The pool was closed, but that was the only drawback. Staff was accommodating, we had our puggle with us they could not have been nicer to him, The lady working evening/overnight (Holly)was more than kind to assist when we had a small issue after the Christian concert we were there to promote. Awesome can't wait to book there again.

Interior of hotel is outdated. The hallways are 100 degrees. There was a football team staying there who were unsupervised, running up and down the hall pounding on doors and a group of them were adjoining to our room. 1 of the kids was sleeping in the lobby. I had to call twice after 11:00 pm to have them shut it down. We should have been moved from the floor. It was na awful nights sleep. Also, a VERY beat up Sprinter van was nearly parked on top of me in an honors space. That's the reason I parked there in the 1st place. Shady location, beware.

The property is under construction. If I knew that I would not of booked it. I spend 200 for the night and can’t use the pool and can’t use main door have to come in side door. Very disappointed

The room was clean, but was disappointed the following day when i was told i had to take all the dirty towels downstairs to get clean ones, and couldnt get new trash can liners. Pool was cold, but we were greeted with friendly staff upon arrival. Brrakfast was decent, would stay here again when coming bavk to amish country.

The interior of the hotel - esp. the first floor - was undergoing a major restoration. They had crews working day and night. It was noisy, dusty, and sometimes inconvenient. I came in one evening and there was no access to the elevator because they were re-tiling the floor. The food area (breakfast) was cleaned and decent looking on the last day, but awful before that. Don't plan on eating the breakfast. Room was OK, but you have to ask to get it cleaned or re-stocked. They charged a lot for a very mediocre offering. Noise was particularly bad at night - some from the neighboring area and some from work being done on the hotel.

There was also a gas station right behind it for quick drinks and snacks if you have kids. The kids loved the pool it was clean and warm. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Room was nice. Tile floors were filthy when we checked in Thursday and filthy when we checked out Saturday. That's 3 days, without the floors being cleaned. Also I was told check out was 12 and I asked for a later check out. They said I could have till 1. Then they tried to get us to leave at 1030 then told us we had to be out by 12 or well be charged for another night. We travel a lot and stay at a lot of hamptons. Breakfast was trash. Service was trash. Lobby and hallways dirty. We won't stay here again. Room was nice though

I rented Room 301 at the New Philadelphia, Ohio, motel on November 8/9. Motel was fine as was the service. What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. I gave it an average not because of the facility but because of the totally oblivios and inconsiderate customer(s) in room either 303, 305, or 302. Kids being kids is fine during the day, or up to 10:00 or so at night. NOT ok at 2, 3, 4 and 5 AM. Doors slamming, people (adults and kids) yelling, banging on walls, etc. All night long. Ridiculous parenting. Don't know what the situation is but I had a very long drive getting up there and an even longer one on the 9th. Not Hampton's fault. Get a clue parents/guardians/whoever!

The place was nice and clean. Had the room right off the elevator, so it was noisy. Breakfast was horrible. Steam table soggy food. The reason I stayed there was because of breakfast. Maybe never again.

The bathroom was very much outdated. The fan was as loud and squealing. The toilet lid wouldn’t remain up when needed. And the shower drain was slow. It was expensive for this condition. There are newer and lower cost options which I will use next time.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn a number of times over the years and have always been pleased with the rooms and especially the friendly and courteous staff. I'd planned to stay another night but needed to leave a day early due to weather and the long drive I had to make to return home, but will continue staying there for any further trips I have.

The stay was fine but there was a very loud wedding party that was booked right by me. Bc of the system and me booking through hotels.com, the first worker couldn’t move me but the second worker I talked to did bc I asked for ear plugs. Hotels.com make it easier for accommodations!!!
