What I liked: The design of the rooms was modern and cool with good view and cool tv.Had a good sitting area outside and the area was surrounded by stores and stuff to do. What I didn’t like It was 94 degree weather outside and the AC would not go lower than 60 degrees which made the room feel like 69 defrees.Room was clean and cleaning lady was around every morning. Also, was looking forward for the pool but it looked dirty and full of kid toys.Also my room fridge was slow to cool anything and the door even struggle to close.The breakfast was really expensive with low quality breakfast only did that once and just went elsewhere next morning. I would recommend just would have this things in consideration for anyone interested.

We asked for an extra blanket 4 times on 2 days of our 3 night stay. It was never brought to us. We went straight to the basement and got one from the employee doing laundry. Also, despite the do not disturb sign, someone entered our room after the first night and took used towels without replacing them leaving us short clean towels the remainder of our stay. The pool could use some cleaning as well. Otherwise this property was decent if you don’t mind being cold and nothing to dry off with.

My fridge was so frosted over it was not even cold although turned to coldest setting. I chose this property because after a long drive it had a restaurant and bar on sight, but it was not open on Sunday!! Although it was near other restaurants there was a rain and wind storm that made going there a wash out!

This hotel was very nice inside, however, when we entered our rooms, it looked like the floors had not been swept or mopped well. We also chose this hotel based on it having a pool and starbucks downstairs. The pool was not open, they said it needed a repair (they said it had been closed for 10 days, yet we were not notified ahead of time, it wasnt on their website, and we were not given any sort of compensation for the inconvenience) and the first morning, starbucks was closed because "the girl called off," and apparently they didnt call anyone else in. Starbucks also didnt offer anything but hot or iced coffee and snacks, nothing blended. The ladies at the front desk were nice for the most part, and did bring more linens when we called down.

Bathroom had nasty hairs in the shower when we checked in. Grout clearly has not been cleaned in ages. Refrigerator did not work so our drinks were not cold for following day. Ice bucket requires a ridiculous silver sticker in order for it to work-ours did not have one. Upon checkout the front desk attendant didn’t even bother to ask how my stay was. All she said was “ all set”. No thank you or any sign of hospitality whatsoever. Do not book here-no one cares and it shows.

There was urine in the toilet, something black in the sink, and a smudge on the bath towel. I changed rooms and there was a used teabag visible under the edge of the bed in the second room.

Very comfortable, beds were very nice and comfy. Plenty of space, bathroom was clean and the shower was great! Excellent view looking over the lot and Interstate from our room, which I like watching the cars go. 7th floor, very quiet. Whole hotel was very well kept.

Hotel is 30 feet from I-75. Impossible to get sleep which is a very important measure for a hotel. Service people in lobby were lazy at checking in and checking out. Breakfast was just ok.

Excellent experience! This hotel is very nice. It is noisy being close to the interstate but leaving the fan on throughout the night keeps the noise down. Their ice machine is fabulous with Sonic type ice. They leave 2 complimentary waters in the room for your convenience. We would definitely stay here again if the rates are still reasonable.

Road noise is pretty bad. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors very clearly. There was an old razor in my shower and it took a couple hours for them to bring me a remote for my tv. There is also no coffee in the lobby and no free breakfast. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant near the lobby. It is a pretty hotel with a pool but i did not have time to see it. I also didn't see any bugs.

I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the noise from the highway traffic kept me up almost the entire night. While I would love to stay there again I have decided I need a good night of quiet sleep. Perhaps the other side of the hotel facing a city street might have been quieter.

My wife and I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels. I have to say this is one of the best we have stayed ar. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, plenty of parking and I loved the beautiful flooring in the rooms, instead carpet. If I had one complaint it would be there is no microwave in the rooms, you have to use the community microwave on the first floor. We will definitely be back!!

My stay physically, was fine. I was extremely dissatisfied with service after the clerk charged my card for my room when the room was already prepaid. I mentioned "why did his screen say my card was being charged for 190$ and not just for incidentals and he told me it was not being charged for that amount. I should've known.. The next day the charge shows up settled on my account. I call the hotel and get put on hold for awhile then the phone just hangs up. Call back and the same thing happens. The next day I get the receptionist and she tells me the room was charged in error (exactly what I suspected in the first place) and that the money would be refunded. I was not happy as I have many things going through my account and I dont have the luxury of having money be deducted in error without incident. I asked how long it would take? She said the end of the day. I asked if she was sure? She said or by the morning. In short it took three days. I am disappointed and amazed how this happens and the only answer or solution I got was "sorry". For this type of inconvenience, customers/patrons of your business deserve better treatment.

Had a great stay for the one night we had at Delta. We were using it as a stop over since our drive was very long back to Toronto. Very clean, nice staff. Had no issues. Great price and quick drive over to Kings Island! Only thing I would ask to change is to add a safe to the room. We like to leave our passports since we are international.

The staff at Starbucks was okay. We were not able to sit at the lobby where the Starbucks was because the food was not eat in. We purchased our food to go. It didn’t make sense and they asked us to leave. Plus I couldn’t use my Starbucks giftcard.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very clean. Staff is very attentive and on point!! The restaurant/bar in the hotel has THE best burgers! The Perfect Pear best cocktail!! Whenever we visit Ohio this is where we'll be staying!
