prepaid Expedia room would be charged also. Not a good property!! Courtyard across street was great!

Not Hilton Quality – Do Better As a Hilton Honors member, this stay was a huge letdown. I had to call the front desk three times before anyone answered. When I finally checked in, the room was dirty—trash in the bin, crumbs on the floor, stained carpet, gnats flying around. TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and I was told to bring my laptop downstairs to connect. Seriously? Customer service was just as bad. When I called for toothpaste, the front desk woman answered like I’d called her personal phone and made me feel like a burden for asking. This place is rundown and unprofessional. I was traveling solo for a funeral and deserved a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this building. I’ll be contacting corporate. Skip this hotel. Not worth your money or stress.

The front desk clerks i had after 3pm on April 1st was terrible and unaccomodating. No customer service skills and did not take the time to greet us walking thru the door. When this business thrives from repeat customers; why would the first point of contact be an unfriendly front desk employee. I did not appreciate that and I travel frequently year round. I would not think the CEOs would appreciate the bad representation of the HILTON brand. I have too many other places i can spend my hard earned money. I have been happier at other hotel chains that dont cost as much. There are cosmetic issues that need attention. The bathroom and bed in room #211 needs attention. I do NOT feel that i can even equate the degree of stay as to the money i spent. I cannot say i will return to this location. There are other hotels in close proximity that ive stayed before that i will patronize. The omelet station was outstanding. The manager that checked me out was pleasant and most understanding of my less than desirable experience. She had great energy and was very engaging. I sincerely hope changes are made. One bad egg can spoil the whole bunch.

We stayed 3 nights never had Housekeeping show up to clean or replace anything. Was a busy weekend in the Hotel, and at times it was very noisy. For the rate we paid the expectations where that we would have better service.

My daughter and I were trapped in a there elevator for 10 to 15 minutes. When we called the emergency call button, they were not apologetic or showing any concern for us. There reply was simply “okay we get someone out there to reset it” not much customer service.

The hotel has a great breakfast. We had some issues with our room that staff really didn’t seem to care about. They just wrote the issues on a receipt and said ok. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub was clogged so by the time you were done showering it was ankle deep. Half of our lights didn’t work in the room and when we asked for more towels we had to call twice and it took over an hour to get them. We even offered to pick them up ourselves but was told they would bring them.

We were passing through Cincinnati on a roadtrip to Oregon and the Embassy Suites at Blue Ash was a really nice place to stay for the night. Affordable, huge rooms with very comfortable and suitable amenities. The hotel itself is really nice and Lamont at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The hotel was clean, the frint desk waa friendly the breakfast foid was good. HOWEVER, i have a small service dog for diabetes reasons. An employee at breakfast told me the dog is unwelcome in the area and should be removed. My service dog is highly trained and DOES NOT BARK or look at other people. I said "This dog is a service dog" She said "It cant sit right there on my chair" I said "YOUR CHAIR? It's MY chair right here at MY table" She replied "That dog can't stay here" By that time, everyone around me was looking at me. It was VERY embarrassing and unprofessional. I said "my dog is remaing right here beside me where he belongs. Your comments are illegal and you need to leave. You need to go away from me." She walked away. A little later i walked up to her in sn attempt to explain to her how she was breaking the law. She walked away from me ehile saying "Im not listening to anything you have to say to me" Breakfast at this hotel was a nightmare all because of an intrained staff member. Another employee came up to me and said "Im glad someone FINALLY stood up to her" Apparently this hotel has a history of declining proper, legal rights to handicapped patrons. I love Marriott and also this brand of Hilton, Embassy Suites. I'll NEVER go back to this location. This is the first time I've ever had a problem because of the presense of my service dog.

Met by courteous and friendly staff both at check in and check out. Room was clean. Main lounge area was noted to have several roof leaks from skylights with buckets throughout. Hotel is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and venues as well as good access to major interstates. Noise was minimal with no outside traffic noise.

I like to stay at an Embassy Suite when I have the opportunity. My kids and I really like the omelette and pancakes cooked to order each morning. Plus there are lots of other options. Drinks and snacks in the evening are another nice amentiy offered from this hotel. Rooms are large and I would definitely recommend a stay at an Embassy suites.
