They advertised free breakfast. NO! when asked if they had plastic silverware they said no. Very short and rude at check in. The towels were dingy amd stained. Would not stay here with my family. The back door was propped open which made me very uncomfortable. I closed it but every time i went back it was propped again.

Very difficult to get hot water, breakfast was not available as advertised. In fact, even the coffee was gone in the lobby. All that was available in the room was decaf. Shabby conditions all around the hotel.
