Best Western Mason Inn

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Auf dem Bettlaken und Kissen waren fremde Haare! Zudem hat das Zimmer extrem gestunken.

I had ants and had to change rooms, staff acted like it was no big deal

The pool area was overly chlorinated to the point it was hard to breathe. There were no towels at the pool and I saw adults taking towels back to their rooms. Adults who took towels from the pool areas should be fined for not allowing the staff to be able to clean the towels for pool goers. The breakfast was good if you like waffles.

The room and hotel were very clean… The breakfast was really good (and I am a picky eater)… Staff was very pleasant to deal with… My only complaint was the bed was more firm then I like… But other then that it was a nice experience…

One of my favorite places to stay. Clean, safe, friendly. I don't like the $100 deposit but understand why it's charged and it's not just this hotel but all of them - last night the deposit was more than the cost of the room. Definitely my first choice when looking for a room for the night or the weekend.
