The pool was not heated and the filters were not running. There was trash all around the pool. The railing to go in picks up and I almost fell in. The beds where double and they only gave us three pillows. One little sample of shampoo. There was no rails or any anti slip in the tub/shower. The emergency door would stick and u where unable to open half the time. There was no where to sit outside. There is no business center. I asked if he could print something out for me and he told me no. Nothing was labeled the last day we found the bathrooms on the main floor so when u ate u could use instead of going clear back up to ur room. Oh at the pool there is no where to change or go to bathroom. No where to put wet towels. The batteries in the remote where dead. We will never stay there again.

They are fraudulently advertising their property. They don’t have a pool available or the gym. They said the indoor pool was closed due to weather. Make it make sense. It’s not a secure location. They left a huge bin of trash in the hall way for extended periods of time into the night.

Our stay was ok but we won't be back. First thing was the room they gave us was already occupied. Ok, that can happen. The next room was fine - clean and tidy - but at 1:40am we had some woman trying to get into our room. Knocking and repeatedly trying to swipe her key card even after I'd called through the door telling her it was the wrong room. Not 5 minutes later, a man tried the same thing. Most of the ice machines on all the floors were out of order and weirdly, the pool doesn't open until 3pm. Another small negative was that the bathrooms in the lobby are out of order as well. Last thing was the front desk staffer came knocking on the door first thing in the morning to confirm my name because there was possibly another mix-up. Not sure if that had anything to do with the people trying to get into our room in the dead of night or what. So yeah, a memorable stay for the wrong reasons. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and breakfast was decent. Also, it's right off the highway so getting back down the road is a breeze.

This hotel advertises that they have an indoor pool, it is not open at all, I asked about it multiple times. Window let in the rain from the storm, had to switch rooms. The pillows were the worst, comforter stained, tub dirty. The breakfast was unetable!!! Worst experience I have ever had

Do not stay. The hotel check in was fine. The hotel is in need of major repairs. They say it\'s under construction, but that is an understatement. The hotel smelled like pot from the hallway to the door. Cops in and out. The floor for the elevator looks new, but it felt like they laid the vinyl and didn\'t replace what goes underneath. Very scary. The room was nice. The bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower. Hair in the sink. The front desk kid apologized but sent no one to clean. Web site states they have cots/extra bedding. The front desk kid said they do not. The web site says the pool is open 9a to 9p. That\'s false too. 3p to 10p. The same kid said. The plexiglass over the lights, right above the pool are hanging. Dangerous situation for swimmers. The "gym" was unlocked. Nothing worked. Again, same line. "Under construction" The side doors to the hotel were not locked. Anyone could walk in. Same with the pool door. Unlocked. We watched people pull in from the street and swim. No towels at the pool. You are told to take your room towels. Yet, no exchanges can be made. Hang them to dry. Breakfast ends promptly at 930a. The "manager" started to run us out at 925A. He was rude and disrespectful. We will never stay at another Baymont. We thought Wyndham was better than this. Guess no.

The overall stay wasn't bad but there's things people need to be aware of. If you want a pool they don't have it open. The fitness center they have has only 3-4 machines. The only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. As far as the room it was nice. Well taken care of. Comfortable beds and pillows. So the hotel in my book was worth it if you are paying under $100 a night

This was the dirtiest, nastiest, most run down hotel I have ever been in. Floors looked like they never been swept and were sticky. Absolutely nothing looked wiped down or cleaned. All the lamp shades and gross black stuff on them and we’re ripped apart. The curtain was sticky and broken and wouldn’t even close. There were fresh stains on the sheets and pillowcases like they never been changed. The hallways had garbage and dirty towels thrown all around. People were fighting in the parking lot. There was drugs and prostitution everywhere.. I booked this for 2 nights and ended up checking out at 11pm and going somewhere else across town. I’ll just take the loss on the money. I’m not staying there. Microwave and fridge haven’t been cleaned in years.

The smoke free hotel was dirty and smelled like smoke. There was burn holes in our sheets and comforter a whole in the bathroom wall. The wires to the AC in our room were exposed so we couldn’t allow our son to get off the bed. The pull out couch has stains all over it. The bathroom was filthy and the water barely came out the shower head. We were on the 4th floor the ice machine didn’t work. Neither did the ones on the 3rd or 2nd floor. I could go on and on about how dissatisfying our stay was

The hallway smelled of pot, the linens had holes, the curtains had holes, the smoke detector was beeping we were told to take the batteries out of it, there was no staff to take care of it, there was a sign I noticed as I was checking out it stated that they do not clean everyday. There was a used dirty needle laying on the first floor stair landing, one morning we did manage to find some breakfast in the lobby. The other two mornings there was nothing but cold cereal. I would not stay there again and I will not take the chance on staying at Baymont hotel. The owners of the hotel do not seem to care what condition the hotel is in and apparently Baymont doesn’t care about their reputation.

