odd arrangement for 'dinner' ,,, property states it has a restaurant but ... the "restaurant" was tables and chairs. The bar tender had a menu that was fairly varied, but with no kitchen/cooks, I wondered how the dinners were made.

The parking lots were not clean well with the snow and ice. The back door malfunctions and doesnt open fully. When in the dining area, someones retainer was on the floor but staff did promptly clean it up.

Hotel is very nice - everything you need including a very comfortable room, good gym, great service. Only negative is that it's not really walking distance from places to eat/go/see. But it's a good choice that's reasonably priced, and it's great if you want to see some minor league baseball.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms look updated. Bathrooms are nice. Convenient gym with enough equipment for the guests also has a bathrooms, towels, & water. Only negative isn't the hotel, but the fact that it's not walking distance from very much, although it's very convenient to the local minor league baseball park. All very good for the price.

Lobby was modern with MCM furniture, fireplace and bar. The bar was never open while we were there. Elevator was old and slow. The numbers didn't light up at every floor. Paint rubbed off on the numbers or askew. Room was nicely renovated and pretty clean. Lots of crumbs in the chair though. Pillows were very flat, would prefer if there were soft and firm pillows provided. Towels had stains but smelled clean.

Booked room for out of state family. Room had bugs. They were shown another room it had bugs. They were shown a third room and it had bugs. The reservation was for 3 nights. They stayed 1 night and checked out to stay somewhere else. Owner and management not handling this properly. Will never have anyone stay at this hotel ever.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the large screen TV, but our room was directly across from the elevator, and there was a large party gathered that night with children up and down the halls and in and out of the elevator till well past midnight. Also, we stayed two nights in our room was not cleaned or straightened at all for the second night.

After checking in we dinner from hotel .We arrived i our toom and went have dinner. Pulled down cover blood on sheets.Called front desk explaining situation was told come to lobbby for clean bedding and I could make my own room up. So I payed for my room,then ask to change bedding on my paid room. Took sheets to lobby 10:20.Was told someone wold change the sheets 10:35, 10:50 sheets changed 11:00 finally left lobby to return to room, cold dinner. $60 cost dinner down the drain. Horrible situation,unresponsive staff.

Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. Only 2 problems was the room. #1 the matteres sit into big wooden frames that have sharp cornrres and #2 the showers , you csn only reach in from the far sliding door, no way of turning on with being able to sdjust without getting wet with cold or hot water

Very clean property. Beds were comfortable. Most of staff was very friendly. Only issue we had was AC was not working in our room. We alerted the front desk right after check inn, he said he would check into it. We were gone all day came back around 11pm still had no AC. One gentlemen did come and swap,out the thermostat but it still wasn’t working. Luckily it wasn’t super humid that night as it had been through the day. Just feel,that it should have been repaired in the 10plus hours we were gone or they could have offered to change our room.

Plenty of free parking. Front desk service top notch. Steven and Sandy were outstanding and understanding employees!! Room quiet and comfortable. Acceptable water pressure. Best part—-the breakfast buffet. Hot and lots!!! Nice job folks

Their housekeeping tried to say it smelled like marijuana in my room and I didn’t smoke at all!! They charged me an extra $115 for a cleaning fee, when I only stayed one night in my room was pretty much spotless when I left except for towels on the floor. When I tried calling about this their service desk, said they would find out who clean my room and give me a call back and I never received any call… also I went to the front desk to buy snacks and nobody came to the front desk so I just grabbed a drink left money on the front counter and walked back to my room… very poor service.

The room was very clean. Our only issue was that they didn't have a room ready when we arrived even though it was past check in time so we got put in a handicap acceasible room and the shower floor flooded the entire bathroom every time we showered. The front desk worker seemed very flustered and stressed out as well. Was not eelcoming at all.

Everything we wanted and needed. Short walk to the Captains stadium. Free shuttle to the stadium was also available. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They say you can order food at the bar and pick it up. There is no phone number to call, no menues in the rooms and the front desk staff was not able to answer any questions. The staff were friendly, but if you need to order food, it's not an easy process.

Breakfast was the typical breakfast offered by other chains. However this place charged $10. Had to wait for plates to be stocked. Same with silverware. Coffee ran out had to wait for that to be refilled. The waffle batter was empty as well. They shoud have paid me for the inconvenience. That ended my stay on a down note.very disappointing.
