The outside doors never lock. They have key card locks but never lock. The room doors if you aren’t careful don’t close properly and when staff was told about it they said oh well just slam it.

Staff and room was clean, however the fitness center equipment is broken. The water cooler was out of water and there were no towels to dry off with. The coffee was also not available in my room.

The elevator was out of order, but no biggie for me. They were pet friendly, which is a huge plus. Will stay again. Located around many choices for food or grocery store.if preferred.

Beds were comfortable and ac worked great. The outside of the facility looked very poor. They cut the grass but do not weed eat at all or trim bushes. Hotel has potential but needs management to pay attention to the details.

This hotel leaves much to be desired. First room we were put in reeked of smoke, had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, and was quite run down. Second room was better. Lobby, stairwell, elevator, etc. were dirty, somewhat smelly, and not maintained well. Gym was dirty and had no water all weekend. Ice machine was broken. Nowhere to get drinking water except the tap. Public restroom had no paper towels. Breakfast was ok. All around, not great and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Sheri was very helpful. Only thing that could’ve made this trip perfect would have been the temperature of the pool. It was very cold. Other than that! Very relaxing stay!

Stayed here May 2nd-3rd room was VERY muggy/humid air did not work. Then as we were packing up we found a half dead roach in the corner of the room. Broken computer chair. Lots of stains on chair. Dripping tub.

I had to switch rooms. The first had obvious spill stains on the wall, on furniture, and reeked of cigarette smoke. The next room was cleaner, but that isn't saying much. The second room needed some maintenance work. I was charged a pet fee but was afraid to let my small dog's paws even touch the floor. I wrote to the general manager and never heard back. Apparently they're satisfied with being filthy. I would not stay here again.

The bed in our room had bed bugs and when I told the front desk all they said was “I’m sorry to hear that”. They didn’t offer any compensation or any solution. I called headquarters they said I would hear back in a week. Still waiting.

The property was dirty inside and out. Pictures online show that the property was neat and clean. I was very disappointed when I got there The staff was friendly as they needed to be. The breakfast did not look good. They bagged their own bread in ziplock bags, very unsanitary. Beds were uncomfortable. I remember years ago that La Quinta Inns were clean, had comfy beds and great breakfast. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay.

The property is very run down. Felt like a motel, not a La Quinta. La Quinta is usually affordable, clean, and pet friendly. I’m almost always very happy with my stays. This property is not up to standard. My room smelled very mildew, the pillows were very worn, as well the room was run down. The only positives were the dove soap products and the towels were very clean. If it’s a last resort to stay with your dog or cat, it’s ok. If you have a little more money and other options, I’d go elsewhere.

Building and room was dirty. Furniture had stains all over them. Pillows had stains. Bedding had stains. Bugs dead on floors. Refrigerator didn't work. Got new room no coffee pot refrigerator on the floor other one in cupboard but couldn't open the door. Hallways dirty. Will never stay again. Curtains half hanging. Very slippery bathtub. Overall not happy experience

Wall plug in our room was falling out the wall, tub was worn and peeling, a little difficulty at check in despite pre-checking in hours earlier. Breakfast was...ok. Looks like they had a renovation a few years back but used cheap materials that won't last. Rate was decent though for a suite. The couch was very wore and the cushions were discolored. The bed was VERY comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. It's weird how many hotels only give you three small pillows for two people in a king size bed. All in all .. definitely a 4/5 but there is room for improvement compared to the pretty stiff competition in the area.

