Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza

It was a great stay. Beautiful place and very clean. Loved the jacuzzi room.

Beautiful building but poorly maintained. We had a live bug in the sink when we checked in, we booked a king suite and got 2 doubles handicap accessible. When they cleaned the room they didn’t replace towels, tissues, coffee or cups. They left 2 large trash bags in the hallway outside our room for 2 days. The windows were super dirty as well. I was very disappointed for a Hilton property

Clean room, decent beds. Bathrooms are getting old quickly. Breakfast buffet is the same continental breakfast you can get anywhere and costs 25 bucks, thats insane. Overall worth it, but nothing special

Ice machines were broken on 5 different floors. Fridge barely worked, couldn't get cold water out of the sink and on friday there was some kind of sewer line break and the lobby smelled awful and the room was basically unlivable. Couldn't use the water and nothing was done by the staff to manage this or compensate for the trouble.

The staff w as amazing- especially LaPaul! He was a bellhop and was very courteous!
