Convenience to both Cincinnati and Dayton, very reasonable rate, very clean with tub, microwave, refrigerator, excellent mattress with 4 comfy pillows. Good breakfast including eggs, sausage & tater tots, fresh fruit. Indoor pool with adjoining outdoor seating area with picnic table & grill, beautiful hydrangea bush. Very helpful staff. I would consider staying there several nights in future as a home base it was so pleasant.

I specifically requested a room with a hot tub and it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! We were in town for a basketball tournament, and my son could not utilize the tub after his games. Was unable to utilize the laundry facilities due to there only being 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. The Laundry facilities were occupied around the clock and I was unable to wash my sons basketball uniform Friday night and from 2-10(when i finally went to sleep). Breakfast was limited, and there was construction and painting going on during our stay. Paint chips covered the stairs. Not having an elevator is not ideal for elderly, especially with the laundry facilities being on the second floor.

Easy and quiet hotel with that clean smell. Breakfast was ok, and pool was fantastic. We even did laundry which was great (i wish we could have bought supplies for laundry at the hotel, but we made it work).

The area was quiet. It needs more parking spots. The only issue we had was the stained linen, the sheets and down blanket had rust color spots.

Our first room smells terrible of smoke- after moving rooms our second room still has a smoke smell and the smoke detector was covered up. The tub was disgusting, the sink looked like someone shaved and didn’t clean it! We had no choice but to stay there but couldn’t wait to get out and definitely will never be back- should have shaved the ridiculous amount charged and slept in the car!

Bathroom was dirty, hair dryer was sticky with someone's hair on it. Bathub didnt have safety tub way too slippery. Beds very uncomfortable. We forfeited our second night losing money because we didnt want to stay another night. Disappointed in our visit to stay the least.

We arrived ate (about 9pm) but we were still welcomed warmly by the desk clerk. We got to our room and no "surprises". The room was clean, well maintained, and odorless. The batroom was clean without mold. We has a good nighr's sleep, had a nice breakfast (bagels were very fresh) and were off.

strange that a room with a jacuzzi tub didnt have a seperate shower, very akward trying to shower leaning backwards...jacuzzi has seen better days with the cracks and chips on plastic and tile. But for the price, not bad a bad stay at all.

Not much for noise reduction between rooms. I could hear conversations word for word from adjoining room. Carpet in room made my socks dark brown from dirt. Fridge had a bad smell to it and ice was so built up in freezer I couldn’t even get a flat ice pack in there from my cooler. Friendly staff.

Hotel was fine. Common areas are clean and updated. Our biggest issue was the mold in the shower and the noise of the heater. My wife refused to use the shower. The noise from the fan motor on the heater woke me up off and on during the night.

The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others.

"Potentially rough start with a happy ending..." We came in late Saturday night Aug 24 after a long day at King\'s Island and found our room was disheveled and seemed to be occupied, with bedding and bath towels thrown around the place. A very nice Nigerian woman named Debra at the front desk immediately put us into another room, informing us that she had just found out the previous guest had come back to mess the room up. She was very understanding and fixed the situation within seconds. Our new room was very comfortable - the A/C was already on, so we had a cool and refreshing room ready for us when we arrived. Pillows were good quality, shower water pressure was good, A/C worked like a champ - everything was clean and in good order. Breakfast was pretty good, with eggs, sausage and waffles available. One of our best hotel experiences (despite the initial hiccup), especially at this price point. Quality Inn is doing a great job at this property!

At check-in we were given keycard to room 202. We carried our luggage upstairs ( no elevators) opened the door and someone jumped up out of bed!! Went down to report it and received a new room and keycard. Room was pretty hot (222) and air didn’t work too well. People in parking lot very noisy, revving up car engine over and over. Other guests in hall were loud. Bed was comfortable and shower was real nice, lots of towels. Breakfast wasn’t very good with amount of choices. Activia yogurt was good. No peanut butter for toast. Coffee was horrible, very weak, no color to it and grounds in cups.

Overall it was a nice, reasonably priced hotel just off the interstate. The staff was very kind and helpful. They are currently updating the hotel interior, so there were paint chips on the stairwell carpet and some equipment setting outside but it didn't affect our stay. We appreciated that the breakfast buffet went until 10am on the weekend and there was a nice selection of food and the staff did a great job of keeping it stocked.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was not that great. The waffle maker was not cooking the waffle all the way through. Had to leave the waffle in for three times to get it done. The eggs were gross but other than that it was okay.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was well-stocked. Weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7am, which is a little too late IMO. Decently clean, although I don't think the bathroom door had been cleaned behind for a while...hair and dust bunnies on the floor. Shower was clean though.
