I always like the pool

Pool and whirlpool. Hot breakfast options as well as cold. Fruit juice was better tasting than other hotels. Laundry service reasonably priced. Comfortable bedding. Far enough from highway that nose was not a problem. TV remote kept falling apart but worked. We laughed, put it back together and used it.

I didn't like the fact that my 1st room door didn't latch shut unless you were inside the room and manually locked it* But what I did like was that the staff member on site handled it right away and he even went back down to the front desk as I was gathering my things and changed my room, and brought the key card back up to me. The pool should and would be great if it had adult only hours especially for the hot tub. Instead of closing at 10pm. Dining options could be better as well on the weekend.

Stay was ok but the pool was dirty; rooms were dirty; couldn’t supply towels to a larger family.

Spotlessly clean, excellent condition, friendly and professional staff. Everything was perfect. Part of the reason we booked there was for the pool and hot tub but it turned out we didn't have time to use them. Breakfast was good too -- it included eggs and sausage.

Convenient to the highway and had a pool. The food was edible for the children. Could have been better though. Fine for passing through.

I almost never review a hotel but I am compelled to: this is such a well-run place. No frills, but if cleanliness and service matter to you, there is no other rating than a 10/10. Clean carpets, no maintenance issues in the room or the building. Pool and hot tub clean and orderly. Friendly manager on site in the AM. Adequate breakfast and friendly attendant. If you stay in a lot of road hotels, you just sort of expect a few hitches, and its not a huge deal, but this place clearly takes the detsils seriously and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Perfect for an overnight stay with my grandkids while traveling. They loved the pool. The breakfast was outstanding. Not very many dining options in the area for dinner.

Although this is an older motel the staff does a fantastic job in keeping it updated. The rooms were big as was the bathroom and everything was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The male attendant at the Check in desk was very professional and extremely courteous. We will definately stay in this motel again if the situation arises.

We stopped on a drive home. It had 8/10 on Expedia. I don’t think it met that rating. The pool was nice and breakfast was ok. The room was clean enough, but I found empty cups and other small pieces of trash under beds. The hotel was dated. Seemed overpriced for the quality. It was convenient to the turnpike. All the staff was nice. It’s more like a 6.5 or so. Hotel could use some updating and better room cleaning.

My bedsheets were covered in blood and burn holes all in my blankets , they wanted to switch me rooms over switching sheets out and the room they were gonna give me wasn’t another room like mine and I wasn’t getting a refund if chosen the other room

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are in the area. It was great for the price! Very clean, comfortable bed and breakfast was included .. I will return!

Just staying the night and passing through, way over paid on the Ohio / PA boarder. Stained and disgusting room furniture, backing up shower, horrible breakfast (better off put up a sign saying you’re better off not staying for breakfast).

Room wasnt clean, there was stuff under the beds from prior customers. The room had a musty smell in it. The water in the kitchen area of the suite didnt work. People were nice enough at check in and check out. Thats the only reason for not giving them a single star.

I thought Best Western is usually decent. But this place is way outdated. The room smelled old and the bed skirts were torn and ragged in places. The toweld are thin and not very white. They really need to tear out those musty smelling rugs. The room needed to be deodorized heavily. There was 2 guys in their cars parked next to each other in parking lot blaring their music and drinking. Another guest had complained also. We had to pay $117+ for this run down hotel. Breakfast was just ok. I would not stay here again. Bed was comfy but thin blankets

AC was difficult and TV was impossible. Breakfast was average. The rest was fine.

The bed is almost as hard as the floor . Hardest bed ive ever slept on . Considered sleeping on the sofa bed and everyone knows how awful those are

The bedframes were metal and everytime you got in & out of the bed it made a loud noise. Teenagers were running up & down the halls until 12:30am. I realize that isn’t the properties problem but the combination of the bed & the kids didn’t allow me to sleep much. Breakfast was okay. Several options. It was convenient to get on & off the highway.

Tiffany at the front desk was delightful. The room was large and comfortable (and clean) and the bed was marvellous. The only downside was there was no internet conection, nor a Netflix option on the tv system, so we were unable to watch the show we are following. But a restful and easy stay. Thank you.

Front desk staff was very kind - my only complaint is that we are on the second floor and can hear the person above us just walk around the room, so noise might be a bit of an issue

Amy at the desk called us in advance to ask about our need for a handicap accessible room and although there were none available, made sure to provide a specialized chair for the shower / bath. Great service and kindness.

Hotel appeared clean and close to common amenities and no issues with very late arrival. Only issue has been an incidental fee was charged. When calling to inquire about charges the staff member on the phone was helpful and stated it was reported we had taken 2 pillows. I informed them that was not the case and they stated I would need to speak to the manager who was gone for the day and to call back the next day. My wife stated the pillows were likely folded into the pull out couch as she did not remove them when she folded it up when the kids elected to sleep in a different bed in the middle of the night. Kind of concerning that they don't change the sheets on the pull out couch if it was folded up prior to leaving the room given the number of people that checked in and bed counts. I have now called multiple times over the last week and the manager is never available even in the hours the staff advise they are supposed to be working, which is a narrow window of 4 hours in the middle of the day that conflict with my work schedule. I have now left 2 detailed messages with the staff explaining what likely happened and have been advised I would get call back that day and it has been now 3 days since my first message. Unfortunately, poor customer service will lead me to look elsewhere in the future when we make the frequent trips out to this area.

My key card wouldn't work, went over 3 times and asked for new keys cause re swiping didn't work, they called us saying we was doing things we didn't..I was there for a wedding and was not in a good room... Stunk like dust and needs was hard and very uncomfortable for 350$ .... Save your money and go to red roof

Traveling and needed to stop for a night. This was the best option for us due to price/quality. The place was clean and organized. The staff were super friendly!

This is a nice little 60 room property. small town just off 80. it's clean and kept up. not fancy but safe

Hotel quality matched the price nicely. Hotel staff was friendly. Good value and convenient for my 1 night stay. All I needed was a quiet, comfortable bed and a good nights sleep while traveling through the area and I got it!

The room was clean but the hotel is in dire need of updates. Both bedding and towels need to be replaced. Also chose a single serving cream cheese to use only to find it had already been opened. First time I have ever seen yogurt served from a self dispensing machine. Toaster was in deplorable condition.

This was a clean hotel in a quiet area. The breakfast options were great; it includes egg omelets and sausage patties! We would stay here again!

We could hear the trucks on the highway all night long. Staff was courteous, the place was ok. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. There was only about 8 of us for breakfast but they weren’t prepared and ran out of hot food. Took about 20 minutes to bring more out.

This hotel is convenient to highway access and has restaurants nearby. Parking is easy, and the rooms are simple but clean. The free breakfast is, like most hotels of this quality, pretty much worthless, but if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night, it’s totally fine…nothing fancy but totally fine.

The ratings were accurate, the owners try hard to deliver an affordable, safe place. The room didn’t smell, was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Had variety and fresh food. The coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I’ve had.
