We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. Our room was nice. The breakfast was always good and fresh even at the latest time it was out. My kids also enjoyed the pool. It wasn’t over powered with chlorine and plenty of fresh towels.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Greg at the front desk was courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The only downside was that the indoor pool was too cold for my daughter to swim in. I wanted to sit and read while she swam and the pool area was even too chilly to enjoy.

Trash receptacle in breakfast area was overflowing every morning. Attendant waled by it repeatedly and did nothing. breakfast was good, but could be better. The 25/7 coffee station was awesome !

All of the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk gave my 2 year old daughter two rubber ducks when we checked in, which she used to play in the pool all weekend. The hotel was also great about supplying us with a crib on the second night of our stay when our daughter would not settle down in her big bed. The free breakfast was very nice, and we loved the pool area. Thanks to everyone working during our stay!

Room was very clean... just needs some updates... Front desk guy was great! Only issue was pool was closed for maintaining and wasnt aware of that ahead of time. Was able to use another hotel pool but it was across parking lot and cold out! And they were having a birthday party in pool...

Staff was fantastic. The hallway smelled like mold, stains were on one of the comforters, and the shower head was falling off. The heater/AC unit made horrible sounds all night. We prefer Hampton Inns. We stayed at this location to try a different one and wouldn't recommend this location

this property had the best reviews and said it was new looking and all clean. it was none of these. everything is old. the shower was disgusting. the tub was dirty with scum. the room was tiny and the bathroom set up with the sink outside the bathroom is ridiculous. not saying this place is a dump but it’s definitely not new looking and is falling apart. the baseboards the ceiling paint. just everything

Curtains in room had no track on ceiling to allow them to close all the way. Room unable to be dark for sleeping. Multiple dust webs in corners of room. Not enough trash cans in room. Lights by beds did not work

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The room itself was ok. It was very hot when we first got in. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was mold and mildew in the shower which made me question the rest of the rooms cleanliness. We only stayed one night but I wouldn’t stay here again

When arriving to room it was super hot and has a bad musty smell. We turned in air and went for a swim and got dinner. By the time we got back it had cooled down thank god but the smell was still there.other then that it was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable! Nice hot shower!

The rooms are very outdated and dark. smelled musty throughout hotel and stale. Our tub did not drain. Overall made it feel unclean. Quite a disappointment since we typically stay at Hampton Inns.

There was no one at the desk for check in. There was a sign that they were assisting other guests. We didn’t wait a really long time but long enough when you have your hands full of stuff. The guy that checked us in was nice. The bed is hard as a rock and you can hear every noise from the hallway and outside. Otherwise the room was clean and decent but I feel for the price it could be better.

Friendly staff. Greg at front desk. Melissa at dining. Breakfast was good. Room: nicely spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Old, dingy pull out sofa- bed was uncomfortable. Temp in room was good. Teens from sport teams. Bouncing ball above us at 7am. Someone banged loudly on our door at midnite. Bathroom dingy, but i liked sink outside of toilet/shower area and extra sink with refrigerator was handy.

Property was convenient to dining and shopping. Room was very dated. Elevator dirty. Room was dark and small. Decorated in "70s" avocado green and orange. Overpriced for amenities and condition. Paid $30 more booking through Expedia than advertised rate at check-in.

Arrived after a long day battling traffic and heat. Found out that the 3rd room that I had booked for our family was not available due to a maintenance issue/overbooking. They end up giving us about $20 off the other two rooms. The manager would not speak with me and sent the front desk person out robin form me we’d be getting a discount. It wasn’t much of a discount. As a Hilton Honors member, I thought I’d have at least been worth a conversation with the manager of the hotel.

This was a great stay. We were greeted warmly and promptly with a very friendly desk attendant. He was awesome. Even gave us suggestions on things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

We were in Ohio for a family reunion for the weekend. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel when I checked in. The check-in was QUICK, which I appreciated, and the staff was accommodating. The rooms were clean; the tub needed a little extra scrubbing, but other than that, the rooms were good. The breakfast was great! The kids enjoyed the waffles each morning. I am very grateful for the hotel staff. I left my ring in the room at checkout and didn't even realize that I left my ring until Tammy texted me and informed me that my ring was found in the room. When I received the text, I was already home, and she offered to mail the ring to me. I have my ring on my finger as I type this review. THANK YOU to the housekeeping staff for turning my ring in, and THANK YOU, Tammy, for mailing my ring.

Check in was quick and easy. Booked with Hotels.com using One Key Cash. No issues at all. Staff was friendly. There is a $50 incidental fee/bank hold which is pretty common these days, so I was expecting that. But, just a heads up in case you missed the fine print. Loved seeing my name on the TV - made it very personalized. The kids loved the toy duck. Room was clean and beds were comfy. No issues with noise. Breakfast was decent. Could have had an additional meat choice other than turkey sausage, But, still lots of breakfast options for everyone. About 15 minutes from Kings Island. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean, our room was good, with a comfortable bed, nice towels and toiletries. The staff was average and the hotel had ample parking. It was in an area convenient to freeway, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again.

My family and I were very satisfied with our overnight stay at this hotel just off Interstate 75 north of Cincinnati. The staff seemed ready to go out of their way to ensure that our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room was very clean, and the hotel's amenities were numerous -- we especially enjoyed the dip in the swimming pool after driving all day. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate area, some within walking distance. The hotel offered a free breakfast with virtually every kind of breakfast fare -- cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits with honey, waffles, blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt (Greek and standard), coffee, milk, various juices (real), and more. It occurred to me that if you left the hotel hungry, it was your own fault! We've stayed in hotels on two continents. This is one I would definitely recommend.

This Hampton Inn was in a great location, very clean, well maintained, and had a friendly and attentive staff throughout all services in the building. The breakfast had a great variety, some hot and some cold entrees, and healthy choices. It was near 75, but quiet. All day coffee bar and the unique little rubber ducks were appreciated!
