When we checked in we got charged an extra deposit after paying online. There was another customer behind us that didn’t get charged that fee and was complaining about his room. When we got to our room the TV did not work we did get a room change. Then we went to get in the pool and there was sand they was trying to get out but they had one of their young kids still playing in it. We asked if we would be able to get in after they cleaned it up and the guy said, give him 10 minutes and we could. Went back and the owners kids came out and asked ,”dad can we get in now?” I am sorry but we was paying customers and the pool is smaller and they was extremely wild. We called to get a refund and the owner told Expedia no because the pool was closed we left the facility and came back at 930 and the owners kids was still in the pool. This is supposed to be a hotel not a family complex but they have all their family living there. They was rude and I would never recommend staying there

They had a cute little free breakfast area and a super nice Pool. Every thing including Walmart is close "Walmart is just across the street" and there is a Taco bell in the parking lot of the Hotel! The staff was super Nice and very Helpful!

A little out of our way but nice place with pool, food and Walmart all near by! Travelling by motorcycle and Wagoner is definitely a nice safe place to stay!

The first room they assigned flooded and they were already aware of the issue before placing me there. It was flys and gnats in both rooms and they charge a deposit. It’s not many choices in the town, so stop at another motel before you get there.

Expedia reviews seem to rate hotels much better than Google. Expedia rating was 8.6. Google was 1 or 2 out of 5 for the last year. Google was right. Noisy dirty cigarette smells. Even noticed a crack in the bathtub floor as I was showering. Large damage deposit that Expedia doesn't mention. I made sure to tell the desk clerk about the bathtub and no way was it my damage.

It was dirty, run down. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. The room was dirty. It smelled really bad. The front door which was an outside door didn’t latch well. The only safety latch was a small chain latch. We did not stay. And we ended up having to pay for two nights even though we didn’t even stay there

When i got there pulled sheet and comfoter back found a dead fly in my bed. Tv speakers crackled. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The people though were extremely friendly. The bed though felt like i was sleeping on a board. If you like a firm bed this is your place.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. I had key issues and had to do the stairs a few times to get it corrected. Even with a horrible storm, I was able to use the wifi throughout the night. The towels are a little rough. It is close to well traveled roads, so trucks can be heard during the night. The chill of the room went away very quickly when I turned on the heat.

Trucks outside were pretty loud through the night and bed was quite stiff but was a pleasant stay otherwise. Would come back here if I needed to stop through this area again. Room, bed, and bathroom were clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Sooooo I did a one night stay traveling for work . I booked my room through Expedia and paid all of my fees through them . I checked my bank statement a couple weeks later and noticed that I had a 5.00 charge on my account. So I called the hotel and they told me that was a cleaning fee ! That has never happened before and they are scamming people out of there $$$ if you have stayed there please check your account for a BS charge . I will never stay there again

Bathroom light did not work. The breakfast is cereal and toast. They should just say that they shouldn’t call it breakfast. I was charged for my room, even though I paid online. This hotel thinks they can charge you once you get there and they don’t think you’re going to notice even after the room has been paid for. They give them four or five days and when you’re traveling, sometimes you don’t have four or five days for them to steal your money and keep it for a week. They didn’t think they were going to get caught.

The actually check up team was wonderful. Bc I was arriving supper late he was patient and with my many phone calls checking to were had checked in or not. Gave the info to pass along with understanding 5 trip 8 hours later than my family

This property is located along a busy highway so the traffic is extremely loud! Even with fans running and ear plugs, I could hear and feel the traffic going by all night. I expressed my concerns before nightfall and was assured that there wasnt much traffic at night and it would be quiet. It absolutely was not. The next morning, thr same desk person told me that she couldn't control traffc. Obviously! But dont lead me to believe its quiet either!

To close to the big intersection, where traffic was heard all night long, also truck parked out side our door starting & running off & on all night, very loud making it hard to stay asleep!!!

For being on the crossroads for two major highways, our room was very quiet. The gentleman at the counter gave a couple of good recommendations for dinner. We ended up at the Lopez Grill Mexican restaurant which was very good. Gas station right across the street and a Wal-Mart near by. Very convenient.

Price was right but hotel located near busy intersection and semi’s are rolling through all night sometimes shaking the hotel. Need a very loud noise machine if staying here. Breakfast looked underwhelming at check in so hit the road early and ate out. Ok for a cheap one night stay while traveling but would t stay here again.
