La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Lage am I5 Verkehrs-technisch gut, aber laut.

The hotel is going through a major renovation. Lots of wet paint. Apparently this facility will be at Hilton next month.

Paint smell, construction actively going on. Would have been nice to know this before booking. The pet area was also the smoking area, and not mowed or kept up. As far as not being mowed, I can see why, there didn't seem to be a single sqaure inch of grass on the property. Cigarette ash trays all full, trash cans didnt seem to be emptied - I saw the same convenience store fountain cup in the overflowing trash, two of the three days I was there by the front entry.

They are currently remodeling. It was hard to get a hold of the front desk staff half the time. But when we did, they were very nice & accommodating. It’s located right across the street from a truck stop so not that nice of an area, but great dining options within a half mile or so. They offered a simple buffet breakfast but we did not partake.

Everytime I book here, they are doing major work on the property.
