The front desk was very nice and helpful, and that is were the good part of this review ends. Our room was dirty, some sticky stain on the wall, the elevator felt like it was on its last leg, the breakfast was cold, and there were kids running around until very late.

They had literally no room keys for ANY room. And they would let us into a room without verifying that we actually were in that room!! The a/c is broke in the lobby. The staff is completely inept with no management on site. The TVs in 3 of our rooms were discolored, had lines on the screen and the remote was old as radio shack. This place is awful - and I had to pay $200+ per room for Three rooms, on a Friday night. There are other hotels in the area that are similarly priced and the grass ain’t always greener but it is actually Quality. They should take the word Quality off of their business name and sign. 10/10 would not stay there again. I will say they didn’t have attitudes but has massive indifference to the issues, with complete complacency for the condition of their hotel. I will think twice before staying at ANY other Quality Inn in the future. It was that upsetting.

Upon arrival we asked for the restroom since we had been on the road for a while. The one restroom was out of order. No A/C in the lobby. Temp had to be in the high 80's in there. Checked into our room. Peculiar order. Had to turn in one of our washcloths because it did not look clean. Still no A/C in the lobby the next morning. Breakfast area was extremely hot. Also noticed bugs in our room the next morning. Could not take a shower because the tub did not look clean. On a positive note, the gentleman that checked us in and out, Knia, was extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in preparing our beds. I will never stay there again. I don't do bugs

Lobby looks amazing, rest of property is thumbs down. Signs of mold, needs cleaned and so many issues left unfixed. Looks very tacky and I’d be embarrassed to be chain owners. Rust all over, shower fixtures don’t work, pool dirty, hot tub area looks to be abandoned construction site for years, complementary breakfast is nothing unless you want to ask front desk to prepare you something…. All beds on a tin platform so slightest tap echoes in building.

There was no air conditioning in the lobby and we waited for at least 10 minutes to be checked in. Fox News was on in the lobby and it was extremely uncomfortable. The employee was alone with several people waiting. He was fine and forced to work in a hot environment with a fan blowing to keep cool. The hotel is old and run down. There is a metal frame around the underside of the bed that made a loud tinning noise every time we stepped by the beds and unintentionally hit it with our feet. The internet was very difficult to log into and took several tries and minutes to log into. There was one use of shampoo left in the large shampoo container in the shower, there was a large reddish brown mark on the wall and no stopper on the bathroom sink. I was not expecting greatness for the price but hoped it would be better than it was. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the ac in the room worked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay there again.

Was a nice 1 night stay for a soccer tournament. The man at the front desk was very friendly. Ruby Tuesday, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, and 2 gas stations within 3-4 minute drive. Easy highway access off US 75. Good breakfast with hot food options. We didn't use it, but the pool and exercise areas looked nice. Room was clean. Plenty of free parking. Area seemed safe.

It wasn’t 4 stars. The outside looks much better than the inside. Mattress comforter was dirty, hotel needs a lot of updates. Only stayed because I was tired and everything else was booked. I over paid!!! Never again!

Solid three star hotel - good for an overnight driving stop. Hotel is showing its age, and will need renovation soon, showing in things like the uncleanable discoloration in the bottom of shower/tub. Not bad for a shower, but would not sit down and take a bath. King bed had small square pillows the size of throw pillows. Weird medal bed foundation would make thunder sound if you touched it. Breakfast - plus was good hot waffles, minus - coffee was the overnight thermos that was repurposed and was now cold. They did make a new thermos when requested. Check in staff was helpful. We deliberately chose this hotel, as it was cheaper than other near options . Prolly actually not bad value for the $. But you get what you pay for.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, but I expect this of any property that is rated as “very good.” What was unacceptable was the noisy bed that kept us awake. I want a good night’s sleep when on the road, but the right side of the bed creaked and groaned every time my husband rolled over, waking both of us repeatedly during the night. We spend at least three dozen nights a year in hotels and resorts, and I can honestly say that we have never had such a poor night’s sleep. The mattress was comfortable, but we will not stay there again.

It was clean and quite. Staff were good. The in side rooms need some work. Cra ked walls, a textured paint was put on the wall that has now to cracking and coming apart. Breakfast really needs some work! Limited on selection, cranberry juice,apple jui ce tasted as though they were watered down. No flavor to the meat or eggs.

We had a very good stay with lots of very, very minor annoyances that could be easily addressed by management. 1. Random extra night stand in the room (room 102). wth? 2. Two different sized curtains 3. Plastic wrap still on TV 4. Weird metal bottom surrounded the bed. It was very noisy every time your foot hit it. Sounded like a school locker. 5. We were given only one key at check-in. Yes, anyone could ask for an additional key but we think two keys are standard for a husband and wife checking in. 6. The TV BARELY fits on the furniture. If it is bumped accidentally, it is going to come crashing to the floor. 7. Ceiling really needed painted. LOTS of water damage stains. 8. Small stain (looked like blood) on the wall above the toilet. Again, these were minor annoyances. Our stay was still very good. I just hope management addresses these slight issues. Staff was very nice and the renovated lobby looks great. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Nice service and clean. Only suggestion is to change the food in room policy. I think your reviews would be better if you didn’t stop people from taking food out of the breakfast area. Sign is fine, but don’t stop people. Most people are not going to make huge messes and people bring their own snacks and food to the room anyway. It was just a little off putting to even myself who was just eating breakfast in the breakfast area. Just my two cents.

A computer glitch caused the wrong date to be submitted for my stay. As soon as I printed the confirmation, I noticed it. I immediately contacted Expedia who in turn made contact with the hotel. Expedia reported back to me that the manager said there was nothing he could do. I just wanted the correct day. Travelers beware. Their customer service is awful.

That was very nice clean facility, light in the bathroom kept going on and off like it was controlled by movement. Very comfortable bed said it was a Serta King size. Breakfast was good waffle maker, sausage, cold cereal, eggs, juice coffee milk, didn't have oatmeal. Convenient parking, other hotels in the area. Sharonville, Springdale area has went down from past years only stayed one night. All in all very nice stay for the money.

There are issues with the plumbing, everything drains very slowly. The walls need patched correctly and painted nicely. The rooms need to be cleaned better, it is not thorough enough. The food preparation should be better for breakfast

Everything was great! Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Nice service and clean. Only suggestion is to change the food in room policy. I think your reviews would be better if you didn’t stop people from taking food out of the breakfast area. Sign is fine, but don’t stop people. Most people are not going to make huge messes and people bring their own snacks and food to the room anyway. It was just a little off putting to even myself who was just eating breakfast in the breakfast area. Just my two cents.

Stay was great. In town for family. TV was having issues I alerted the desk and they brought another. Breakfast is typical for Quality Inns Chain, eggs, sausage hot waffles cereal yogurt fresh fruit.
