The property was clean and neat for what it is. But we couldn't use the pool, the gym, both ice machines were broken ,and the first room they put us in the heater didn't work. So it sucked

It met my needs. It was close to airport and they provided a shuttle to airport.

An okay place, it was a nice resy stop on our long drive. But be aware: there is no elevator. And we were a long (5 mi, about 8 km) from any dinner late at night.

Enjoyed the hotel! Good bang for our buck. Pool is just closed until further notice. Breakfast was nice.

VERY POORLY TRAINED STAFF. POOR COMMUNICATION. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE. The rooms were to be expected, well kept, and nicely furnished. The interior of the lobby has been recently updated and welcoming. However, I picked this place and location specifically for the shuttle service to the airport. The front desk person on duty when I checked in was not well trained and had very poor communication skills. I tried to schedule my shuttle service with him, and he told me that he didn't have anyone for the service. I then told him that it was the only reason why I booked this hotel and came with the reservation. He then asked me to show him, which I should not have to begin with, yet I did show him. He continued to tell me that he didn't have anyone to do so. I asked him to call a manager, and he responded with not wanting to call a manager because he would get fired. I said I needed the issue resolved this evening as I fly out in the morning. He asked me to come back at 11 pm. when the next person would come in. I didn't want to be up that late, but I waited in panic that I wouldn't have a ride in the morning, and it's difficult to get Uber out there. I spoke to the night shift that came on, and she took care of it, or so I thought. She was a very nice, well-mannered, and informed lady named Mindy who could communicate well; she also informed me that the other person was new, so I felt like I would not give a bad review at that time. Very run down. Broken lightbulb in fixture and broken lock on door. Constantly had to go to front deck in order for my room key to work. Pool area is nice. Kids loved the pool. Otherwise it was a ok stay.

Pool is only open 3-11, so the next morning you cannot access the pool or weight room. We would of liked to take the kids swimming and the front desk told us they would not open it. Breakfast was frozen eggs and frozen sausage that you had to microwave. 2 cereal choice, 1 fruit choice, waffles, toast and yogurt.

Check-in easy, front staff professional, lobby clean, room clean, bed comfortable, room had small microwave and refrigerator for convenience, parking lot well secured lights bright at night good. Close to restaurants

Clean, well maintained hotel. Can’t give an overall 5 star because the breakfast was better at other places we’ve stayed. Also, the hotel only had 1 working ice machine. Room was clean and otherwise pleasant. We’d stay again given the opportunity.

Shower dirty, breakfast food all gone when we got down there. AC unit noisy, shower rod ready to fall off

The building is in seperate needs of a remodel and they need to get an actual clawing staff because the room was filthy. Dirty sheets , sticky floor , mystery goo on the desk. If I wasn’t that tired I would of just left

Unbelievably spotless, cleanest hotel I've stayed at in years.

Very friendly and courteous staff, very clean rooms, breakfast was good too, had a very pleasant stay.

The walls of most of their rooms are spackled with bodily fluids. The first room we checked into (204) literally had a vomit all over the wall next to the toilet and all over the wall next to the bed. The room reeked of vomit. I went and asked for a different room. The manager apologized and gave me a different room (114) Bedroom smelled fine but the bathroom walls around the toilet still had gross things. The lvp of the floor was completely lifted and also disgusting. The caulking was completely moldy. The only thing that was clean were the beds. And I checked them. I lifted the covers, the mattress protector, the mattress itself and all that that heaven was clean. We had no choice but to stay here because all the other hotels in the area were booked. I never stay in anything under a three and a half star hotel because for some reason star ratings translate to cleanliness.

Mohammad was very nice. However, there are several very disappointing and sorry to say DIRTY about this location. There were bugs all up and down the stairwells and hallways, no elevator (hope you don't have a lot of luggage!), the matresses were stained, dirty bathroom, poor continental breakfast, and poor room cleaning services. Our first room was ATROCIOUS, the smell was terrible, stains on the matresses (i wish i could upload pictures) and black mold stains in the toilet. Mohammad allowed us to move to a different room, which was better then the first, but still disappointing. The bathroom in the second room smelt of mold as well, the bathroom running board/tiles had been removed, and the cleaning service never bothered to make our beds, or empty trash. We luckly had clean towels, only because we placed the dirty ones outside the door. Breakfast- while the self make waffles were good, thats about the extent of it.... the rest was microwaved eggs and microwaved sausage. Questionable yogurt, a couple of apples and your choice of cheerios or bran cereal. Don't bother getting anything for the snack station as a small bottle of soda will cost you $4.

