Dirty and run-down. Front desk manager barely spoke English. No elevator. Stains on walls, carpets, sheets, and towels. No pool towels. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. Place was so bad that we didn’t even want to eat the free breakfast for fear of getting sick. 0/10, do not recommend.

There were only stairs, no elevator. The electricals in the room looked as if they had been done by a plumber...the TV was unplugged, and looking at the outlet, i wasn't sure if it was safe to plug it in. I knew this was just an overnight and we didn't require anything fancy, but it was in poor shape.

The price was nice, The pool was nice, but the Wi-Fi did not work half of our stay, The vending machines for both food and drinks were all broken, luckily I brought a security bar for my door since the lock was half busted once we got into the room. It look like the outside the door had been kicked in at one point. The sheets had some stains.

This was by far the poorest property I have stayed at in many years. All out side doors had their key scans busted so anyone could just walk in. The entire facility smelled like a cigar bar. TV in my room inoperative. Promised breakfast consisted of stale bagels and cereal with milk that was past expiration date.

There was no elevator, my family and I had a ton bags so up 2 flights of stairs we went. Our bathtub faucet was broken. You had to put your hand inside of the faucet to pop the shower head on. The ice machine was broken on the second floor. The side door and front door were also broken. My key card stopped working along with the WiFi. Overall, the staff were very friendly and polite. The location was great right off the express way. It was just dirty and very shady.

Prise good, staff good, friendly, but we get bad room on 1 floor ear were stinky, TV don’t work, door in closet broken, Carpet not clean. We ask change room. Get room on 2 floor. Better, clean, ear better (do not stinky). We stay 2 nights, room newer extra cleaned. Breakfast so-so. Mashing with juice dirty. Outside enter much liken water from pipe (it is looks bad and stinky). But pool good, clean. So, sorry, we will never stay again in this hotel

The front desk person was very friendly and The room was fine. It was clean, the water pressure and temp were good, beds were comfortable. However, the overall property is in poor shape. I walked toe property and couldn't find an elevator even though our room was on the 2nd floor. The halls smelled like weed. The restroom off the lobby was out of service, the weight room was missing equipment (some of the free weights). The breakfast bar was very underwhelming so I only had a coffe and an apple.

The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a roach scurrying across the floor so I grabbed a tissue to squish it. The carpet was gross and there were stains on the bedding. The desk chair was covered in some kind of animal hair. I decided we weren’t going to stay and risk bringing roaches home. I took the dead roach downstairs to show the front desk and explained why we leaving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is another Quality Inn in Mason that is MUCH nicer.

This property was nasty! The bed sheets were dirty, our room was dirty, their were items from previous people left in the room. There was a whole in the ceiling in the bathroom. My toddlers feet turned black from walking on the carpet. They previously had bed bugs in June 2023 and didn’t tell anyone. The doors to the outside were broke and so once it was shut you were locked out unless you walked around the building. The trash cans were full outside causing bugs by the entrance. Walked thru the hallway by the entrance and there was a roach along the wall. This place is nasty and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there!

Air conditioning was off and that made the smell even worse when entering the lobby. Was in my room long enough to turn on the AC to hopefully help the smell…made a phone call to let family know I arrived. Pulled back the covers to get in and there was a bed bug running around. I asked for a refund or a clean room, which they promptly gave me a room on a different floor that didn’t smell as bad. It was a late check in, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I was exhausted from driving for hours to get there, but I had a hard time even resting because I kept waking up thinking I had bed bugs crawling on me. Easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If this is what “Quality” in the Quality Inn name means, then I will not stay at another one as it was far from it.

Dirty, mildew smell in the halls and room, room was not clean by any standard, shower didn't work, TV only works on one channel and no volume up or down, microwave had splattered food inside, mold on ceiling above the bed, had no choice but to stay the night, soap dish had a new bar of soap in a wrapper, when I picked it up it was on top of a gooey mess of old soap.I will sleep in my car and use a gas station bathroom before I would stay in this place again.

Our room was musty smelling.Upon more investigation we foung mold in the bathroom painted overand bleeding through. We have mold allergies so 3 of our party of 4 had to sleep in the car.The staff did nothing to help us.

Had to switch rooms cause the first room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. First room still had used bottles of soap. Holes in carpet and walls. Water in bathtub barely drained after taking a shower. Wouldn’t book here again.

Not only did the people in the next room make so much noise and banging on the walls and screaming at each other, the carpet was dirty, worn and outdated. The desk chair was shedding and falling apart, sitting on the toilet was almost impossible since you were pressed against the wall, the shower was stained and filthy, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, stains on the walls and mold on the furniture, outside doors were broken and unoperable, I was not there even two hours before checking out and even after saying something to the front desk person, was still supposedly charged for one night.

Might have jyst been bad luck, but our first room smelled like wet carpet. Very musty. The next night after complaining we got a different room that smelled better, but the door was a challenge to open, closet handle was missing, shower water was lukewarm and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We did not even have breakfast. There were no protein options. If you like waffles, that smelled good.