When we arrived, we were put in a room that was going to be redone. The only furniture in the room was the bed, desk, and office type chair. No other chair or table. We ordered food out, and one of us had to stand to eat. The shower faucet constantly ran water, bathroom was dirty, a half of small tube of shampoo and one tiny bar of soap. Carpet terrible. The front desk person told me it was the way it was going to be. Next day we got another room. It had a chair and footrest. But no towel rack at all in BR, toilet paper holder was mounted on counter next to sink where you brush your teeth. Again, one soap for both handwashing a bathing. Breakfast minimal, eggs and juice were terrible. Ice machine only on 2nd floor.

Rooms had peeling paint and obvious water damage, no room service for a 3 night stay, ran out of breakfast almost an hour before breakfast closed, dirty linen, in the "fitness center" 1 of the 5 machines was partially functional the rest were wholely broken, no or not enforced quiet hours.

Ok, so. This place is being remodled, no doubt about it. We got a room that was recently remodeled for the most part, I think, but the carpet in our room had spots where it had been worn and there were carpet nails sticking up when entering the bathroom?? There was plastic laying on our table when we first came in from where they put a new cover on the ironing board. They also had no extra pillows and blankets. And it smelled like weed SO bad. It honestly made me nauseous. Staff was nice though and it was a cheap place to stay.

Almost everything in the room was broken. From sink not draining to shower curtain half down, to no microwave and being told we'd get one in a day or so. Next door neighbors kids screamed throughout the nights, clearly addicts living in the hotel. Breakfast stuff gets locked up before time, which is 9:30 even on weekends.

The room didn't look anything like the picture on the website and it didn't smell good. The ice machines didn't work. The rooms are out dated and the beds are very uncomfortable only one elevator worked and customers were complaining that they got stuck on the elevator. I will never stay there again

For what it's worth the location was convenient for getting food and a gas station a couple blocks away, the room was decent. Definitely had water damage over the air conditioner, which worked well. A few of the towels were stained and not the best quality. But it served my purpose.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I payed for a non-smoking room two weeks in advance. When we arrived, there was no non-smoking rooms available. We were told it's an a first come first serve basis. My question is, so why pay in advance for a room you don't have a guarante it will be available when you arrive? The front desk staff offered me a smoking room, which I didn't take as we don't smoke. As the hotel we're not able to accommodate, they stated to contact hotels.com for a full refund. It took me a total of three hours on the phone on two different days to accomplish the full refund. I will never ever use hotels.com nor will stay in a Baymount in my life! Stay away!

The price was less than many within 5 miles of Blue Ash. My room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet was good. The building needs considerable updating. It's OK for a very short stay although next time I will spend another $30 or $40 per night for a nicer place.

I had been at the hotel for 2 nights already. Due to business I needed another night. I booked the room and pre-paid. When I got to the front desk and informed them that I booked another night the lady clerk told me that I had to give her my credit card because the room was more than the pre-paid reservation. I repeated that the room was already paid for. She told me that's how THIS HOTEL WORKS! I said you know what nevermind. I got my things and left before check out and told her that I wasn't about to argue with a sarecastic little smart ass. Thank you hotels.com for all of your help. JUST BE CAREFUL AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE DEALING WITH SILLY CLERKS.

it took a long time to wait for check in because two people had the same room and the issue had to be resolved. next i was asked if i would accept a room type other than what i purchased. the tv did not work in the room that i checked into. we were moved to another room that had an odor. the left arm of the couch was worn through and inside exposed. the desk chair was worn bare. the breakfast had an empty milk pitcher and other items were sparse. no jelly. i did not receive my requested wake up call. it was an unpleasant expeerience. ron fleischman

The customer service was ok and price was decent. The $50 cash deposit requirement made me question the safety of the location. The building is poorly maintained and very dirty: a lot broken fixtures and base boards. Not the worst hotel but will not stay there again.

I was scared to actually walk in the hotel, but I went in got my key, walked into the room, looked around, so puke in the chair. The couch was ripped up and stand so I called another hotel made a reservation went down to the desk told him that I wanted a full refund that I was not staying in that rat infested hotel, and they informed me that I would have to call Wyndham personally to get a refund that place needs to be shut down there was somebody shooting up behind the building it’s a dump. I didn’t even think about taking pictures, but it was horrible. I will never go back and I do want a full refund since I was literally there five minutes it was so bad I left my water jug in the room and did not go back and get it because I was afraid of what bugs were on it.

Other than the trash and alcohol bottles behind nightstands it appeared clean. The breakfast was sad. Not the best place i have stayed but definitely not the worst. I was thrilled that I didn't find blood on the walls and floors! It was quiet and I was able to rest well.
