Staff was very friendly and helpful. The comforter was dirty. Took it off the bed and got a clean extra blanket. The sheets are like sand paper. Be warned.

Reserved and checked into this hotel in Supulpa to go to an event. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the smell of the place was over the top unbearable bleach and cleaner. The lobby looked great, nice and clean and our room was spare but clean. Newer carpet in the hallways, everything 'looked' great but sometimes it's the little things; such as, if you're going to update the room, put in new outlets and covers. Don't keep the old dirty, crust ones that have been painted over multiple times. I paid for 2 rooms, but we checked back out within an hour as our ground floor rooms smelled musty. Mildewy with an overpowering smell of cleaning products. There was no way we could have stayed and slept with that smell. It was awful. My 8 month old grandson and his parents were staying in the other room and I could not, in good conscience, subject him to those odors. The pool is tiny, btw, and the other guests we encountered, well, a few of them were sketchy. I did not ask for a refund. There was no one at the desk when we left, so I just dropped the key cards and left. I trusted Hotels.com and this is the first time I was lead to believe that a property was nicer than the ratings. Would not recommend or stay here again.

We only needed a room for a night, it was fine for the price.

Breakfast hours could be slightly longer and more options.

Not very satisfactory. Floors & beds not cleaned well.
