This property is located near the mall and grocery stores. The swimming pool is beautiful and hours are generous. And I really appreciate the hot complimentary breakfast with cold items if someone wants yogurt or cereal. My only complaint: The main designated smoking area is right outside the front entrance! Not cool! I quit smoking over 20years ago. When at the pool I decided to go in that entrance to avoid the smokers but the other designated smoking station is right outside the other door. I love that there is nonsmoking is the rooms, but can we also moved the smoking areas at least 25 feet from the entrances??

The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. However, this hotel has had so many issues with it's elevator. 3 years ago it broke and we had to use the stairs. When we checked in this weekend, it was surrounded by construction barriers. DO NOT USE!!! I don't know if the other floors were being used but the parking lot in the back was cordoned off also. You can tell this is an old hotel as it has not been painted in God knows how long, the plug on the light on the table did not work, the cabinets were shabby. But the bed was comfortable. Although there was an adjoining room, the couch was in the way of the door and we would not have been able to share with our daughter if we had utilized this room since there was no other place for this couch to fit. This is just an average hotel and really not worth the price you pay to rent a room.

We went to a Reds game and got to the hotel in 15min! Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Bed was very comfortable (I slept in 😂). Complimentary breakfast was well supplied. No complaints!

Very nice hotel. Updated room and wonderful bathroom, only lacking a hook on the door. Door on bedroom, creating private area. Full kitchen, nice breakfast bar. Friendly staff. Hotel has convenient laundry area.

Old, dated and not the cleanest. Not horrible but you get what you pay for. Bed only moderately comfortable but worst part was customer service. Staff friendly but I never got wake up call so got up hour late and rushed out to elevator which wasn’t working but they didn’t put up a sign telling guests. The only sign was on ground floor which is useless to everyone already in their rooms. Won’t be returning

There was a plastic trash bag over the smoke Detector. Obviously, they aren’t checking stuff like that. Room Wasn’t cleaned during our 3 night stay. Have us towels though. Unacceptable.

Arrived Wednesday and room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed for six days! Despite my daily requests to clean the room and give me towels my requests were ignored. At checkout they said they'd comp one night for my trouble, but no-they lied again and I paid full price for a dirty hot mess. Stay away it's not what it used to be!!!

There was roaches in my room. I didn't say anything when I was checking out because there was guest eating breakfast and also some checking in. There was a lady cleaning the pool on Friday morning and was very rude when we went to use the grill to cook breakfast. Thursday night when I was cooking dinner on the grill the grill stopped working the lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do because maintenance was not there. But when I told her she had to call someone or replace my food then she came and fixed it. The lady that checked us in on Thursday was wonderful but the people that was there after her was not good at all.

The elevator was broken on the first evening I got there but it was fixed by that morning. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and the staff were kind and polite. The entire hotel and grounds were very clean and located in a safe neighborhood near freeway entrances.

It’s pretty grim. Not what you’d expect from a Best Western or any other chain of two star hotels. The room smells of BO. There are crumbs of potato chips on the floor so you know the housekeeping isn’t great. There’s a large reddish stain on the carpet between the beds. Puke springs to mind although one can’t be sure. Stains on the carpet and couch. Overall rundown condition and in a state of disrepair. Best Western should probably take their name off the building before too much more damage is done to the corporate brand.

I was really pleased with the safe location, great price on a Sat night, roomy shower and the generous sized room. The breakfast was basic and didn’t excite me but the coffee was decent..I would suggest better quality bagels or pastries or maybe a breakfast sandwich as the hot food was not appetizing. The worst part of the stay was the bed, it was sunken in the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable. The price was right and it was clean so I might consider staying here in the future….

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The furniture needs an update and the bathroom was very small. The bathroom was clean however it needs a complete overhaul. There was cracking around the wall and tub and the shower head had to be pointed toward the wall so water wouldn’t get on the floor. The hotel location was ideal and easy access to shopping, restaurants and highways.

Large rooms with small kitchen area, very comfortable bed, very friendly and accommodating staff. Right next to Kenwood Mall, so very easy to move around. It’s a very good value for the cost & comfortable. Breakfast was standard but pretty good. I stayed 5 nights and would do it again.

This was a nice hotel for a quick getaway to Cincinnati. The room was spacious and the bathroom had been updated. The only negatives were some holes in the wall where a mirror or painting used to be, and where my particular room was, the front lights on the hotel kept my room from being dark.

Overall very good, just a few missteps. Check in clerk was friendly. Elevator very slow. Room was clean, but was missing bath towels, so had to score some from housekeeping. Nice appliances in the suite. The shower & toilet part of the bathroom was clean but dimly lit with just a light built into a mirror, and less than 1 roll of TP available. Bed was comfortable. Biggest bummer was being awakened 3 hours before I planned, by a 7am programmed wake-up call that I had not asked for. No one was available at the front desk when checking out, to let them know about it either. Overall though, besides those points mentioned, a decent stay.

When I checked in, the person acted very inconvenienced and generally displeased to even be working there. I got to the room. The doors are thin and rattle, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The room was dirty and gross. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. There was holes in the walls and stains on almost every surface. I stayed on a Saturday night and at 1 AM. Some guy was screaming up the hallway about a hooker. And the room right across from me there was a fight that broke out around 4 AM making it impossible to be asleep.

This hotel needs updating. Horrible mattress and overall staff was apathetic. No manager on duty. No call back afterwards. Only general Gmail? I'll probably try somewhere else in Cincinnati.

Unsal at front desk was amazing. He answered questions about area, made suggestions for activities and even told us about the cost of hotel laundry. He helped with breakfast buffet. Very nice hotel, well worth the cost

I have stayed there twice in the last 3 weeks a total of five days between two visits the staff is friendly the bathrooms have been updated the room was clean their generous sized and the food on the morning buffet is really good. The location is incredible in terms of being on top of 71 to get anywhere in the city or if you're enjoying the Kenwood area.

The room had a full kitchen which would have been great to use. Unfortunately it was a one night stay. Excellent place to stay if for a week. The cheese omelets were wonderful.
