Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel, lights not working, curtains not hung properly wrong size for window, bed felt like I was sleeping on springs wrapped in a sheet!!!

The room was fine, the toilet kept running after it was flushed. I was really disappointed that the pool didn't work. The staff up front seemed to not care to much about customer service. It did the job though.

Front desk admitted that housekeeping wasn’t good. Pool closed. Had to dust the room Mold on shower curtain Loud music coming from pool room at 1 am.