Me and my nephew stayed there because we were going to see family for the weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and had never had an issue, but this time there wasn’t a television in our room and when I asked if they could make arrangements to get me one I was told “very busy, hotel booked, no TV”. The stay was just one night but other than no TV, it was a good stay.

The staff was courteous. But in the room, the tv did not work. The coffee pot had a mis-matched carafe and basket which didn’t let the coffee drip into the carafe, causing it to overflow and make mess. The whole hotel had a feeling of disarray. The night clerk wanted us to park in the back (very dark) instead of coming through the front door. We came through the front door anyway.

Booked a king room and apon arrival was told they only have 2 queen room. I told them why would you advertise for 2 kings left and was told they had 1 left but the television didn't work. The non concern attitude from the staff member was enough for me. Room was old and dingy, hole in the closet door .Will never stay at this hotel again and don't recommend it.

Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. It's difficult to get warm water on the second floor. I don't know if they are having a heater problem but it's been lukewarm shower for three days.

The hotel ser Ives was terrible I both a room for 3 nights every night I had tu go back to the Recepcion because the room key not work. Never made the room, I had to go and ask to change towers and so on, I do not recommended this hotel I feel that I lost my money,

The staff were awesome all the way around and every shift! I stayed at this hotel last year and it was perfect this stay not so much the 1st room I checked in I walked in and seen roaches the 2nd room not only did the heat not work but I am now covered in flea bites and my puppy is getting deflead as I write this review! They offer breakfast and was out of coffee and the area looked as though a food fight occurred I walked right out and went to purchase breakfast elsewhere and left today to find a new hotel for remainder of my trip. Also the hotel guest that are currently there are on drugs traffic all night, loud, and a young lady was running this morning as she seen a police officer pulling in and her accomplice picked her up at the gas station next door.

This hotel looked a step up from condemned. Our room was dirty and just dingy. The the floor of the wooden cabinet the fridge was in was literally rotten. The tub was disgusting, the curtains were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way, the desk chair looked like they had picked it up in someone trash on the side of the road. There was a used towel in our bathroom and the desk lamp was smashed on the bottom and dirty. The receptionist was very rude and not accommodating. There were very few ppl staying there and I asked for an extra blanket and he told me they had none. I asked for a different room because ours was so bad and he told me that our room was a nice room! He wouldn’t move us and I couldn’t have a refund bc we had already checked in. I asked to speak to a manager but she was no where to be found all day long. And when we tried to call the hotel no one would answer the phone. It was also very dark in the parking lot and downright creepy. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

We have stayed at this property 3 times to be exact. I reserved handicap room awhile before arrival. when checking in, I was told I only reserved king room. I said I reserved a handicap room, which I was not given because the motel computer said king room. I confirmed reservation with my printed copy for king disability accessible room. after the motel rep looked at the paper for a moment then he suddenly told me there were no handicap rooms available. I need rails for the bathroom. I need access room which is why it was specified on my reservation. After his stalling, telling me I could not get discount and could only offer me a king room even after I explained I needed the rails for the bathroom. he proceeded to say I could get the room for one night, no discount pay the full price for 2 nights reserved, but could call motel to cancel if i chose somewhere else. I asked to speak with manager on duty and he told me I had to speak with him. very unprofessional. very disappointed in the whole process. I contacted corporate offices same night and filed a complaint. to add my reservation should have been canceled. when speaking with corporate 15 minutes later, my reservation was still in the computer, never cancelled. do not recommend!!!

I was travelling North on the I-75 and booked this Quality Inn for my overnight. The property is a little tired but the Staff were excellent and the room was clean and very nice. The property is directly across from a Bob Evans which makes dinner and breakfast very good.

You cannot beat this property for the price. It was clean and everything worked it was just a little old but the upkeep was good. It was in a wonderful location. Everything was so close by restaurants, Starbucks, stores, pharmacy, gas station. Will go back!

Clean linen and room. Fire alarm in hallway went off at 3 am and stayed on for a while, but other than that its anice quiet place in walking distance to several restaurants.

It was kinda run down. The room was clean enough. But there's some thing's definitely in need of repair. Breakfast is verrrry poor. Toast, waffles, 2 off brand cereals. We went to the Bob Evans across the road. Went to service station for drinks. Soda machines empty on location. Lots of cobwebs even in the no coffee lobby. But it is cheap and if just needed a place to sleep & shower . It will do

First off, I got a room with 2 queens instead of a room with 1 king like I booked. There were holes in the closet door. Some of the rooms didn’t have a plaque, but instead the number was written in pencil on the wall. The complimentary breakfast was sad and pathetic. Your only options were toast and muffins, yogurt, or waffles. The cereal container was broken and wouldn’t serve. The waffle mix was fairly runny. Overall poor experience, would not recommend unless you’re only there for an overnight stay or if you have pets (but even then, do NOT get breakfast)

We have stayed here in the past but this was our last. The breakfast was so disappointing as it consisted of dry/old prepackaged muffins and coffee! Some fruit loops and bran flakes. TERRIBLE!

The state was so so. Cleanliness was OK. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good. The eggs and sausages were not hot. The hot water was not hot and the juice dispenser on our second day didn’t work at all was just water. No juice coming out.
