They didn’t have lawn chairs at the pool, or any type of privacy fencing around it. Other than that, the people were really nice, the place was clean and beds comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

An amazing stay from check in to check out. We got a friendly, welcome upon arrival. Clean, fresh room. Delicious fresh baked cookies in the evening and a generous hot breakfast in the morning. The pool was delightful and clean. A few loungers would have been nice for sun worshippers.

The coffee and drinks bar open 24/7 is great. Really nice dining area. The sitting area in the lobby is nice to have available for my family to gather and visit. The price seems to have gone up and the discount for seniors/disability is not very good. Need to do better for senior discounts. Limited income is a factor.

The room was clean and didn't smell bad. Everything worked. The Key card worked every time without multiple tries. The breakfast buffet was really good and well presented. The staff were all friendly and courteous.

Overall, clean and bug free. No issues except the bathroom is a bit small, hard to get around in. I had not stayed there before so i did not think to ask for a room with larger bathroom. I had my elderly grandmother with me who needs assistance. The faucet and lever combo we loose from the wall in the shower. The ac kept waking us cycling on and off every 2-3 minutes.

We stayed here one night so we wouldn’t have to make a 3 hour back drive home late after my husband had played in a concert with Oklahoma Baptist Symphony. We took our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us, so he wouldn’t be alone at home. Everything was great. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, and great breakfast before we left the following morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the clerk when checking in. So very kind and helpful. Room is wonderful. Shower water pressure will exfoliate you - which is awesome. Only negative is the thin/uninsulated walls between rooms. The TVs in adjoining rooms are so loud.

Would rate everything excellent except the outside door was hard to open and close, had to really pull it shut to make sure it locked. Also the second night the heater in the room next door was a little noisy. Otherwise the breakfast was great, the staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The whole experience, from beginning to end was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very comfortable. This was the best hotel we have stayed at and would do so again in a heartbeat. Angie was there to both check us in and upon our departure. She was so sweet and so easy to talk to. She was able to help us in so many ways. We adopted a dog while we were there, and the staff were so welcoming to her also. We really could not have asked for a better experience.

We arrived late on a Saturday, and were woken by 2 ladies talking loudly and constantly by the front entrance (for over an hour). Then on Monday we were awakened by a loud consistent knocking on our door. When we didn’t answer the person went to the outside door and started knocking. I got out of bed and she wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced????? It was 9 AM. She marked us as “no service”???? Other than that, the stay was perfect. The front desk people were great

We always stay at this hotel when in Grove Ok. Always a good experience. Nice clean rooms, house keeping staff is excellent, breakfast is hot and fresh with a wide variety of food selections, we especially enjoy going back to the hotel for cookies at 4pm daily. I am now in need of some special accommodation and my last minute request for a ground floor room was pleasantly filled. Wonderful experience.

Really nice place, at breakfast the waffle batter ran out, lady said she wasn’t going to refill it and my pregnant daughter was upset, I didn’t like that one bit it honestly upset me because she really wanted that waffle. Lol
