Lots of construction at front entrance of the building. Made it hard to get in and out of the hotel. The noise during the day of the construction was noticeable. The elevator stops working when the silent smoke alarm goes off. Forcing guest to wait an hour or use a dusty cold stairwell. The pool is 3ft throughout. Making it a wading pool not a pool you can swim laps in.

We were there for a special event and arrived late after an exhausting day and did not want to go out calling for room service we were told our only option was to get premade salads or pizza

Its fine. Loved water fill stations in the lobby, 24/7 market. Area is under construction which made everything inconvenient. Valet is the absolute worst, takes 15 minutes to get your car, area is always overcrowded (b/c it takes them 15 minutes to park each car) and for the price, you'd expect it to be more convenient, not less. Valets were nice enough but just felt disorganized, frequently understaffed for the distance from the parking garage, and once the valet took our keys with him so we had to wait for him to return from parking another car to leave (pressing our dinner reservation too close) and the reasoning was because he wanted to make sure he got the tip! Apparently tips are pooled so that was a weird one. Pool area is just ok, sun deck is small and run down, doors barely open and don't close, no hot tub. Breakfast in the RRT is ridiculously expensive and not even that good. Elevators can be slow to pick up from high floors (we waited like 3-4 minutes one morning, that's a lot for an elevator IMO). Check in/out staff was friendly but the RRT bartenders and servers could definitely be better and more efficient.

Very clean rooms! the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and cordial. The lobby itself is very retro and chic. The king bed my wife and I slept in was so comfortable! And our view we had on the 21st floor was Jaw dropping :) perfect for going to a football/baseball game and exploring local restaurants! The pool was also fantastic it’s not very deep but the glass dome room is very neat ! Only complaints I have are the menu for room service wasn’t working at the time. Was inexpensive in my opinion for what I received I would HIGHLY suggest getting the included breakfast, the restaurant below the hotel is to die for !

The pool says it's heated, but we were shivering when we got in. It's a lovely setting, but had o known the pool water was as cold as it was (to me), i would have stayed elsewhere. The staff was very helpful. I missed a sign that said $46 a day for vallet parking. When i mentioned that the stag should have said simmering when we first dropped the car off, he didn't charge me. It was posted, but i never saw it.

Room was not ready at 4pm check in. We were told that we’ll receive a text message when the room is available and were offered some breakfast vouchers. There was still no text message when we came back at 6pm but thankfully they checked us in at that time. The first thing i noticed when we walked into the room was a dried up urine stain on the toilet seat. Was that what we waited an extra 2 hours to check in for? As you walk into the hotel the whole lobby smelled like a toilet. I don’t know if they had an incident but the smell was there both days we were there. We had 4 people stay in our room but there were only 3 towels. Do better Hyatt

Hotel is nice but my room wasn’t clean. The shower gel was empty and the small body lotion amenity was half used and just left by the last person. Because of that only being half-cleaned, it made me wonder about the sheets on the bed and if they had truly been changed between customers.

I stayed at the Hyatt Downtown Cincinnati and was extremely disappointed — especially after paying $225 for a room that was nowhere near worth the price. The moment I walked in, the room smelled musty and unclean. The floors in the bathroom were visibly dirty, the tub was gross and in desperate need of re-caulking, and the paint job throughout the room looked rushed and sloppy. Everything felt poorly maintained and unkept. For a hotel in a prime downtown location and at this price point, I expected so much better. The overall quality and cleanliness fell way below standard.

The room I had stayed in was not fully clean. I found hair in the bathroom in various places such as on the counter and the shower. The rolling chair was dirty and had crumbs on it. One of the beds had stains on the pillow cases. Overall the staff was great but the cleanliness of my room was not.

Our room was filthy: Stains and dirt throughout, hair around the toilet and shower, and most distressing a horrendous air filter that was scary to consider what we were really breathing. The room smelled of chlorine and urine. After first seeing this I asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean it while my son and I got dinner. Upon return, it was clear they had zero intent on cleaning it so we requested a new room. Same problems - if not worse than the first room. I am done with Hyatt!

It was okay; there was water damage in our room, and the carpet was pretty old and dirty. It definitely could use an upgrade, and the hallway outside our room on floor #22 smelled like mold. I expected better for a Hyatt; I was disappointed.

The hotel was nice but it is very dated. The furniture in the lobby was old and the carpets as well. I did see a person there talking to management and I think they were discussing changes to the lobby. The room was on the 22nd floor (top) and we had a great view of Great American Ballpark and the football stadium. But the room was nothing to rave about. Just a bed and a chair. The tv was on a bad angle, or the bed was. The bathroom was older tiles and the shower wasn't great. In all, it was clean and safe. I also didn't like the way the bed was made up. It was as if it was made up sideways. I couldn't pull the covers up properly. Very confusing the way they did it.