The room was spacious and nice looking until you really look at it. The doors have veneer peeling and missing. The tub has finish wearing off and is different shades of white. Some staining on some of the furniture. It just needs a face lift

The staff were wonderful and my room was clean. The hotel is being renovated. The walls are a little thin so people speaking in a normal tone can be heard in your room. Also the hotel is next to 675 which is noisy. Overall, if you want a clean hotel with nice staff then this would be ok to stay

We had a suite and it was very spacious, but also very dated. The bed was very comfortable, when you could actually get to sleep due to noise above us and outside in the hall - so not very sound proof. The couch had a hole in the upholstery and the tub looked like a two year old applied the caulking and porcelain repair. No hair dryer. My first time doing the online check in and I just realized I took away the front desk persons job - won't do it again. I spoke to a different person later about the hair dryer and they kind of blew me off. The to go breakfast was pretty good considering. - Would I stay here again probably not.

You get what you pay for. It’s a cheaper option in the area but it’s an old hotel. Stills smells of cigarette smoke painted over. Carpets are old and smell. Heat/air conditioner sounds like a jet engine every time it kicks on. When it’s off you can hear all the highway traffic at night on 675 and your neighbors in the next room having a conversation at midnight. Beds are hard. Not a good sleep here.

The room itself was just what we needed, comfy beds, good water pressure and pretty clean. So from that standpoint I have no complaints. But all of the other amenities that you would expect at this price range were lacking. The wifi was only working 50% of our stay, we used our cellular hot spot to work. The breakfast was pretty awful, oatmeal was pretty awful, fruit selection non existent and the juice machines seemed quite dirty. Had some toast and peanut butter and cut my losses. The TV in the room was nice but the channels were all scrambled and half were unavailable, the guide was in accurate so we ended up watching college football on my laptop since it wasn’t on any of the channels in the room. Seemed like some poor management just not keeping up all of the amenities promised on the info.

Not sure what was going on but we were in RM 105 and the noise coming from above us was awful. Every couple of minutes sounded like someone was dropping smthg thru the ceiling it was so loud and heavy you could actually feel the vibration from it.

This may just be our room, but the toilet needs to be replaced, it ran all the time and had rust stains. The toilet paper was just on the back of the toilet, with no toilet paper holder. The shower is newer but there is no way to shave your legs. The door to the room was very difficult to open. The air conditioner worked, but was very loud.

The desk clerk was excellent. Great people skills. We had a smoke alarm that had a failing battery so the clerk quickly changed us to another room. It was handled quickly and without any issues. I would certainly stay here again

I stayed here after I left another local hotel due to their construction. I contacted the hotel and they were able to work with me and do an early check-in so I could leave the hotel I was currently staying in. Will definitely stay again!

This property had one of the most accommodating and helpful staffs I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. I was there for several days with a pet whom they essentially adopted and baby sat 2-3 times per day when I could not return for several hours. The property was well kept, away from major traffic, tucked in on three sides by Wright State University buildings that had very little in the way of people or traffic around them. That made for a very pleasant area for walking about. If I have occasion to return to the Wright-Patterson region again this will be my first choice for lodging.

The property was just average and didn’t meet the standards I’ve come to expect from La Quinta. While my room itself was fine, the bathroom needed attention—the toilet seat was loose and nearly falling off. As for breakfast, it was disappointing; I’ve seen better offerings at a gas station. Overall, this location didn’t live up to the usual La Quinta experience I’m used to

This property is a disaster. Recommend a new manager and maintenance chief. Electrical outlets are out or spark to the bathroom walls with holes. Patchwork and painting is so bad it shows they don’t care. Breakfast had no healthy options. No fruit. Just carbs. Even the oatmeal had no condiments. At $150, go somewhere else.

It was a nice room, comfy bed and pillows no issues in the room but bfast although it was included was very poor, it was busy and employee did not have any intention to fill anything up much less to cook more. This will bring your service to minus 4 it seems all La Quinta are lowering standards on breakfast. For that I will go to Super 8 instead every time I travel

The property was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room inviting. Wished the breakfast included some form of protein other than the eggs. Cereal, waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy were available along with the egg discs.

It was an old property. There wasn't enough space in the breakfast area. 20 min wait to make a waffle. No fruit. There was still 30 minutes of breakfast time left.
