The front desk manager went out of their way to get me on the ground floor after booking the room even though there were no clean rooms 1st floor, so he called in a couple housekeepers from their staff to clean it. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me since I’m handicapped. When I booked the room, I did not realize it was on the second floor. Thanks

Had everything I needed from microwave, fridge, ice basket, Smart Tv with Roku, and even a coffee maker. There was also ice maker near the hallways. Clean place with good AC and heat.

The hotel was clean and had decent amenities - except the pool. There is a curb around the pool that is not marked at all - to sign. no white or yellow paint, nothing. Unfortunately, I fell off this curb and broke my wrist and scraped up my knees. A gentleman at the pool helped me up and got me in a chair. He went and told the front desk. No one came out. After an hour, i went back to my room and my granddaughters went to the front desk to get bandages and a bag for ice. They told the front desk what happened. Still no one contacted me. Finally, I went to the front desk myself, was told someone would come talk to me - you guessed it...no one came. Four different people on three different occasions told the front desk and no one contacted me. That is a very unsafe area around the pool, someone got hurt and the hotel did nothing. Very disappointing.
