Nice area, hotel seemed old definitely not worth the price.

Breakfast was not good. No plates or forks available. Had to look though 12 bowls to find a clean one. Food all over the breakfast area. Seemed to be plenty of staff..... Chatting at the bar area.

This is not a TRUE HYATT PLACE. There's NO hot water. Breakfast was understocked. There wasnt any clean spoons to eat cereal. The owners definitely are NOT keeping the Hyatt place standards.

Our room door was open upon arrival. Our room was booked & given to someone else. While in room they open our room door while we were getting dressed . Very upset at the poor water pressure. I will let our know
