Aloft by Marriott Columbus Westerville

Our room seemed to be an ADA accessible room (which we did not book and I hope that another guests wasn’t in need of this room). The overall cleanliness was not great. Bathroom mirror was filthy, counter tops and tables in room had remnants of dried liquids, dead bugs all over the top of the AC unit. No one came into our room the second day to clean so we had no towels. We called down for towels and none were delivered. We called again after waiting 30 minutes and we were told that they had no idea we needed towels and we would have to come get them ourselves. We would have just done that in the first place if we would have known. For the price we paid, it was just frustrating to not have a comfortable stay.

Friendliest staff upon entry, Rebecca, the bartender is personable, friendly and introduced everyone and added to the already inviting atmosphere. The rooms are so clean and beds, pillows are so comfortable. Definitely will be staying at an Aloft again. Great hotel, quiet, convenient and clean!

Parking was easy , didn't use the bar but looked very good
