This is a lovely hotel; easy to find; easy to park. We were greeted promptly and professionally upon entry. The clerk informed us of breakfast times, and when asked, provided a list of area restaurants. Her recommendation of Jake's Brickhouse was tasty, but prices were double of those listed online (when we looked it up). Rooms were clean and pleasantly cool. Beds are hard. Pillows are soft and abundant. There were plenty of towels, and bedding for the sleeper sofa. The blackout curtains did a great job. We used the stairs, as our room was on the end of the hall, and there were many dead bugs at the bottom of the stairwell, but otherwise everything was clean. The hot tub was closed, and the outdoor pool was small, so we didn't use it. Breakfast had a good selection, and was checked regularly for stock and cleanliness.

It's suitable for a family stay if you can't find the hotel in BrokenBow. The outdoor Jacuzzi was not working, and the kids were disappointed. Please update the actual status of the pool and Jacuzzi if either one is closed.

Pool was not usable so i had a disappointed child, room smelt like old stale skunk weed, drawer in room was broke, they offered to change rooms due to smell but it was too much stuff to move and it was upstairs. Didn't want to deal with a 5 year old up and down stairs. It was too expensive for condition of hotel and no use of the pool which my little boy was excited about. Should have let people know pool was closed.

Our room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. It was mostly clean. There was toothpaste on the mirror and the bathroom floor hadnt been swept from previous occupants. The a/c unit worked well. Fridge and microwave are convenient. There were no unpleasant odors. They are remodeling so there are missing baseboards in our room. The hallways are being repaired. Breakfast had lots of the usual options, plenty to choose from. The bathroom wall was thin, we could hear our neighbors very clearly, but not in the main room. Water pipes in the walls make loud popping sounds early in the morning. Overall, it was a good stay. Nothing fancy tho.

This place was hit by a tornado and had a ton of noisy kids there, but that being considered it was still very disappointing. When we arrived we waited a very long time for someone to come to the counter, in fact I had to look up the number to the hotel and call it and a woman that was sitting outside came in while answering a cordless phone and checked us in, she had to have seen us walk past her with our luggage! Then the room was not clean, lots of hairs. I didn’t complain bc I knew it was the last room and I just wanted to go to sleep.

Not very comfortable and the floors were soooo dirty. I’m not even one to complain but the floors were awful and you can tell they weren’t vacuumed or cleaned. I don’t feel like the sheets were washed either because there were crumbs in them. Overall not very clean, but 3/5.

Out of season for the outdoor amenities. My room was conveniently close to an exit which is great for me as I am a smoker, room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The walls are on the thin side, and I could clearly hear the people in the next room's conversation like they were in there with me. Breakfast choices were limited and not very good quality. Take your own creamer for coffee if you want anything other than milk or that's all you'll get. Over all my stay was not bad at all if all and I will stay there again. If ya need is a quick clean quiet hotel in this town this is your best choice. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

The air vents in the ceiling were covered in mold, rust, dirt, etc and even inside the vent ducts. VERY UNHEALTHY !! Bathtub was slow draining. Shower head was awesome and plenty of hot water. Beds were so-so. Outside was under construction or damage repair and looked like it was in a war or tornado/wind damaged. Stayed Feb 20, 2023.

Upon arriving at the hotel I wasn’t sure if it was open. The exterior is clearly under construction. The inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The hallways and room doors could use some paint. My room was nice, however the bed loudly squeaked every time my husband or I moved. The sofa bed was awful, thin mattress and squeaked just as much as the main bed. Hotel is good for a night or two, but the bed situation would keep me from staying longer.

The clerk informed us at check in that they were doing repairs from tornado two years ago. The hotel was run down, curtains in room were dirty, walls in hallway and carpet visibly dirty. We booked for two nights and left after the first night. Layout of room was spacious, after renovations it may be a nice place.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. I hear they are planning to renovate soon, which will fix some cosmetic defects. (A tornado went right by, damaging the exterior somewhat, and some rooms are showing their age.) I thought it was too expensive, even when booked through a third party, though. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was there. I would wait 5 minutes and the employee was outside smoking. It got old quick waiting to be helped. The breakfast idea was nice, but they had one employee and just couldn’t keep up with the food. We went to the McDonald’s across the street because they only had one waffle machine and had a long line. I like the hotel, but the service sucked.

Location was ideal. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast with many options. Only negative was few hairs in the sink and a few hairs in the tub that didn’t belong to me. I just picked them up with a Kleenex and threw them in the trash.

Stayed there 2 years ago, remodel in progress, still is. TV remote wouldn’t access the Guide, only found one plug in the entire room that worked & that was in the bathroom. Most of the Lights in the room don’t work & the breakfast & coffee was terrible.
