Room was okay, had an old room odor, wifi was out, business center was out of order. Pool was not available. Wasn’t the greatest experience for a business trip when the main items needed were unavailable. Breakfast was good.

We were very disappointed in the condition of our room and the hotel. The pool was not open, WiFi was not available, fan in bathroom didn’t work, refrigerator wasn’t functioning and there was no hand soap available per the cleaning crew. The staff were friendly and apologized that items weren’t available, but we expected more from this hotel chain.

We checked in and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms and still had difficulty setting up the tv. They had coffee in the lobby that was old and cold. When we inquired, they said their coffee maker was broken. We had literally 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in our room and that’s it. Went down for breakfast to get coffee and they still did not have coffee and told us we needed to make it in our room because their machine was broke. Even though we got a free breakfast, we ended up having to go out for breakfast because of their coffee was old. We didn’t want a chance the rest of the food.
