The property is under renovation and there was no indication that would be the case when we made our reservations. Construction is fine but making it known to prospective guests would be expected. The construction demo trash was quite untidy. Drywall and foam in the landscaping even tho no active construction was being performed while we were there. Construction crew had not cleaned up at days end making exterior appearance unsightly. I am in the construction business so would be unacceptable for my team to leave an area littered like that. The staff was very nice including housekeeping people, but the large guy at the front desk was rather blunt. Purchases that I made in cash (laundry soaps) and needed to return unopened were not accepted stating "no cash returns" and "no I can't print you a stay receipt upon check out ...Company policy"

This property was very conveniently located in proximity to downtown Portland. The parking was free, which was a huge plus and the staff was amazing. Everything was very clean and parking was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a safer and more reasonable hotel than something in downtown.

Situated in a fairly quiet business park (yes, they talk about a train, but we were there 4 days and only saw a train once) with a cute walkable lake. The mall is just across the street and several food options in the strip mall right next door. LOTS of free parking! The bed was super comfy and the lobby large and modern. Definitely adding this to our list of 'stay again' in the Beaverton area!

I would give thus property a 5 but the trains, they start at about 5:00am and go on and on. Our cleaning staff failed to find the hairs in the bathroom floor and shower left over from the prior guest. Over all though, I’ve stayed here 4 times through renovation and other improvements and I’ll be back again.

This place was in pristine condition. They have a couple food places across the parking lot in a pretty quiet well lit up area. Room we had looked newly renovated so all the amenities was pretty brand new. Totally recommend this place.

Great stay, clean, modern, good mattress. Excellent overall. One note: some of the rooms are near the metro train track, with some associated noise. Didn’t bother us, but this may affect light sleepers or noise sensitive people.

The front desk staff were the absolute nicest of anywhere we have ever been. I am a horrible sleeper so the train noise was terrible for me. Also, you could turn on the air or heat but couldn’t just have the fan on. They brought us a portable fan but it was crazy loud.

This is not your typical Courtyard by Marriot. Must have been a different hotel prior to becoming Courtyard. The lobby is nice and they have the restaurant. Plus there are a few good ones you can get to by car in 10 minutes. The rooms are basic, no pictures on the walls, no microwave, no bathtub. The rooms are clean and I did get room service every day which was nice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and it was pretty quite. There was complimentary ear plugs because of train tracks close by, but heard nothing while there. If I have to say one negative thing is that there is no full length mirror in the room.

The most comfortable bed and bedding with lots of pillows. It was so comfy once I lay down, I ordered Uber Eats and stayed in. I stayed there because of an office party close by which I didn’t go to. I needed this comfort as long as possible!

My first stay at this establishment. Nicely decorated rooms with the usual amenities, BUT no microwave. The bed was very comfortable. There is a railroad track not too far away, and the train horns are conspicuous by their presence. A complimentary pair of ear plugs were on the nightstand. There are rooms in Beaverton as nice, or nicer, for less money.

The staff at the Courtyard Beaverton are solid. So personable, helpful and joyful in their day to day, it made us feel like we were what they were there for. Mellisa and Aura were especially thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our flight landed a little earlier than expected, so when we got to the hotel prior to normal check in, the front desk allowed us to check in early and was so nice throughout the transaction. Will always stay here when we go to Oregon!

Very grateful to be in a warm room bc of Beaverton's unexpected power outage. We had long waits to check-in and at the hotel's cafe because staffing was for a few guests, not the hordes created by this wind/snow storm. Staff was very cheerful, apologetic, and very nice despite the challenges. We appreciated their positive attitudes. Rooms are nice despite the renovations being done.

Quiet and clean. Staff responsive and friendly. Small cafe is very nice and great breakfast options. Once the courtyard renovation is completed it will be a fabulous place to unwind.

The room was nicely upgraded. I had to downgrade the stay to 4 stars because the outside construction was loud and dirty. Also, the parking was limited because of space taken by the crews and equipment. Be aware, there is no free breakfast or common area coffee dispensers.

This is was a 70's vintage structure that got a 21st century makeover. New modern vibe throughout. A sliding patio door opens up onto an actual patio balcony that looks onto a landscaped courtyard. A cut above the rest breakfast/dinner restaurant/lounge with Starbucks coffee, beer and mixed drinks. Convienent freeway access and close to Portland Metro or high tech Beaverton/Washington County.