For the price, the hotel is older without some basics you’d expect with a stay. TVs are not smart TVs. Stained carpets, hallways with odors, scuffs on walls and furniture. Valet is $49 for one night. Escalators were down. The best part about the stay was that the staff in the restaurant was kind.

We had a restful night at the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. However, the hotel is showing obvious signs of wear and tear on the room furniture, scuff marks on the wall, along with a rather aged shower/bathtub combo. While the lobby has a more pristine appearance, the room felt shabby due to above.

We were unable to watch much TV when in the room as it continually went in and out with stalled viewability and audio. The water pressure in the room was not great either. Other wise the room was fine but did have a musty smell to it. Our door did lock but you could still see the hall light when closed/locked, which made it look as though the door was slightly open.

When original check in time came, was told room still wasn’t ready, asked another staff member who was able to get us a room right away. All of which made us late to the event we drove 16 and a half hours to get to. When getting into room, both headboards had rips in the fabric they were covered in. So this is a mix review. We loved the hotel, the staff were wonderful. It was convenient to the ballpark, and to free transportation in the city. When we checked in they gave us a room, which when we went up to it had tools everywhere and the air conditioning unit open. So I went back down, the gentlemen that helped me apologized. Gave me a different room. So I went up and collected my family and headed to new room. We got there had no toilet paper and no hand towels. I called down and asked for those things, said they would be right up. After an hour in this room, received a call that we had to change rooms again. The room that was given us was blocked and he accidentally over rid it. He apologized again and said he would comp one night for us due to the movement. So we packed our things again and moved to a third room, which had no bath towels. We called down and asked for some and they were delivered later that night. We had no issues with the room the rest of the stay. It had a pool which was also nice. The 24hr market was a nice touch as well.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Restaurant and marketplace were wonderful and convenient. Deidre at the front desk and Antionette in the Marketplace area were so friendly and helpful. The valet guys, Grayson, Quentin, and Hakim were great. My mother and I had a terrific experience!

Staff was all very friendly. Room was okay. Furniture in the lobby looked worse than something you would get for free alongside the road. Air conditioning worked great. Valet was a disaster on Thursday. WE waited 15 minutes, and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Short Staffed. Asked for GM. He hid inside and told staff he was in a meeting.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were amazing! This is my first trip to Cincinnati and I loved every bit of it, but the staff here made it that much better! Special shout out to Brandon, Scott, and my beautiful waitress! I am not going to butcher her name, but she was very attentive, personable, and kind. The valet staff were all so courteous! I just knew Adam got sick of me going to get my keys every 5 minutes, but he was so pleasant anyway. All in all, great place to stay and the people are amazing.

Property is downtown located next to both baseball and football stadiums. Plenty of food options in the area. There is construction next door occurring that was loud in the morning but not the hotels fault. Will stay again when revisiting.

Great location and exceptional staff. Front desk on point for questions. Excellent service feom valet staff. RRT dining was great, bartender was one of the best. Great servivce and coffees in the Market. Room was clean but worn. (Dirty qindows some evidence of ceiling mold. Mid level room comfort. Climate.was good. Water pressure top floor was ok but not great. Very quiet for the location. Scenic views. Close to baseball stadium, Taft theater and great restaurants.

The property was great. The front staff was extremely polite, courteous and efficient at their jobs. The only issue we had in our stay was at the restaurant. I believe our waitress was very new and not really understanding of our orders, but I'll chalk that up to her needing experience. All in all it was an excellent stay.

I liked the property but the only food option after we returned from the Reds game was pre made sandwiches or salads at The Market. No one was open to serve food at that time. There's a need not being filled.

Hyatts are always a good choice when you want a clean affordable room. The staff were accommodating and sweet, the convenience store downstairs was expensive but needed. This hotel is in the center of walkable restaurants and bars not to mention the Reds stadium and the Bengals stadium. All around a good stay

Easily able to check in and park car. Great location with easy access to everything the both of us needed. In house restaurant was excellent with moderate prices. Coffee nearby and tons to look at being so close to the river and fountain square.

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel but the staff really make it special. Everyone we talked to was kind and helpful. Those are the elements that make a repeat stay. The Marketplace coffee was great each day. We got late night burgers and they was perfect. Clean and comfy rooms. We will be coming back. Zero issues.

Clean, OTR neighborhood easily accessible via either connector trolley or uber, can be walked but too hot while we were there. Also very close to the riverwalk, great for walking, running, or bike riding. Sleepy bee is a great choice for breakfast, avoided the hotel breakfast because of a very inefficient ordering system.