The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The man at the front desk was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast had plenty of options for what we were looking for. The price was reasonable and we’d stay here again if the need arises,

So I would give this place an “average” rating. Has some good/bad issues. Oh man, Riley let me find somewhere to pull over. It was a very convenient location where we felt safe. Check in was easy except they over charged me then charged a DAILY DEPOSIT which was completely unexpected. I was reimbursed after I called Expedia. Not very happy about that. Room was mildly clean. At first glance looked clean until I found used ponytail bands on the floor and the dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The pool was open but only from 3pm-10pm which really sucks when you are there for 3-4 days and have kids who want to swim. The pool it’s dove was heated which was nice but the pool room was absolutely freezing with no heat. As for breakfast, it was 50/50 too. Waffles were delish but the frozen eggs and frozen sausage they kept on ice until you microwaved them were terrible. Final thought, next time would need to stay on the 2nd level as you could hear every sound from the room above. Would not say it’s the worst place or that I wouldn’t stay again but they definitely could put in a little effort to make it much better.

Plumbing needs updating

Room had stains on the wall. The drawers had no handles at all, unusable. Shower not good.

Front desk was great. Room needed some updating and little more detail cleaning.

Just stopped for the night as we were driving through but it was nice and clean just keep in mind it is by an airport so you will hear the planes. We were so tired we didn’t care.

There’s no working WiFii in the rooms. The front desk would not switch rooms to accommodate. Had to sit in the lobby till late night to get work done.

Our tv and internet was cut out shortly after checking in. When speaking with the front desk about the issue we were met with hostility. Two employees then knocked on our door to talk in person, after the conversation they acted as if they walked away and then stayed close by our door to eavesdrop on our conversation.

Check in fine. However all towels dirty, no ice bucket, no cups. Manager did rectify quickly.

check in and check out was terrible. I was billed multiple times due to a “technical error” even though ai paid in advance when booking my room.

Very nice friendly staff all services were great.

The desk refused the use of a common bathroom that was accessible from the hallway. Was very rude. As a senior citizen i was shocked how poorly she treated me.

This property is adjacent to the Toledo Express Airport. Now, I have stayed at airport hotels and they are loud, this place was not. I never heard a plane in the time I was there. Clean property and more affordable. Probably best for someone catching and early flight or something. It is a distance from restaurants and things, but convenience to the airport is key.

The room was clan and comfortable. The breakfast was sparse . We were told the person who was in charge of breakfast did not show up. When we asked about the free shuttle to airport we were told they had no driver. They would not have told us if we hadn’t asked.

Found out after check in that we were on the second floor, but there was not elevator, so we had them change our room to a first floor. When we got in the room we discovered the following: hangers were cheap plastic ones like you get free when you buy clothes, the floor tiles in the room by the bathtub (bathtub and toiled in a "room" and sink/mirror in hall by door that goes outside) were not connected to the base floor and were coming apart, TV did not work, remote was taped together, and there were no shelves in the refrigerator. Went down to breakfast to find it was cold fried eggs (not hard boiled) in a bowl on ice along with cold sausage links in bowls on ice next to the microwave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but moved to a different hotel for the second night.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only criticism I have is that the breakfast was nothing much. They had some oranges yogurt cereal and bread. But overall great stay!

The motel is fairly old but decently maintained. The reception person was very good. The breakfast setup had waffle batter, two or three pieces of plain white bread to toast, some oranges and fruit cocktail. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever encountered.

The hotel was exactly what I’d expect for this price range. The room was clean and comfortable, my kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was good (waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, toast, packages pastries, fruit, and frozen pancakes and sausage to be heated).
